技术领域    
     本发明属于新能源和节能环保技术领域,具体涉及一种可再生能源的新型环保高能醇基工业燃料及其制备方法。
背景技术    
     大气污染及工业排放是当前世界各国都急待解决的一项共同难题。目前国际上工业燃料仍然以高成本或高污染的柴油、天然气、煤、液化气和电为主,如何实现环保的社会效益与企业经济效益互利双赢问题,长期困扰着各国政府和工业界,市场急需一种既高效环保,又能大幅度节能且生产原料低廉广泛便于大规模生产的新型环保工业燃料。就当前市场状况,流行的醇基燃料种类繁多,鱼龙混杂,普遍热值低、性能不稳定、应用范围狭窄、无法大规模安全生产和贮运,因此只适用于民用,很难满足工业领域各种复杂的工况要求。另一方面,糖厂的废液却会产生大量污染,处理起来也需要耗费大量的人力和财力,如果能将糖厂的废液直接燃烧,这不仅可以处理糖厂的大量废液,而且还可以产生大量热能。
发明内容   
     为了克服上述问题,本发明向社会提供一种热值高、性能稳定、可大规模安全生产和贮运,能难满足工业领域各种复杂的工况要求的和处理糖厂的废液的新型环保高能醇基工业燃料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:提供一种新型环保高能醇基工业燃料,由下述重量百分比的组份组成:
甲醇: 65%-70%               榨糖废液:10%-15%
松香水:5%-8%                含量为27.5%的双氧水:1%-3%
二甲苯:1.5%-3%              植酸盐:1%-3%
苯并***:1.5%-2%             丙酮:3%-5%
二茂铁:0.01%-0.05%          薰衣草油:0.1%-0.5%
橡胶溶胀抑制剂:1.5%-2%。
本发明还提供一种新型环保高能醇基工业燃料的制备方法,先将定重的甲醇注入到调和罐内,然后,按比例依次将松香水、双氧水、二甲苯、植酸盐、苯并***、丙酮、二茂铁和橡胶溶胀抑制剂注入,静止30-60分钟,再注入榨糖废液及薰衣草油,搅拌约10-20分钟,封盖,在常温下让混合液静止2-4小时,即成。
本发明是以成本低廉,原材料广泛易取的甲醇和榨糖废液混合液作为主燃液体,再混合相适应的松香水、双氧水、丙酮、二茂铁作为催化、助燃及热值增强剂;同时配以植酸盐、苯并***、橡胶溶胀抑制剂来缓蚀、除烟、抗静电、抗震防爆、防止金属件腐蚀和橡胶配件溶胀;以丙酮作为沸点及闪点调节剂,使其可适应不同地区的气候和具体工况要求。同时采用薰衣草油,不仅能调节不良气味,还能进行燃液泄露时的预警。不仅从技术上解决了工业应用上的原料成本问题,还解决了醇基燃料热值低,对金属件、橡胶件腐蚀和溶胀的问题;并通过改性稳定处理,使该燃料不仅配置方便,而且贮运安全,燃烧稳定充分,清洁高效。
本发明所涉燃料是一种可再生能源,能完全替代工业热力燃烧领域的柴油、天然气、液化气、煤和电,其原材料来源广泛,价格低廉。既高效环保,又安全节能、性能稳定,能有效地解决工业能源紧缺和高污染、高成本的难题,有着十分重要的社会经济效益。

本发明中的松香水是一种用松香粉末溶于99%以上的乙醇制成的,其中,松香粉末与乙醇的重量比为1:3-5;。具有低烟、刺鼻味小、不污染工作环境、不影响人体健康。
本发明中的双氧水是含量为27.5%(W/W)的双氧水,又称过氧化氢。市场上可以购得。
榨糖废液为糖厂废水过滤后,得到的无渣质的废液;除榨糖废液外,酿酒废液及酒精废液亦可,比例相同。
为了提高榨糖废液中的碳水化合物的可燃烧性,还可以对榨糖废液进行预处理,将榨糖废液(不除渣)按5%-20%重量百分比接入酵母菌和根霉菌,酵母菌与根霉菌的重量比为1:3,在室温下即20-25摄氏度,发酵10-20小时,然后,滤出渣质所得的榨糖废液,效果更佳。
本发明中的其它原料,均可以在市场上购得,这里不再赘述。
本发明的新型环保高能醇基工业燃料,通过醇基专用燃烧机进行燃料,使用几乎所有工业热力燃烧领域。本发明经过在不同工况条件下近一年多测试,确认燃烧温度、热值高、环保节能效果十分优异;可完全替代工业锅炉、窑等热力燃烧领域的天然气、柴油、液化气、煤、电等传统燃料,无需更换其他设备,改造成本极低,具有极好的广泛适用性;其原料来源广泛,取之不尽,成本低廉,每吨新型环保高能醇基工业燃料最高可以1:1替代柴油,而成本不到柴油的1/3,经济效益极为可观。所选用的榨糖废液,原料为各地糖厂,发酵处理的废弃物质,全国每年此类废液超过300万吨,由于长期没有良好的利用渠道,企业每年都得花费大量资金进行处理,本发明的应用将提供一条极佳的解决此类废液的途径,实是一个多赢的技术解决方案。
本发明所涉新型环保醇基工业燃料,在工业锅炉、窑等热力燃烧领域应用,经试验证明,新型环保醇基工业燃料不仅能彻底实现清洁环保,在环保上优于国际最严格的工业排放标准,而且能全面降低企业能源成本,提高企业生产效益和产能,全面提升企业的市场竞争力。
具体地说,本发明还具有: 
1、节能。
(1)、热能高,在炉灶上燃烧温度能达到1000多度。
(2)、降低劳动强度、节约燃料。

(2)、不产生有害气体。一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、林格曼黑度等各项指标的排放值远低于液化气和柴油,并且远低于国家环保总局规定的排放限值,可达到国际最严格的环保要求。100万吨新型环保高能醇基工业燃料代替100万吨的柴油将减少排放208.6万吨CO2;100万吨的新型环保高能醇基工业燃料代替100万吨天然气减少排放165万吨CO2

Claims (2)

1.一种新型环保高能醇基工业燃料,其特征在于,由下述重量百分比的组份组成:
甲醇: 65%-70%               榨糖废液:10%-15%
松香水:5%-8%                质量浓度为27.5%的双氧水:1%-3%
二甲苯:1.5%-3%              植酸盐:1%-3%
苯并***:1.5%-2%             丙酮:3%-5%
二茂铁:0.01%-0.05%          薰衣草油:0.1%-0.5%
橡胶溶胀抑制剂:1.5%-2%。
2.一种新型环保高能醇基工业燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:先将重量百分比为65%-70%的甲醇注入到调和罐内,然后,依次将重量百分比为5%-8%松香水、1%-3%质量浓度为27.5%的双氧水、1.5%-3%二甲苯、1%-3%植酸盐、1.5%-2%苯并***、3%-5%丙酮、0.01%-0.05%二茂铁和1.5%-2%橡胶溶胀抑制剂注入,静止30-60分钟,再注入重量百分比为10%-15%榨糖废液及0.1%-0.5%薰衣草油,搅拌10-20分钟,封盖,在常温下让混合液静止2-4小时,即成。
