技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合楼面***，尤其是涉及一种基于压型钢板和混凝土的可拆卸式组合楼面***。
背景技术
冷弯薄壁钢结构建筑***中传统的楼面***的由石膏板a、楼层钢梁b、OSB(定向刨花板)c组成，参见图1，由于OSB是一种以木材为主要材料的复合板材，使该楼面***存在隔声性能差、易震动、抗震性能差、易腐蚀等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种基于压型钢板和混凝土的可拆卸式组合楼面***。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种基于压型钢板和混凝土的可拆卸式组合楼面***，其特征在于，包括石膏板、楼层钢梁、压型钢板和混凝土，所述的石膏板、楼层钢梁分别与压型钢板连接成一体，所述的混凝土设在压型钢板上。
所述的压型钢板通过螺钉固定在楼层钢梁上。
所述的压型钢板由多个钢板单元组件，相邻钢板单元之间通过暗扣搭接。
所述的混凝土内部装有钢丝网片。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：
1、防水性能好，用压型钢板直接铺设在楼层钢粱上，钢板与钢板之间完美搭接，整个楼板***防水性能优良。
2、牢固性和隔音效果好，压型钢板与混凝土的共同使用，使楼面板更坚固，强度和刚度都比传统的OSB板要好，施工便捷，隔音效果好。
3、钢丝网片的使用有效地防止楼板开裂。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
如图2所示，一种基于压型钢板和混凝土的可拆卸式组合楼面***，包括石膏板1、楼层钢梁2、压型钢板3和混凝土4，所述的石膏板1、楼层钢梁2分别与压型钢板3连接成一体，所述的混凝土4设在压型钢板3上。所述的混凝土4内部装有钢丝网片5。
所述的压型钢板3通过螺钉固定在楼层钢梁2上。所述的压型钢板3由多个钢板单元组件，相邻钢板单元之间通过暗扣搭接，然后在压型钢板3上面浇灌混凝土，从而使楼板更坚固。

1.一种基于压型钢板和混凝土的可拆卸式组合楼面***，其特征在于，包括石膏板、楼层钢梁、压型钢板和混凝土，所述的石膏板、楼层钢梁分别与压型钢板连接成一体，所述的混凝土设在压型钢板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于压型钢板和混凝土的可拆卸式组合楼面***，其特征在于，所述的压型钢板通过螺钉固定在楼层钢梁上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于压型钢板和混凝土的可拆卸式组合楼面***，其特征在于，所述的压型钢板由多个钢板单元组件，相邻钢板单元之间通过暗扣搭接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于压型钢板和混凝土的可拆卸式组合楼面***，其特征在于，所述的混凝土内部装有钢丝网片。
