技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接供电插头的充电插座。
背景技术
近年,从提高人们对环境问题认识的角度,作为二氧化碳排放量少的车辆,例如插电式混合动力汽车、电动汽车等越来越普及。以这些车辆为例,电池的充电通过将设于从充电设备延伸出的充电电缆的顶端的供电插头连接在设于车辆的充电插座上,并将电源开关接通来实施。日本特开平9-161898号公报记载了这种充电***中的电动汽车的充电用连接器。
充电插座被电气连接在车辆内部的车身连接器上。日本特开2010-166756号公报记载了将充电插座经由线束连接在车身连接器上。该车身连接器经由另外的线束连接在电池等车载电气装置上。
在日本特开2010-166756号公报所记载的构造中,由于在充电插座以及车身连接器之间、车身连接器以及车载电气装置之间均需要设置线束,所以使用的线束的个数变多。其结果,线束构造变得复杂化,使得线束的连接作业也变得费事。进一步,在将充电插座向车身组装时会受到线束的影响,使得充电插座的组装作业也变得繁杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种能够简化充电插座以及车载电气装置之间的配线构造的充电插座。
本发明的一个形态提供一种充电插座,能够连接对车辆的电池进行充电的供电插头。充电插座具备:连接所述供电插头的供电插头嵌合部;以及车身连接器嵌合部,一体设置在所述供电插头嵌合部上,并且连接从所述电池延伸出的车身连接器。所述充电插座具有能够将所述车身连接器直接连接在所述车身连接器嵌合部上的直接连结型连接器构造。
基于本发明,能够简化充电插座以及车载电气装置之间的配线构造。

具体实施方式
以下,参照图1~图8,对充电插座的一个实施方式进行说明。
如图1所示,在车辆(插电式混合动力汽车、电动汽车)的车身1上设置有可通过盖2进行开闭的充电口3。在充电口3的面板部4上设置有能够连接供电插头5的充电插座6。充电插座6包含插座主体7,在该插座主体7的正面,设置有作为供电插头5的连接部位的大致筒状的供电插头嵌合部8。
在供电插头嵌合部8上贯穿设置有多个端子***孔9~13,这些端子***孔用于***供电插头5的多个插头侧端子。插头侧端子包含一对电源线端子、一个接地线端子、以及一对信号线端子。端子***孔9~13通过各自独立的大致圆筒状的凹模而形成。在本例中,与供电插头5的插头侧端子相对应,端子***孔9~13具有一对电源线用的端子***孔(9、10)、1个接地线用的端子***孔11、和一对信号线用的端子***孔(12、13)。
在充电插座6的径向外侧,设置有用于锁闭供电插头5的无底且近似筒状的锁闭组件14。在将供电插头5连接在充电插座6上时,将设于供电插头5上的转动式的锁杆15的顶端的爪部16扣挂在形成于锁闭组件14的外周面上部的杆卡止突起17上,由此将***到充电插座6中的供电插头5以连接状态进行保持。
如图2所示,在插座主体7的背面(在本实施方式中,为供电插头嵌合部8的背面)上设置有作为车身连接器18的连接部位的车身连接器嵌合部21。
也就是说,充电插座6具有将从设于车身1内部的电池(车载电气装置)延伸出的车身连接器18直接连接在车身连接器嵌合部21上的直接连结型连接器构造。车身连接器18具有电源线用内孔连接器(female connector)19、和接地/信号线用内孔连接器20。车身连接器嵌合部21具有连接电源线用内孔连接器19的第1车身连接器嵌合部22、和连接接地/信号线用内孔连接器20的第2车身连接器嵌合部23。在第1车身连接器嵌合部22中形成有可***内孔连接器19的连接器***孔24。在第2车身连接器嵌合部23中形成有可***内孔连接器20的连接器***孔25。
在内孔连接器19上连接有一对电源线线束26。电源线线束26分别在线束的中途位置被接地。在内孔连接器20上连接有接地线线束27以及一对信号线线束28。信号线线束28分别通过将线束的中途部分连接在接地线线束27上而被接地。
如图3以及图4所示,插座主体7作为一个部件,通过将供电插头嵌合部8和车身连接器嵌合部21一体组装而形成。车身连接器嵌合部21包含凸缘部29,该凸缘部29形成在与供电插头嵌合部8对置的顶端边缘的圆周方向一带。在凸缘部29的外周上形成有由板状的突起和臂状的爪构成的多个锁闭组件卡止部30。
如图3~图6所示,充电插座6包含作为电气端子部件的多个端子31~35。在本例的情况下,设置有一对电源线用端子(31、32)、1个接地线用端子33、以及一对信号线用端子(34、35)。端子31~35分别具有:与供电插头5连接的电气连接部位、即圆柱状的顶端侧端子部(开放侧端子部)31a~35a;以及与车身连接器18连接的电气连接部位、即平板状的基端侧端子部31b~35b。
在凸缘部29的座面29a上贯穿设置有能够以***的方式安装端子31~35的端子安装孔36~40。在端子31~35的大致中央位置上、且在与端子31~35的长度方向正交的方向的两侧形成有一对压入片41b。端子31~35通过将一对压入片41b压入到位于端子安装孔36~40两端的宽度窄的一对挟持部41a中而被固定。
如图5以及图6所示,顶端侧端子部31a~35a被***到贯穿设置于端子***孔9~13的底壁上的通孔9a~13a中,并在端子***孔9~13内露出。基端侧端子部31b~35b被***到端子安装孔36~40的内部的小径孔36a~40a中,并在连接器***孔24、25内露出。如图1所示,在充电插座6被组装在车身1上时,供电插头嵌合部8向充电口3露出,且车身连接器嵌合部21被组装在车身1的内部。
如图4~图8所示,在端子31~35上安装有保护车身连接器嵌合部21不被进水的环状的密封部件42~46。密封部件42~46例如由树脂制(橡胶制)的密封件构成。通过压入固定端子31~35(压入片41b),密封部件42~46被定位固定在端子安装孔36~40中。
如图4~图8所示,密封部件42~46被安装在位于基端侧端子部31b~35b的大致中央的密封安装部47上,且被配置在端子安装孔36~40的靠内侧的位置上。另外,密封部件42~46被突起状的压入片41b、和端子安装孔36~40的内部的台阶状部48(参照图7、图8)从两侧夹持地保持。
接着,参照图6~图8,对具有直接连结型连接器构造的充电插座6的接线作业进行说明。
如图6所示,首先,将充电插座6组装在车身1上。接着,将设于从电池(车载电气装置)延伸出的电源线线束26的顶端的电源线用内孔连接器19连接在第1车身连接器嵌合部22上,且将设于从电池(车载电气装置)延伸出的接地线线束27以及一对信号线线束28的顶端的接地/信号线用内孔连接器20连接在第2车身连接器嵌合部23上。因此,只要将内孔连接器19、20连接在充电插座6上,就能够对充电插座6和车载电气装置进行电气连接。
另外,如图7以及图8所示,由于通过密封部件42~46来防止水进入端子31~35和端子安装孔36~40之间,所以即使流入到端子***孔9~13内的水通过端子31~35和通孔9a~13a之间的间隙流入到内部的分隔室49中,也可以用密封部件42~46对该水进行拦截。因此,还能够保护车身连接器嵌合部21不被进水。另外,由于通过压入片41b将端子31~35牢固地固定在端子安装孔36~40中,所以还能够将密封部件42~46牢固地固定在端子安装孔36~40中。
本实施方式的构成具有以下的优点。
(1)在充电插座6的背面上形成有车身连接器嵌合部21。因此,充电插座6一体地具有供电插头嵌合部8以及车身连接器嵌合部21。换句话说,充电插座6具有能够将从车载电气装置延伸出的线束直接连接的直接连结型连接器构造。因此,在充电插座6中不需要复杂的线束构造,所以能够简化充电插座6的接线构造。
(2)只要将电源线用内孔连接器19以及接地/信号线用内孔连接器20连接在充电插座6上就可完成对线束的接线。因此,还能够简化线束的组装作业。
(3)由于能够减少线束的个数,所以还能够简化充电插座6的组装作业。因此,能够有效地减少充电插座6的成本。
(4)由于将密封部件42~46安装在端子31~35上,所以能够使流入到供电插头嵌合部8内的水难以流向连接器***孔24、25。因此,能够有效地防止水进入车身连接器嵌合部21。
(5)用端子31~35的压入片41b和端子安装孔36~40的台阶状部48夹住密封部件42~46,并压入固定端子31~35,由此将密封部件42~46固定在端子安装孔36~40中。因此,利用对端子31~35的固定,能够将密封部件42~46牢固地固定在端子安装孔36~40中。
显然,对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,本发明还可以通过其它的具体形式予以实现,而不脱离本发明的精神及范围。
特别是,作为本发明的上述实施方式,也可以作以下变更。
·利用对端子31~35的压入固定,密封部件42~46被定位固定在端子安装孔36~40中。然而,并不仅限于此,例如也可以在端子安装孔36~40的内周面上形成槽,并在将密封部件42~46嵌入该槽中。
·密封部件并不仅限于安装在端子31~35上的环状的密封部件42~46。也就是说,只要能填满端子31~35和端子安装孔36~40之间的缝隙,可以更改成其他的部件。

·端子31~35的端子形状并不仅限于上述实施方式所述的形状,可以适当更改成其他的形状。
·在上述实施方式中,端子31~35架设于供电插头嵌合部8和车身连接器嵌合部21之间,这些端子从供电插头嵌合部8露出,且从车身连接器嵌合部21露出。根据该构成,由于能够用一个部件来构成作为端子部件的端子,所以能够减少部件数量。然而,也可以将分别通过配线与端子31~25的一端连接的专用端子设置在供电插头嵌合部8上,来代替使端子31~35的一端从供电插头嵌合部8露出。另外,也可以将分别通过配线与端子31~35的另一端连接的专用端子设置在车身连接器嵌合部21上,来代替使端子31~35的另一端从车身连接器嵌合部21露出。
·端子31~35的固定并不仅限于压入固定。例如也可以采用铆接或粘接等其他的安装方法来对端子31~35进行固定。
·端子安装孔36~40并不仅限于在中途具有小径孔36a~40a,也可以为具有统一直径的孔。
·车身连接器嵌合部21并不仅限于由2个嵌合部构成,例如也可以由1个、或者3个以上的嵌合部构成。
·车身连接器嵌合部21形成在供电插头嵌合部8的背面上,然而,并不仅限于此,也可以形成在其他的位置上。
·充电插座6的端子个数并不仅限于5个,也可以为其他个数。
·充电插座6的端子并不仅限于沿圆周方向并列配置,也可以自由地更改配置位置。
·电池并不仅限于用来供给行驶动力源的装置,只要是车载的二次电池或蓄电装置即可。
·充电插座6具有每个端子31~35独立的端子***孔9~13。然而,并不仅限于此,例如,端子31~35也可以集中收纳在1个大的端子***孔中。
·车辆并不仅限于插电式混合动力汽车或电动汽车,只要是需要对车载的电池或蓄电装置进行充电的车辆即可。

Claims (6)

1.一种充电插座,能够连接对车辆的电池进行充电的供电插头,
所述充电插座具备:连接所述供电插头的供电插头嵌合部;以及
车身连接器嵌合部,一体设置在所述供电插头嵌合部上,并且连接从所述电池延伸出的车身连接器,
所述充电插座具有能够将所述车身连接器直接连接在所述车身连接器嵌合部上的直接连结型连接器构造。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电插座,其中,
所述车身连接器嵌合部形成在所述供电插头嵌合部的背面,并且能够连接电源线、接地线、以及信号线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的充电插座,其中,
所述车身连接器嵌合部包括:
第1车身连接器嵌合部,能够连接电源线;以及
第2车身连接器嵌合部,能够连接接地线及信号线。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的充电插座,其中,
具备密封部件,其设置在所述供电插头嵌合部和所述车身连接器嵌合部之间,防止水从所述供电插头嵌合部流入所述车身连接器嵌合部。
5.根据权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的充电插座,其中,
具备端子部件,其架设于所述供电插头嵌合部和所述车身连接器嵌合部之间,所述端子部件的一端从所述供电插头嵌合部露出,所述端子部件的另一端从所述车身连接器嵌合部露出。
6.根据权利要求5所述的充电插座,其中,
所述密封部件被安装在所述端子部件上,所述端子部件被压入固定在所述车身连接器嵌合部上,使得所述密封部件被定位固定在所述车身连接器嵌合部上。
