技术领域
本发明涉及一种酸洗槽内过滤器。
背景技术
目前的酸槽内由于长时间使用后容易出现污泥含量多，污泥在过滤器内大量聚集，从而导致过滤器阀门卡死，无法正常运行，如果需要检修，则检修时间长，影响产量质量，大大降低了使用效率。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种酸洗槽内过滤器，它可以减少过滤器的负担，从而减少过滤器被污泥堵死造成的故障，而且提高了过滤罐的使用效率。
本发明采用了以下技术方案：一种酸洗槽内过滤器，它包括过滤罐体，在过滤罐体内设有污泥粗过滤装置，所述的污泥粗过滤装置包括过滤吊网和沉淀池，所述的过滤吊网设置在过滤罐体的上部，沉淀池位于过滤罐体的下部，过滤吊网与沉淀池相对应，在过滤罐体的侧面设有排污管道，排污管道的一端与过滤罐体内相连通，排污管道的另一端设有排污阀。
所述的过滤吊网设置为高分子耐酸过滤吊网。所述的高分子耐酸过滤吊网为格栅型过滤吊网.所述的沉淀池内设有溢流管道，溢流管道穿过过滤罐体与过滤罐体的上部相连通。
本发明具有以下有益效果：采用了以上技术方案后，本发明过滤器前增加一个污泥粗过滤装置，该装置分为两部分，上部分为高分子耐酸过滤吊网，这样不但可以将酸槽的过滤罐内污泥进行初过滤，通过过滤前先粗过滤一次，再沉淀分流来降低过滤器内污泥量，减少过滤器的负担，从而减少过滤器被污泥堵死造成的故障，而且可以定期对过滤吊网进行更换，即可将一次粗过滤的污泥取出下部分为沉淀池，将部分污泥进行沉淀，定期进行排污清理池内污泥。本发明的沉淀池内两条溢流管道，溢流管道与过滤罐体外部相连通，这样可以进行双保险，防止过滤袋堵塞或者排污阀门堵塞造成的溢槽现象。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2和图3中，本发明提供了一种酸洗槽内过滤器，它包括过滤罐体1，在过滤罐体1内设有污泥粗过滤装置，所述的污泥粗过滤装置包括过滤吊网2和沉淀池3，过滤吊网2设置为高分子耐酸过滤吊网，高分子耐酸过滤吊网为格栅型过滤吊网，过滤吊网2需要定期对过滤吊网进行更换，即可将一次粗过滤的污泥取出，所述的过滤吊网2设置在过滤罐体1的上部，沉淀池3位于过滤罐体1的下部，过滤吊网2与沉淀池3相对应，在过滤罐体1的侧面设有排污管道4，排污管道4的一端与过滤罐体1内相连通，排污管道4的另一端设有排污阀5，所述的沉淀池3内设有溢流管道6，溢流管道6穿过过滤罐体1与过滤罐体1的上部相连通。

1.一种酸洗槽内过滤器，其特征是它包括过滤罐体(1)，在过滤罐体(1)内设有污泥粗过滤装置，所述的污泥粗过滤装置包括过滤吊网(2)和沉淀池(3)，所述的过滤吊网(2)设置在过滤罐体(1)的上部，沉淀池(3)位于过滤罐体(1)的下部，过滤吊网(2)与沉淀池(3)相对应，在过滤罐体(1)的侧面设有排污管道(4)，排污管道(4)的一端与过滤罐体(1)内相连通，排污管道(4)的另一端设有排污阀(5)，所述的过滤吊网(2)设置为高分子耐酸过滤吊网，所述的高分子耐酸过滤吊网为格栅型过滤吊网，所述的沉淀池(3)内设有溢流管道(6)，溢流管道(6)穿过过滤罐体(1)与过滤罐体(1)的上部相连通。
