Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在土壤或岩石中产生孔的钻孔机。
背景技术
公开号为WO2004/057148的专利中描述的钻孔机,其中所述环形钻头就轴向而言相对较长,因为环形钻头的上部首先由法兰组成,法兰包含由硬金属制成的尖钉。除法兰外,还有一个套管,首先套管上形成凹槽,然后当环形钻头锁定到定向钻头时形成锁孔。当刀具在轴向上基本超过设于环形钻头套管上的凹槽和锁孔时,刀具在轴向方向也相对较长。同时,定向钻头的主体轴向较长,根据环形钻头的锁孔调整所需的对应孔的长度,其长度只是其中的一小部分,还不到其四分之一。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种用于在土壤或岩石中产生孔的钻孔机,由定向钻头和环形钻头组成,定向钻头用来钻取样冲眼,而环形钻头用来钻取孔的***部分。在钻孔过程中根据定向钻头调整环形钻头,在所述平面的帮助下由定向钻头向环形钻头旋转和冲击,所述平面在两钻头之间进行调整并传递动力。可以沿着定向钻头拆除并安装环形钻头,进而使可锁定到环形钻头的耦合环连入环形钻头以连接套管,套管可以拉入到钻孔中,并在所述耦合环的作用下连接到环形钻头上。
当本发明中环形钻头尽可能制造的短时,在本发明基础上的钻孔机可以根据公开号为WO2004/057148的专利中的现有技术进行重大修改。本发明的特点是耦合环沿着环形钻头的***调整,加工件与耦合环和环形钻头相互锁定,至少两个均设于直线L的两侧,直线经一平面的中点使环形钻头进行旋转。
本发明的优势是环形钻头的轴长由于耦合环新的定位和安装方式较短,同样地,耦合环的长度也相应地变短。但是,由于是硬金属材质,环形钻头的柱形筒体必须达到一定的厚度,在此基础上的筒体可以在环形钻头的***形成凹槽以连接耦合环。在一些情况下,即使一个凹槽也已经足够连接耦合环,但两个以及两个以上的凹槽不会大幅增加耦合环的长度。耦合环最有利的安装是在环形钻头顶部进行收缩和焊接。除此之外,当环形钻头变短时,冲槽也会相应变短,冲洗流使钻孔气动线上发生节流,节流逐渐减小时,钻孔速度却加快。当与耦合环,如轴肩挡圈,锁定的加工件依据与本发明相关的环形钻头的锁孔设置时,不考虑环形钻头的锁孔,在环形钻头上形成足够长的完整的槽用作耦合环上轴肩挡圈的对应面。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一环形钻头1上设有一个柱形筒体,筒体前端包括一个法兰14,其形成延伸部分,法兰轴向长度为h2,并与法兰硬金属尖钉13相连。筒体自法兰14设于后端,由外表面上的两个凹槽12组成,耦合环2与凹槽相连,位于耦合环2内表面的悬垂部分13设于所述凹槽12中。环形钻头1的筒体上同样也设有锁孔,以便与定向钻头的相应孔位锁定。锁孔包括在轴向传递冲击的平面,例如平面4和6,以及带动旋转的平面5。
平面4可以上升,尤其是一个不断上升的平面,筒体设于环形钻头1上法兰14的后端,包含耦合环2内悬垂部分的对应部件12以及定向钻头10锁定部件7-9的对应部件4-6、5、16和17。
所述锁孔4-6可用作耦合环2设于环形钻头1的筒体上的相同位置。耦合环2轴向长度为h1,锁孔4-6自筒体的长度与耦合环2长度相同。因此,环形钻头1在轴向的运动时间将缩短。锁孔4-6穿过环形钻头的筒体,因而环形钻头里的环形槽12并不一定是沿着筒体持续相连的。
如图3所示为定向钻头10,其设有锁孔7-9作为环形钻头1锁孔的对应孔位,与用于环形钻头的横向模头相比,其中一个可以缩短定向钻头10横向模头的长度。
图4所示为设于环形钻头中的卡口锁环的锁孔。环形钻头1的内表面设有垂直槽18,同时末端设有水平槽17。一凸件,如四边形的凸件,设于定向钻头的一侧,并首先移向垂直槽18的末端,定向钻头倒转时凸件背向位于水平槽17末端的平面5移动,并带动定向钻头向环形钻头旋转。同样,所述凸件也可以在锁定位置时通过冲击环形钻头1平面16而冲击环形钻头。这种情况下,凹槽17和18的深度均小于环形钻头1的壁厚。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于在土壤或岩石中产生孔的钻孔机,由定向钻头(10)和环形钻头(1)组成,定向钻头(10)用来钻取样冲眼,而环形钻头(1)用来钻取孔的***部分,在钻孔过程中根据定向钻头(10)调整环形钻头(1),在平面(4-6)、(7-9)以及(15,16)的帮助下由定向钻头(10)向环形钻头(1)旋转和冲击,所述平面在两钻头之间进行调整并传递动力。可以沿着定向钻头(10)拆除并安装环形钻头(1),进而使可锁定到环形钻头(1)的耦合环(2)连入环形钻头(1)以连接套管,套管可以拉入到钻孔中,并在所述耦合环的作用下连接到环形钻头(1)上,其特征在于,耦合环(2)沿着环形钻头(1)的***调整,加工件(13)与耦合环(2)相互锁定,至少两个均设于直线(L)的两侧,直线(L)经过平面(5)的中点带动环形钻头(1)旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钻孔机,其特征在于,环形钻头(1)至少包含两个设于***的环形槽(12),环形槽与加工件,如轴肩挡圈(13),相互锁定,并设于耦合环(2)的内表面,沿钻孔机轴向进行有限旋转和移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钻孔机,其特征在于,环形钻头(1)上法兰(14)的后端(***)包含设有耦合环(2)锁孔(13)的对应孔位(12)以及定向钻头(10)锁孔(7-9)的对应孔位(4-6)和(5、16、17)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的钻孔机,其特征在于,两钻头(1)和(10)的平面(4-6)、(7-9)以及(5,16)有时传递动力和冲击力,设于环形钻头(1)的柱形筒体上,筒体从法兰(14)延伸至环形钻头(1)的后端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的钻孔机,其特征在于,环形钻头(1)的内表面甚至没有由环形钻头(1)偏向定向钻头(10)的加工件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的钻孔机,其特征在于,定向钻头(10)锁孔(7-9)的对应孔位(4-6),设于环形钻头(1)的***,其直接经过环形钻头(1)的***。
7.根据权利要求1所述的钻孔机,其特征在于,定向钻头(10)锁孔的对应孔位(5、16、17),设于环形钻头(1)的***,即设于环形钻头(1)的***的平面和凹槽,并设于其内表面,此时平面和凹槽并没有穿过外端的壁。
8.根据权利要求1所述的钻孔机,其特征在于,环形钻头(1)***的平面受力于定向钻头(10),是可上升(4)的平面。
