Figure BDA00003281631500041
R=C wherein 6-C 22Alkyl, preferred C 6-C 22Alkyl or alkyl group or alkenyl, more preferably C 8– C 20Alkyl or alkyl group or alkenyl, most preferably C 10– C 18Alkyl or alkyl group or alkenyl; R 1And R 2Be C independently 1– C 4Alkyl or alkyl group, preferable methyl or ethyl, most preferably R 1And R 2It all is methyl; N is at least 12 and maximum 25, and is preferred maximum 20, most preferably maximum 17; And X -Be negatively charged ion, for example halide-ions or methylsulfuric acid radical ion,
D) randomly other conventional additive and
E) surplus is water.
Point out optional additive d) can comprise other tensio-active agent. If have any anion surfactant and/or amphoterics in said composition, then the molar weight of the water-soluble growth substance of positively charged ion of formula (I) is greater than the molar weight as any anionic group of the integral part of anion surfactant and/or amphoterics. But, preferably in said composition, do not have anion surfactant. In another embodiment, there are not anion surfactant or amphoterics.
Another aspect of the present invention is above-mentioned alkaline water-based composition itself, and wherein the summation of amine oxide and nonionogenic tenside and hydrotropic weight ratio are 1:3 to 5:3.
Term " anionic group " refers to the anionic group of covalent bonding in anion surfactant or amphoterics. For example, has formula R-OSO 3 -A +The sulfate radical of the alkyl-sulphate of (wherein R is the alkyl with at least 6 carbon atoms) and alkyl R covalent bonding, and these groups constitute anion surfactant together.Do not consider the counter ion among the formula I in this respect, for example X -, CH for example 3OSO 3 -In addition, amine oxide is not regarded as amphoterics in this article. If have any anion surfactant and/or amphoterics in said composition, the mol ratio of the cats product of the anionic group of this tensio-active agent and formula (I) preferably less than 1:2, is more preferably less than 1:3 less than 1:1.Most preferably, this waterborne compositions does not contain anion surfactant and amphoterics. Its reason is the water-soluble growth substance of positively charged ion of (I) of avoiding having formula and the complexing between the anion surfactant, and this complexing is not desirable, because its interference makes the nonionogenic tenside solubilising by the water-soluble growth substance of positively charged ion.
Nonionogenic tenside is known to be good wetting agent, and is present in usually in the composition of cleaning of hard surfaces. The most common ground, the cleaning of hard surfaces composition contains basic component. Many nonionogenic tensides (especially exist a large amount of ionogen for example those solution of alkali metal hydroxide, alkaline auxiliary lotion and/or complexing agent in) in basic solution are solvable inadequately, therefore need exist hydrotropic agent to improve their solubleness.Good hydrotropic agent is good wetting agent not necessarily. Its main task is to improve the solubleness of nonionogenic tenside, and therefore improves the wetting ability of said composition, because the dissolving now of original insoluble nonionogenic tenside also can be brought into play its wetting ability. The many hydrotropic agents that are used for nonionogenic tenside have been described in various publications.Hydrotropic example like this is ethanol, sodium xylene sulfonate, cumene sodium sulfonate, alkyl glycoside and oxyalkylated quaternary ammonium compound.
Alkaline compositions in this article refers to pH〉7 composition, by adding alkaline reagents, for example alkali metal hydroxide, alkaline auxiliary lotion and/or alkaline complexing agent obtain this pH.In one embodiment, pH is higher than 7.1, and in another embodiment, it is higher than 7.5.In the present invention, provide pH as the value that when measuring said composition for 25 ℃, obtains.Described alkali metal hydroxide is sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide preferably.Described alkaline auxiliary lotion can be alkaline carbonate or alkali metal hydrocarbonate, for example yellow soda ash, salt of wormwood, sodium bicarbonate or saleratus, alkalimetal silicate, for example water glass or Starso, or alkali metal phosphate, for example sodium orthophosphate. The alkaline auxiliary lotion that plays a role by complexing is for example trisodium phosphate and tripoly phosphate sodium STPP and corresponding sylvite. The example of organic washing-assisting detergent/complexing agent is aminocarboxylate, for example sodium nitrilo triacetate (Na 3NTA), sodium ethylene diamine tetracetate (EDTA), diethylene triaminepentaacetic acid(DTPA) sodium, 1,3-trimethylenedinitrilo-tertraacetic acid sodium and hydroxyethylethylene diamine tri-acetic acid sodium; Amino polyphosphonate, for example nitrilo trimethylene phosphonic salt; Organophosphate; Multi-carboxylate, for example Citrate trianion; Polymerization of carboxylic acid salt and basic metal gluconate are as gluconic acid sodium salt or potassium gluconate.
The amine oxide component preferably has following formula:
Figure BDA00003281631500051
R wherein 3Be alkyl or the acyl group that contains 8-22 carbon atom, B is O or NH, and y is 0 or 1, and condition is to work as R 3When being acyl group, y must be 1; R 4And R 5Be C independently 1-C 4Alkyl or alkyl group or group (AO) zH, wherein AO is the alkylidene group oxygen base with 2-4 carbon atom, and z is 1 to 5 number.
Point out that amine oxide is classified as nonionogenic tenside sometimes, classify as amphoterics sometimes, classify as zwitterionics sometimes, classify as cats product sometimes, mention as the tensio-active agent of particular variety sometimes. For avoiding confusion, amine oxide is regarded as the tensio-active agent of particular variety in this article, but not is regarded as roughly belonging to nonionogenic tenside, amphoterics, cats product or the big class of any other tensio-active agent.
Non-ionic surfactant component is the oxirane adducts preferably, is pure oxirane adducts suitably, and it preferably has following formula:
R 6O–(PO) a(EO) b(PO) cH (IV)
R wherein 6Be C 8To C 18Alkyl or alkyl group, preferred C 8To C 12, PO is propylidene oxygen base unit, EO is the ethyleneoxy group unit, a=0-5, preferred 0-4, most preferably 0-2; B=1-20, preferred 1-12, more preferably 2-8, most preferably 2-5; And c=0-5, preferred 0-4, more preferably 0-2, most preferably 0.Therefore, C 8– C 18-alcohol alkoxylate also can contain maximum 5 propylidene oxygen base unit except 1-20 ethyleneoxy group unit. When existing, propylidene oxygen base unit number can be as small as 0.1 mole of PO of every mol of alcohol. Can be random or add in block in ethyleneoxy group unit and propylidene oxygen base unit.Block can add on the alcohol with any order.Alcoxylates also can contain the alkyl that position endways has 1-4 carbon atom.Alcoxylates preferably contains 2-8 ethyleneoxy group unit and 0-2 propylidene oxygen base unit. The alkyl of nonionogenic tenside can be straight or branched, saturated or undersaturated.Suitable linear nonionogenic tenside is C 9-C 11Alcohol+4,5 or 6 moles of EO, C 11Alcohol+3,4,5,6,7 or 8 moles of EO, tridecyl alcohol+4,5,6,7 or 8 mole EO and C 10-C 14Alcohol+8 moles of EO+2 mole PO.Suitable branching nonionogenic tenside is 2-Ethylhexyl Alcohol+3,4 or 5 mole EO, 2-Ethylhexyl Alcohol+2 mole PO+4,5 or 6 moles of EO, 2-propyl enanthol+3,4,5 or 6 mole EO and 2-propyl enanthol+1 mole PO+4 mole EO.Another example is 2-butyl octanol+5,6 or 7 moles of EO.When discussing the alkylation degree, the numerical value of mentioning all is a mole mean number.

I) 0.03-20 weight % amine oxide,
Ii) 0.03-20 weight % nonionogenic tenside,
Iii) 0.015-20 weight % hydrotropic agent,
Iv) 0.03-40 weight % alkali metal hydroxide, alkaline auxiliary lotion and/or alkaline complexing agent,
V) randomly other conventional additive and
Vi) surplus is water.
Scope relate to the instant solution of dilution than lower part, higher part relates to concentrated solution.Concentrated solution can provide and reduce transportation cost and easily dilutable and easy-operating advantage.Typical case's enriched material can dilute 80 to 200 times to form instant solution.Point out that such dilution can be carried out in one or more steps, for example enriched material can be diluted 50 times, supply with the final user then, and further dilute 4 times to obtain instant solution. In supply chain, this is with the minimized accurately dilution effective means that obtains simultaneously of transportation cost.
The weight ratio of amine oxide and nonionogenic tenside is generally 1:2 to 8:3, and the summation of amine oxide and nonionogenic tenside and hydrotropic weight ratio are generally 1:3 to 5:3.
