Abstract

本发明涉及一种压紧装置,包括中空的圆柱体、设在所述圆柱体上的压块,所述圆柱体上开有凹槽,所述凹槽贯穿所述圆柱体的外侧。本发明在固定不同的工件时,可以旋转圆柱体,然后通过压块压紧工件,便于工件的安装及拿取,操作简便,提高了生产效率,降低了工人的劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机床加工辅助配件,尤其涉及一种压紧装置。
背景技术
    压块,被广泛应用于机床加工中,主要用于将工件进行压紧,避免工件的晃动而造成加工困难。但是现有的压块将工件压紧后固定在机台上,当需要加工不同的工件时,需要将压块从机台上拆卸下来,然后再放置不同的工件,最后将工件固定在机台上,操作复杂,装卸很不方便,浪费了大量的人力物力,无法满足生产要求,提高了生产周期。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单的压紧装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种压紧装置,包括中空的圆柱体、设在所述圆柱体上的压块,所述圆柱体上开有凹槽,所述凹槽贯穿所述圆柱体的外侧。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,压紧装置进一步包括所述凹槽包括第一槽面、均与所述第一槽面垂直的第二槽面、圆弧面、第三槽面,所述第二槽面、圆弧面、第三槽面依次连接。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,压紧装置进一步包括所述第二槽面、圆弧面、第三槽面依次圆弧过渡。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,压紧装置进一步包括所述第二槽面、第三槽面上分别垂直设有第一圆形槽、第二圆形槽。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,压紧装置进一步包括所述第二槽面与所述第三槽面之间的夹角为100°-110°。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,压紧装置进一步包括所述第二槽面与所述第三槽面之间的夹角为106°。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,压紧装置进一步包括所述圆柱体内开有不同直径的第一通孔、第二通孔。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明在固定不同的工件时,可以旋转圆柱体,然后通过压块压紧工件,便于工件的安装及拿取,操作简便,提高了生产效率,降低了工人的劳动强度。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种压紧装置,包括中空的圆柱体1、设在圆柱体1上的压块2,圆柱体1上开有凹槽3,凹槽3贯穿圆柱体1的外侧。
本发明优选凹槽3包括第一槽面4、均与第一槽面4垂直的第二槽面5、圆弧面6第三槽面7,第二槽面5、圆弧面6、第三槽面7依次连接且圆弧过渡,避免产生应力,造成工件的损伤。
第二槽面5、第三槽面7上分别垂直设有第一圆形槽8、第二圆形槽9,该第一圆形槽8、第二圆形槽9延伸至圆柱体1内。
本发明优选第二槽面5与第三槽面7之间的夹角A为100°-110°。进一步的,第二槽面5与第三槽面7之间的夹角A为106°。
为了便于圆柱体1的旋转,圆柱体1内开有不同直径的第一通孔10、第二通孔11,第一通孔10的直径大于第二通孔11的直径,便于将圆柱体1安装在机台上且能绕机台旋转,便于旋转定位不同的工件。
本发明在使用时,首先通过圆柱体1的第二通孔11将圆柱体1套在机台的部件上且可绕部件旋转,旋转至一定位置后压块2压在工件上,再通过第一通孔10将圆柱体1固定在机台上,完成整个压紧过程。工件加工完成后,松开第一通孔10与机台的固定,再将圆柱体1旋转至一定位置后通过压块2压紧其它的工件。

1.一种压紧装置,其特征在于:包括中空的圆柱体、设在所述圆柱体上的压块,所述圆柱体上开有凹槽,所述凹槽贯穿所述圆柱体的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压紧装置,其特征在于:所述凹槽包括第一槽面、均与所述第一槽面垂直的第二槽面、圆弧面、第三槽面,所述第二槽面、圆弧面、第三槽面依次连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的压紧装置,其特征在于:所述第二槽面、圆弧面、第三槽面依次圆弧过渡。
4.根据权利要求3所述的压紧装置,其特征在于:所述第二槽面、第三槽面上分别垂直设有第一圆形槽、第二圆形槽。
5.根据权利要求3所述的压紧装置,其特征在于:所述第二槽面与所述第三槽面之间的夹角为100°-110°。
6.根据权利要求5所述的压紧装置,其特征在于:所述第二槽面与所述第三槽面之间的夹角为106°。
7.根据权利要求1所述的压紧装置,其特征在于:所述圆柱体内开有不同直径的第一通孔、第二通孔。
