背景技术  市场上有多种腊肠,但尚末见到有薏仁竹笋腊肠。一般腊肠都为肉馅,本发明是在每年鲜笋大量集中上市的四五月份,来制作腊肠,些时笋的价格低,质量好,在原腊肠类食品中加入了竹笋和薏仁,吸收了的肉油,使腊肠不腻不燥,营养更全面。 
发明内容  本发明的目的是提供一种薏仁竹笋腊肠。 
方案是:五花肉9-10kg、薏仁2-3kg、竹笋5-6kg、辣椒粉200-250g,五香粉200-250g、精盐220-230g、味精90-100g、酱油180-200g。 
制备方法:将五花肉剁成泥,薏仁和竹笋粒煮熟,将所有组份混匀装腊肠,干燥即可。 
具体实施方式

五花肉9-10kg、薏仁2-3kg、竹笋5-6kg、辣椒粉200-250g,五香粉200-250g、精盐220-230g、味精90-100g、酱油180-200g。
