本发明海水淡化处理***涉及水的净化处理***;它包括超滤单元、清洗单元、反渗透单元;超滤单元由原水泵、自清洗过滤器、超滤膜装置、浓水池组成;清洗单元由超滤反洗泵、反洗过滤器、超滤清洗箱、清洗泵、清洗过滤器、RO清洗箱、清洗泵、清洗过滤器、RO清洗口、淡水池组成;反渗透单元由保安过滤器、高压泵、一段反渗透、段间增压泵、二段反渗透、浓水池、淡水池组成;本发明***日处理海水52000m3/d,超滤产水47000m3/d,产淡水23000m3/d。处理后出水脱盐率在92%以上,视觉感官接近自来水的清澈度。

海水淡化处理***
技术领域
本发明涉及水的净化处理***。 
背景技术
水资源短缺已经成为我国经济社会发展的制约因素,全国有近400多座城市供水不足, 其中严重缺水的有100多座。而海水占全球水资源总量的比例高达97%,海水淡化的取水不受时间和气候的影响,水质稳定且水量充足,生产的淡化水水质完全可以达到饮用水水质标准, 并且优于传统水源和净水工艺生产的饮用水。近几十年,随着科技的进步,海水淡化技术飞速发展,生产工艺日趋成熟,制水成本不断下降。通过发展海水淡化技术解决水资源危机现已得到世界各国的普遍认同。我国海岸线长,海水资源丰富。因此,发展海水淡化技术,将海水淡化用于沿海城市市政供水、工业用水,不仅可以有效解决我国淡水资源短缺问题,而且能够提高沿海城市和海岛居民的生活用水水质和保证工业用水的正常供给。 
现在所用的海水淡化常用方法有海水冻结法、电渗析法、蒸馏法、反渗透法。 
冷冻法顾名思义,即冷冻海水使之结冰,在液态淡水变成固态冰的同时盐被分离出去。海水冷冻淡化法是一种理想的海水淡化法,实际中却存在各种技术、设备上的限制而未被广泛应用。 
蒸馏法是利用太阳能进行蒸馏,太阳能具有安全、环保等优点,将太阳能采集与脱盐工艺两个***结合是一种可持续发展的海水淡化技术。但是实际应用中,其生产的纯水量少,效率低,且耗时较长,另外还取决于天气的因素。 
电渗析法是将具有选择透过性的阳膜与阴膜交替排列,组成多个相互独立的隔室海水被淡化,而相邻隔室海水浓缩,淡水与浓缩水得以分离。但是其成本比较高,耗能严重,一般应用于食品、医疗与化工等高精科研项目。 
反渗透法具有投资省、能耗小、操作方便、易于自动化控制等优点。目前该淡化技术已成为发展最快和具竞争力的海水淡化技术。除中东地区以外, 反渗透法是海水淡化的首选技术,欧洲的海淡生产能力超过100万m3/d,居世界之首。世界最大的海淡工程是以色列的Ashkelon海水淡化厂,产水量为33万m3/d,全部用于饮用水供给。因此,综合各种因素及条件,该项目选用的工艺及技术性价比较高,既节省成本又满足用户用水需求。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种有效海水淡化并回用的海水淡化处理***。 
它包括超滤单元、清洗单元、反渗透单元;其工艺流程如下:原水泵→自清洗过滤器→超滤装置→浓水池;超滤反洗泵→反洗过滤器→超滤装置;超滤清洗箱→清洗泵→清洗过滤器→超滤装置;超滤装置→浓水池和→超滤水池;超滤水池→超滤供水泵→补水点;超滤水池→RO进水泵;RO进水泵出口连接加药装置→保安过滤器→高压泵→一段反渗透和淡水池;一段反渗透→段间增压泵→二段反渗透→浓水池和淡水池;RO清洗箱→清洗泵→清洗过滤器→RO清洗口。
超滤单元由原水泵、自清洗过滤器、超滤膜装置、浓水池组成。 
清洗单元由超滤反洗泵、反洗过滤器、超滤清洗箱、清洗泵、清洗过滤器、RO清洗箱、清洗泵、清洗过滤器、RO清洗口、淡水池组成。 
反渗透单元由保安过滤器、高压泵、一段反渗透、段间增压泵、二段反渗透、浓水池、淡水池组成。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
它包括超滤单元、清洗单元、反渗透单元;其工艺流程如下:原水泵→自清洗过滤器→超滤装置→浓水池;超滤反洗泵→反洗过滤器→超滤装置;超滤清洗箱→清洗泵→清洗过滤器→超滤装置;超滤装置→浓水池和→超滤水池;超滤水池→超滤供水泵→补水点;超滤水池→RO进水泵;RO进水泵出口连接加药装置→保安过滤器→高压泵→一段反渗透和淡水池;一段反渗透→段间增压泵→二段反渗透→浓水池和淡水池;RO清洗箱→清洗泵→清洗过滤器→RO清洗口。
超滤单元由原水泵、自清洗过滤器、超滤膜装置、浓水池组成。 
清洗单元由超滤反洗泵、反洗过滤器、超滤清洗箱、清洗泵、清洗过滤器、RO清洗箱、清洗泵、清洗过滤器、RO清洗口、淡水池组成。 
反渗透单元由保安过滤器、高压泵、一段反渗透、段间增压泵、二段反渗透、浓水池、淡水池组成。整套***采用DCS自动控制。 
处理时,先将海水用原水泵泵入自清洗过滤器,过滤后的海水再通过超滤装置净化后进入超滤水池,一部分通过超滤供水泵供回用,一部分再通过反渗透进水泵进入反渗透装置处理,经过一、二两级反渗透处理后成为淡水进入淡水池。 
***在清洗时候,采用超滤水池水作为超滤单元清洗用水,淡水池水作为反渗透单元清洗用水。 
处理时,先将海水用原水泵泵入自清洗过滤器,过滤后的海水再通过超滤装置净化后进入超滤水池,一部分通过超滤供水泵供回用,一部分再通过反渗透进水泵进入反渗透装置处理,经过一、二两级反渗透处理后成为淡水进入淡水池。 
本发明日处理海水52000m3/d,超滤产水47000m3/d,产淡水23000m3/d。处理后出水脱盐率在92%以上,视觉感官接近自来水的清澈度。

1.一种海水淡化处理***,其特征在于:它包括超滤单元、清洗单元、反渗透单元;其工艺流程如下:原水泵→自清洗过滤器→超滤装置→浓水池;超滤反洗泵→反洗过滤器→超滤装置;超滤清洗箱→清洗泵→清洗过滤器→超滤装置;超滤装置→浓水池和→超滤水池;超滤水池→超滤供水泵→补水点;超滤水池→RO进水泵;RO进水泵出口连接加药装置→保安过滤器→高压泵→一段反渗透和淡水池;一段反渗透→段间增压泵→二段反渗透→浓水池和淡水池;RO清洗箱→清洗泵→清洗过滤器→RO清洗口。
2.如权利要求1所述的海水淡化处理***,其特征在于:超滤单元由原水泵、自清洗过滤器、超滤膜装置、浓水池组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的海水淡化处理***,其特征在于:清洗单元由超滤反洗泵、反洗过滤器、超滤清洗箱、清洗泵、清洗过滤器、RO清洗箱、清洗泵、清洗过滤器、RO清洗口、淡水池组成。
4.如权利要求1所述的海水淡化处理***,其特征在于:反渗透单元由保安过滤器、高压泵、一段反渗透、段间增压泵、二段反渗透、浓水池、淡水池组成。
