技术领域:
本发明涉及一种加气砼用砌筑砂浆。
背景技术:
加气混凝土砌块是一种多孔轻质墙体材料,强度能满足建筑物的要求,具有良好的保温隔热、隔音和耐火性能,因此主要用作框架结构、现浇混凝土结构建筑的外墙填充、内墙隔断。
由于加气混凝土砌块为多孔材料,吸水性强,收缩率大,在建筑施工中易产生开裂、空鼓和外墙体渗水等问题。
发明内容:
为了克服以上加气混凝土砌块使用中的常见问题,本发明提供了一种加气砼用砌筑砂浆,采用以硅酸盐水泥为基本胶结料,中砂或中细砂为收缩集料,辅之具有保水、分散、减水、增强等作用的多种添加剂混合搅拌,以增加水泥拌合物与加气混凝土砌块的粘合力,同时减小收缩变形,增强抗裂性。
具体配方如下:
按照重量百分比,水泥:18-35%,干砂:33-50%,粉煤灰:13-30%,保水剂:0.1-0.4%,增粘剂:0.4-1.0%,缓凝剂:0.03-0.05%,分散剂:0.3-1.0%,抗流挂剂:0.1-0.3%。
作为优选,水泥采用32.5级普通硅酸盐水泥;
作为优选,干砂采用中砂,含泥量小于5%,含水量小于3%;
作为优选,粉煤灰采用磨细II级灰;
作为优选,保水剂为聚丙烯酰胺保水剂或聚丙烯酸钠保水剂中的一种或两种;
作为优选,缓凝剂为无机缓凝剂或水泥缓凝剂中的一种或两种。
本发明的加气砼用砌筑砂浆具有优异的施工和易性、保水性和粘结性,解决了混凝土齐砌筑中砂浆缝易开裂的通病。
主要技术指标:
干密度(kg/m3)≤1800;分层度(mm)≤20;导热系数(W/m.k)≤1.1;抗压强度(Mpa)≥5.0;粘结强度(Mpa)≥0.20;收缩性能(mm/m)≤1.1。

一种加气砼用砌筑砂浆,按照重量百分比配方:32.5级普通硅酸盐水泥:18%,干砂:50%,粉煤灰:30%,聚丙烯酰胺保水剂:0.4%,增粘剂:1.0%,水泥缓凝剂:0.05%,分散剂:0.3%,抗流挂剂:0.25%。
实施例2:
一种加气砼用砌筑砂浆,按照重量百分比配方:32.5级普通硅酸盐水泥:25%,干砂:45%,粉煤灰:18%,聚丙烯酰胺保水剂:0.05%,聚丙烯酸钠保水剂:0.05%,增粘剂:0.7%,水泥缓凝剂:0.01%,无机缓凝剂:0.02%,分散剂:1.0%,抗流挂剂:0.17%。
实施例3:
一种加气砼用砌筑砂浆,按照重量百分比配方:32.5级普通硅酸盐水泥:35%,干砂:34%,粉煤灰:30%,聚丙烯酸钠保水剂:0.1%,增粘剂:0.4%,无机缓凝剂:0.04%,分散剂:0.36%,抗流挂剂:0.1%。

1.一种加气砼用砌筑砂浆,其特征在于:具体配方如下:按照重量百分比,水泥:18-35%,干砂:33-50%,粉煤灰:13-30%,保水剂:0.1-0.4%,增粘剂:0.4-1.0%,缓凝剂:0.03-0.05%,分散剂:0.3-1.0%,抗流挂剂:0.1-0.3%,其中,干砂采用中砂,含泥量小于5%,含水量小于3%;保水剂为聚丙烯酰胺保水剂或聚丙烯酸钠保水剂中的一种或两种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加气砼用砌筑砂浆,其特征在于:水泥采用32.5级普通硅酸盐水泥。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加气砼用砌筑砂浆,其特征在于:粉煤灰采用磨细II级灰。
4.根据权利要求1所述的加气砼用砌筑砂浆,其特征在于:缓凝剂为无机缓凝剂或水泥缓凝剂中的一种或两种。
