Abstract

本发明涉及一种防火环保木塑地板的生产工艺,用秸秆或者废木料、废旧塑料、碳酸钙填充料用粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后把粉料进行干燥处理,然后加入润滑剂、稳定剂、增塑剂共混后造粒,再经过挤出机和模具头挤出成型,经冷却池冷却后切割成所需的规格。本发明工艺简单、加工成本低,产品具有防火、耐腐蚀的特点,具有较高强度的同时,也具有木质和塑料的韧性;原料采用农作物秸秆或者废木料和废旧塑料,实现了资源的再利用。

一种防火环保木塑地板的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及板材加工领域,具体涉及一种防火环保木塑地板的生产工艺。
背景技术
近年来,多次发生商场等场所发生重大火灾,给生命安全和经济带来重大损失,主要原因在于装修时没有采用安全的防火材料,一旦有明火出现,就会引起装修材料的燃烧,导致火灾发生。现在在家居或着公众场合装修时,多采用防火材料进行装修,往往防火材料由于加工方法和用料的特殊,成本较高。
现在农作物的收割多采用大型联合收割机,虽然加快了收割速度,但是农作物秸秆往往没有利用价值,人们多采用就地焚烧的方式处理,不仅造成了农田中微生物在焚烧时死亡导致土壤变差,甚至成为盐碱地,不再适宜作物生长,焚烧时产生大量的烟尘也会引起很大的污染。
同时今年废旧塑料带来的白色污染也极大地困扰着人们,而随着石油成本的不断上涨和石油资源的日益枯竭,废旧塑料的回收利用也需要引起人们的注意。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防火环保木塑地板的生产工艺,不仅降低了常用防火地板价格较高的问题,也有效地利用了农作物秸秆和废旧塑料。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种防火环保木塑地板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1):原料处理  
a:将农作物秸秆或废旧木材粉碎至60-100目;
b:将废旧塑料分类、清洗、破碎、研磨至30-60目的塑料粉;
c:将上述粉碎的料在温度100-150℃下干燥10-15min;
(2):混合造粒  
取木粉15-25%重量百分比、重质碳酸钙15-20%重量百分比、轻质碳酸钙25-35%重量百分比、塑料粉25-35%重量百分比、润滑剂0.5-1%重量百分比、稳定剂1-2%重量百分比、增塑剂0.5-4.5%重量百分比加入高速搅拌机,在转速500-2000r/min混合10-20min,将混匀后的粉料用挤出机在温度为120-290℃、转速为30-65r/min下挤出造粒;
(3):成型
将上述粒料用挤出机挤出,挤出机机头部装有模具,挤出机输送段温度130-225℃、压缩段温度140-230℃、计量段温度160-290℃,磨具温度为180-300℃,螺杆转速为45-90r/min,粒料经挤出机和模具挤出成型;
(4):冷却
将成型的木塑地板经冷却池冷却;
(5):将冷却后的地板切割成所需的规格。
所述废旧塑料的主要成分为可塑性材料。
所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸丁酯、油酰胺、乙撑双硬脂酰胺中的一种或几种。
所述的稳定剂为有机锡类稳定剂。
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯、磷酸酯类、环氧类中的一种或几种。
所述重质碳酸钙尺寸为300-500目。
所述轻质碳酸钙尺寸为300-500目。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺简单、加工成本低,产品具有防火、耐腐蚀的特点,具有较高强度的同时,也具有木质和塑料的韧性;原料采用农作物秸秆或者废木料和废旧塑料,实现了资源的再利用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防火环保木塑地板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1):原料处理  
a:将玉米秸秆粉碎至60目;
b:将废旧聚丙烯(PP)材质水瓶清洗、破碎、研磨至40目的塑料粉;
c:将上述粉碎的料在温度120℃下干燥10min;
(2):混合造粒  
取秸秆粉粉25%重量百分比、350目的重质碳酸钙20%重量百分比、400目轻质碳酸钙25%重量百分比、塑料粉25%重量百分比、天然石蜡0.5%重量百分比、有机锡稳定剂1%重量百分比、邻苯二甲酸乙二醇酯3.5%重量百分比加入高速搅拌机,在转速1000r/min混合15min,将混匀后的粉料用挤出机在输送段温度为120℃、压缩段温度为160℃、计量段温度为170℃,转速为45r/min下挤出造粒;
(3):成型
将上述粒料用挤出机挤出,挤出机机头部装有模具,挤出机输送段温度130℃、压缩段温度145℃、计量段温度160℃,磨具温度为175℃,螺杆转速为60r/min,粒料经挤出机和模具挤出成型;
(4):冷却
将成型的木塑地板经冷却池冷却;
(5):将冷却后的地板用切割机切割成15*100cm2的规格。
实施例2
一种防火环保木塑地板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1):原料处理  
a:将小麦秸秆粉碎至80目;
b:将废旧聚氯乙烯(PVC)材质塑料、清洗、破碎、研磨至50目的塑料粉;
c:将上述粉碎的料在温度130℃下干燥10-min;
(2):混合造粒  
取秸秆粉20%重量百分比、400目的重质碳酸钙15%重量百分比、350目的轻质碳酸钙30%重量百分比、塑料粉28%重量百分比、硬脂酸丁酯1%重量百分比、有机锡稳定剂1.5%重量百分比、磷酸脂肪醇酯4.5%重量百分比加入高速搅拌机,在转速1200r/min混合20min,将混匀后的粉料用挤出机在温度为输送段温度为180℃、压缩段温度为185℃、计量段温度为195℃、转速为65r/min下挤出造粒;
(3):成型
将上述粒料用挤出机挤出,挤出机机头部装有模具,挤出机输送段温度180℃、压缩段温度190℃、计量段温度200℃,磨具温度为205℃,螺杆转速为70r/min,粒料经挤出机和模具挤出成型;
(4):冷却
将成型的木塑地板经冷却池冷却;
(5):将冷却后的地板切割成所需的规格。

Claims (7)

1.一种防火环保木塑地板的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1):原料处理  
a:将农作物秸秆或废旧木材粉碎至60-100目;
b:将废旧塑料分类、清洗、破碎、研磨至30-60目的塑料粉;
c:将上述粉碎的料在温度100-150℃下干燥10-15min;
(2):混合造粒  
取木粉15-25%重量百分比、重质碳酸钙15-20%重量百分比、轻质碳酸钙25-35%重量百分比、塑料粉25-35%重量百分比、润滑剂0.5-1%重量百分比、稳定剂1-2%重量百分比、增塑剂0.5-4.5%重量百分比加入高速搅拌机,在转速500-2000r/min混合10-20min,将混匀后的粉料用挤出机在温度为120-290℃、转速为30-65r/min下挤出造粒;
(3):成型
将上述粒料用挤出机挤出,挤出机机头部装有模具,挤出机输送段温度130-225℃、压缩段温度140-230℃、计量段温度160-290℃,磨具温度为180-300℃,螺杆转速为45-90r/min,粒料经挤出机和模具挤出成型;
(4):冷却
将成型的木塑地板经冷却池冷却;
(5):将冷却后的地板切割成所需的规格。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保木塑地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述废旧塑料的主要成分为可塑性材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保木塑地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸丁酯、油酰胺、乙撑双硬脂酰胺中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保木塑地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂为有机锡类稳定剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保木塑地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯、磷酸酯类、环氧类中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保木塑地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述重质碳酸钙尺寸为300-500目。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保木塑地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述轻质碳酸钙尺寸为300-500目。
