技术领域
本发明涉及椅子，特别是涉及一种塑料靠背椅，属于家具领域。
背景技术
椅子是一种常用的家具，种类繁多，传统椅子有木椅、竹椅、藤椅和钢木混合椅等，上述椅子的加工工序多，制造比较麻烦，所以近年来广泛应用塑料椅。现有塑料椅大多为一次整体注塑（或吹塑）成型，具有加工省力，式样变化多，不怕雨水，可回收等特点。但已有塑料椅却存在着如下缺点：一是强度较差，由于一次性注塑，其中椅脚、椅背等部位既不宜太厚，太厚注塑时会出现缩孔等问题，薄了牢度低；二是式样呆板，不灵巧，不美观；三是色彩单调，通常为单色；四是透气性差；五是坐着不舒服。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点，提供一种结构灵巧，式样美观，强度好，透气性强，坐着舒服的塑料靠背椅。
本发明塑料靠背椅的技术方案是：包括椅座、椅脚和椅靠背，其特征在于所述的椅座包括边框和座板，所述的边框制有向外伸出的横梁，通过横梁连接椅脚，椅脚为四根，两根后椅脚向上延伸为椅靠背的主杆，两根主杆制有一体的弧形上弓条和下弓条，上、下弓条与两根主杆中设置靠背板，所述的靠背板和座板上各制有仿藤的凸筋和凹槽，所述的椅脚、横梁、边框、主杆和上下弓条各自由外层和外层中的芯层所组成。
本发明公开了一种塑料靠背椅，在产品设计上将椅座、椅脚和椅靠背介分得非常清晰，由横梁连接成一个整体，结构十分灵巧、明晰高雅，又节省材料；其椅脚、横梁、边框、主杆和上下弓条各自包括外层和芯层组成，使各自构造粗壮，生产时，采用水平旋转二次注塑技术，不缩孔、充满型腔，产品强度好，很牢靠，又大方、美观；靠背板和座板上制有仿藤条的凸筋和凹槽，人坐着时透气、舒适。
本发明的塑料靠背椅，所述的座板和靠背板分别由两种以上不同颜色的塑料材料所制成。采用双色或者三色注塑机，进行两次或者三次注塑成型，增加塑料椅发的美观，提高产品档次。所述的芯层为发泡塑料层。在椅脚、横梁、边框、主杆和上下弓条中有了发泡塑料层，一是进一步提高产品强度，二是减轻重量。所述的边框为椭圆形。边框就是椅座的边缘，椅座的边缘制成椭圆形造型精巧，有灵气，强度好。所述的横梁两头通过圆弧R过渡分别连接边框和椅脚。横梁与边框和椅脚的连接处通过圆弧R过渡提高连接强度，增加美观。还可以是在所述靠背板和座板的上表面各制有仿藤的凸筋和凹槽，但靠背板和座板的背面为平面，外观新颖。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种塑料靠背椅，如图1—图3所示，包括椅座2、椅脚1和椅靠背3，其特征在于所述的椅座2包括边框21和座板22，所述的边框制有向外伸出的横梁211，通过横梁211连接椅脚1，椅脚为四根，两根后椅脚向上延伸为椅靠背的主杆32，两根主杆制有一体的弧形上弓条31和下弓条34，上、下弓条与两根主杆32中设置靠背板30，所述的靠背板30和座板22的上表面各制有仿藤的凸筋33、23和凹槽35、24，所述的椅脚1、横梁211、边框21、主杆32和上下弓条31、34各自由外层4和外层中的芯层5所组成。本方案在产品设计上将椅座、椅脚和椅靠背介分得非常清晰，由横梁连接成一个整体，结构十分灵巧、明晰高雅，又节省材料；其椅脚、横梁、边框、主杆和上下弓条各自包括外层和芯层组成，使各自构造粗壮，生产时，采用水平旋转二次注塑技术，即在注塑时，先将椅脚1、横梁211、边框21、主杆32和上下弓条31、34的芯层5注塑成型，再注塑椅脚1、横梁211、边框21、主杆32和上下弓条31、34的外层4，然后加工模具水平旋转，采用双色注塑头对两种以上不同颜色的座板和靠背板进行二次注塑，这样加工原料能充满型腔，产品不缩孔，强度好，很牢靠，又大方、美观；靠背板和座板上制有仿藤条的凸筋和凹槽，人坐着时透气、舒适。所述的座板和靠背板分别由两种以上不同颜色的塑料材料所制成。采用双色或者三色注塑机，进行两次或者三次注塑成型，增加塑料椅发的美观，提高产品档次。所述的芯层5为发泡塑料层。在椅脚、横梁、边框、主杆和上下弓条中有了发泡塑料层，一是进一步提高产品强度，二是减轻重量。所述的边框21为椭圆形。边框就是椅座的边缘，椅座的边缘制成椭圆形造型精巧，有灵气，强度好。所述的横梁211两头通过圆弧R过渡分别连接边框21和椅脚1。横梁与边框和椅脚的连接处通过圆弧R过渡提高连接强度，增加美观。还可以是在所述靠背板30和座板22的上表面各制有仿藤的凸筋33、23和凹槽35、24靠背板30和座板22的背面为平面6，外观新颖。
Claims (6)
1.塑料靠背椅，包括椅座、椅脚和椅靠背，其特征在于所述的椅座（2）包括边框（21）和座板（22），所述的边框制有向外伸出的横梁（211），通过横梁（211）连接椅脚（1），椅脚为四根，两根后椅脚向上延伸为椅靠背的主杆（32），两根主杆制有一体的弧形上弓条（31）和下弓条（34），上、下弓条与两根主杆（32）中设置靠背板（30），所述的靠背板（30）和座板（22）上各制有仿藤的凸筋（33、23）和凹槽（35、24），所述的椅脚（1）、横梁（211）、边框（21）、主杆（32）和上下弓条（31、34）各自由外层（4）和外层中的芯层（5）所组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料靠背椅，其特征在于所述的座板和靠背板分别由两种以上不同颜色的塑料材料所制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的塑料靠背椅，其特征在于所述的芯层（5）为发泡塑料层。
4.如权利要求1所述的塑料靠背椅，其特征在于所述的边框（21）为椭圆形。
5.如权利要求1所述的塑料靠背椅，其特征在于所述的横梁（211）两头通过圆弧（R）过渡分别连接边框（21）和椅脚（1）。
6.如权利要求1所述的塑料靠背椅，其特征在于所述的靠背板（30）和座板（22）的上表面各制有仿藤的凸筋（33、23）和凹槽（35、24）靠背板（30）和座板（22）的背面为平面（6）。
