Abstract

本发明金属陶瓷石墨自润滑喷涂材料由两个组分构成,第一组分由金属N1包覆固体润滑剂石墨构成,第二组分由Al2O3和一种或两种以上的氧化物构成。本发明喷涂材料经等离子喷涂技术喷覆在合金材料及不锈钢构件上,作为自润滑部件,不但具有高耐磨性,优异的润滑性,还能防止同种金属咬合,从而起到自润滑的作用。可应用于高温高压水介质中,更适用于有放射性的场合。

Description

金属陶瓷石墨自润滑喷涂材料
本发明属于金属陶瓷石墨制品,可应用于高温高压水介质中作为自润滑部件喷涂材料。
在高温、高速负载条件下运转的无油自润滑轴承、导向块、螺杆、高级密封环等部件及材料均要求有较高的强度和良好的润滑性,尤其在有些恶劣的环境下,如高温、高压及水介质中使用在负荷大的摩擦磨损部件,其耐磨性及自润滑性的材料更难找到。
在已知的技术中,曾有文章介绍采用金属包复石墨的方法来制取自润滑部件,但未得到满意结果,即使是镍包复石墨,利用普通烧结成型工艺也得不到较好的效果。日本专利昭58-17819发明了一种固体自润滑复合材料。中国专利85107628在日本专利基础上改进了其发明,中国专利由两个组分构成,第一组分由金属Ni、Co包复固体润滑剂石墨、MoS2、WS2、WSe2中的一种或两种以上的包复粉未构成,第二组分由第四、五、六付族金属的碳化物、氮化物与Ni、Co、Mo中的一种或两种以上的金属构成,第一组分与第二组分的重量百分比为10∶90~30∶70,两者采用的工艺,前者为热压成形工艺,后者为电火花烧结工艺。
本发明的目的在于提供一种高耐磨性、润滑性能优异的金属陶瓷石墨自润滑喷涂材料,可应用于高温高压水介质等恶劣条件下。
本发明金属陶瓷石墨自润滑喷涂材料由氧化物、固体润滑剂和金属组成,由两个组分构成,第一组分由金属Ni包复固体润滑剂石墨构成,第二组分由Al2O3和一种或两种以上氧化物构成,第一组分与第二组分的重量百分比为70∶30~55∶45,所用原料的颗粒度为-160目+5微米。
本发明所设计的金属陶瓷石墨自润滑喷涂材料由强度高的硬质相,结合牢固的粘结相和均匀分布的润滑相构成,将各种特性融合于一体,成为性能优良的自润滑喷涂材料。如以一定纯度和颗粒度的Al2O3陶瓷和一种或两种以上氧化物作为基体成分;另外加入Ni包复石墨。根据对表面喷涂材料性能的要求和使用条件,在一定量的范围内酌情改变成分的配比。当要求表面喷涂材料有较高的耐磨性时,可适当增加基体的量;当要求提高润滑性时,可增加润滑剂的量;而要求提高韧性时可增加Ni的含量。即通过调节Al2O3和氧化物混和体和金属Ni以及石墨的配比,可达到所要求的表面喷涂材料的要求。
本发明金属陶瓷石墨自润滑喷涂材料,由两个组分构成,第一组分的金属包复润滑剂中,金属Ni与润滑剂石墨的重量比为75∶25~60∶40,第二组分中Al2O3与一种或两种以上氧化物之比为80∶20~97∶3。
本发明金属陶瓷石墨自润滑喷涂材料经等离子喷涂技术喷覆在合金材料及不锈钢构件上,不但具有较高的耐磨性,优异的润滑性,还能防止同种金属咬合,从而起到自润滑作用。可应用于高温高压水介质中,更适用于放射性场合。
实施例:
采用本发明金属陶瓷石墨自润滑喷涂材料,经等离子喷涂在30mm×8mm×15mm不锈钢滑块上,其涂层材料配比(重量比),第一组分70%Ni包30%天然石墨,第二组分87%Al2O3,13%TiO2,第一组分与第二组分之比为60∶40。配料用几台高精度均分器混合,喷涂采用50kW电弧等离子喷涂设备喷涂,产品使用于水介质工况条件下,进行摩擦磨损试验,润滑剂用蒸馏水,压力5kg/mm,S=3016m/h,经15000m磨损,其磨损量为20mg左右,摩擦系数0.7~0.9之间,涂层抗折强度为43.2MPa。

Claims (3)

1.一种由氧化物、固体润滑剂和金属组成的金属陶瓷石墨自润滑喷涂材料,其特征在于由两个组分构成,第一组分由镍(Ni)包复固体润滑剂石墨构成,第二组分由三氧化二铝(Al2O3)和氧化钛(TiO2)构成,第一组分与第二组分的重量百分比为70∶30~55∶45。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属陶瓷石墨自润滑喷涂材料,其特征在于第一组分的金属包复润滑剂中,金属Ni与润滑剂石墨的重量比为75∶25~60∶40,第二组分中Al2O3与氧化钛(TiO2)之比为80∶20~97∶3。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的金属陶瓷石墨自润滑喷涂材料,其特征在于所用原料的颗粒度为-160目+5微米。
