Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型正压接头,通过在内轴和外壳的接触部位设置互配的螺旋运动引导结构,产生局部螺旋运动,使内轴从压缩位恢复到原始位时,其速度有效下降,消除传统正压接头普通存在撞击反弹效应,避免负压回血。本发明结构简单,不增加部件,效果明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗用品,具体为新型正压接头。
背景技术
留置针、中心静脉导管、经外周中心静脉导管以及输液港等长期留置于人体血液循环***的器械,能进行多次给药,避免重复穿刺,减少病人痛感和机体损伤,是未来输注治疗的发展趋势。但是,每次输注完毕后,如果直接从留置器械上拔除针管或锥头,将形成空腔,导致负压,引起血液回流进入留置器械,形成血栓堵塞,造成留置器械报废。
对此,护理操作规范要求拔除针管时要边缓慢拔针边推注,保持拔针过程中留置器械内始终为正压,避免回血,避免堵塞。而当拔除锥头时,由于一后退就松脱,根本无法做到缓慢拔除,无法保持正压。所以没有正压接头时,一般只能通过针管输注,并且手动拔针时需要很高的操作技巧。
正压接头内设置弹性结构,拔除锥头时,弹性结构产生形变,体积扩大,其增加的体积大于锥头拔除导致的空腔,故拔除锥头动作反而产生正压,能避免血液回流,避免血栓。但是在正压接头的实际使用中,其堵塞概率根本没有改善,甚至不如手动拔针,其原因在于弹性结构的回弹力往往较大,回弹到位后往往产生明显的撞击反弹效应,在正压后继发产生负压,导致回血和堵塞。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种新型正压接头,通过螺旋运动引导结构的引导作用,在不降低回弹力的前提下,使弹性结构的回弹运动减速,消除撞击反弹效应,消除继发的负压。应注意,降低回弹力也可以消除撞击反弹效应,但是由于弹性结构与正压接头外壳长时间接触产生较大的初始力,往往会出现无法回弹。
为实现上述目的,通过如下技术方案实现:
新型正压接头,包括外壳、内轴和弹性体,其特征在于:所述外壳内侧面和内轴外侧面都设有螺旋运动引导结构,当内陷的内轴在弹性体作用下外移时,其外侧面的螺旋运动引导结构在外壳内侧面的螺旋运动引导结构的引导下,产生螺旋运动,使整个内轴的前移速度下降。
所述内轴外侧面螺旋运动引导结构为至少一个凸点,外壳内侧螺旋运动引导结构为螺纹。
相比现有技术,本发明具有如下优点:
1、在不降低回弹力,保障回弹的前提下,降低回弹速度,避免撞击反弹效应,避免负压回血。
2、螺旋运动引导结构设计简单,为工业上常用的结构,不增加生产难度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1所示,新型正压接头包括外壳1、内轴2和弹性体3,外壳1的内壁有螺纹11,内轴2的外壁有凸点21。
如图2所示,输注时***锥头4,内轴2的凸点21沿外壳螺纹11做螺旋后退,同时内轴2整体后退,弹性体3被压缩。
当完成输注时,拔除锥头4,弹性体3回弹,带动内轴2前移,由于内轴2的凸点21必须沿外壳螺纹11螺旋前进,故有效限制了内轴2的整体前移速度,避免了撞击反弹效应。
本技术领域中的普通技术人员应该认识到,以上的实施例只是用来说明本发明,而非作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质设计范围内,对以上实施例的变化或变型都将落在本发明的权利要求范围内。

Claims (2)

1.一种新型正压接头,包括外壳、内轴和弹性体,其特征在于:所述外壳内侧面和内轴外侧面都设有螺旋运动引导结构,当内陷的内轴在弹性体作用下外移时,其外侧面的螺旋运动引导结构在外壳内侧面的螺旋运动引导结构的引导下,产生螺旋运动,使整个内轴的前移速度下降。
2.如权利要求书1所述的新型正压接头,其特征在于:所述内轴外侧面螺旋运动引导结构为至少一个凸点,外壳内侧螺旋运动引导结构为螺纹。
