本发明钢管调型方法属于钢管制造和加工领域,在换辊期间,准备长管,长管的长度与飞锯到挤压辊的距离相当,长管与规格相同的焊管对接,长管的焊缝都要朝上,焊缝对焊缝,每个环焊缝焊接完之后,要用砂轮机将焊疤和过高的焊缝修磨平,然后利用定径辊的动力,反向运行,将焊接好的长管,从飞锯穿过已换好的矫直辊、定径辊和水冷、空冷段到磨光辊,与过挤压辊的钢管前端对接,定径辊、矫直辊,逐架调整好,飞锯调整好高度和刀距参数,待牵引管与高频处的管对接好后,启动轧机,一次性将焊接好的管牵引出来。本发明能快速、方便地将合格管生产出来。

技术领域
本发明钢管调型方法属于钢管制造和加工领域,主要用于ERW钢管生产,换辊后调型穿管的一种方法。 
背景技术
目前,在ERW钢管生产中,换轧辊后调试穿管,都要遇到不能一次将焊接后的钢管顺利穿过飞锯的问题。造成这种现象的原因主要有:1.穿管过程中钢管是以成型辊为驱动力,推着焊接好的钢管向前走,钢管前端没牵引力,容易造成焊缝偏转;2.大中口径ERW制管机组的设备布局距离都比较长,轧辊的轧制中心线偏差,导致焊缝偏转;3.管坯在成型区、挤压辊处受力不均和进行焊缝热处理,造成钢管头部翘起和焊缝偏转。 
大多数情况下,换好轧辊后初次穿管过中频热处理、空冷、水冷、定径辊、矫直辊、飞锯,至少要非正常停机3次以上才能穿过飞锯。每次停机都产生10米长的断焊管(包括停机再启动时,热处理、焊接温度不足、外毛刺没去除好的长度),那么每次换辊穿管调型到正常生产,至少要产生30--40米长的不合格管,才能生产出合格管。当使用的材料,板面不平时,成型焊接波动大,焊缝容易偏转,造成钢管严重弯曲,不能顺利通过定径、飞锯工序,调整起来也很困难,而且耗时长,严重影响生产进度。特别是生产小管径钢管时,焊缝偏转快,内刀极易刮偏,导致内毛刺去除不理想,刮槽或内毛刺没刮干净,影响产品质量和增加后序处理的工作量;另外还造成焊缝偏离中频感应器中心,导致焊缝热处理不充分,所生产的钢管达不到标准要求,产品换型,更换轧辊后调试穿管,不能一次将焊接后的钢管顺利穿过飞锯,造成较大浪费,这些都严重影响小批量订单生产的成材率。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术中的不足之处,而提供一种缩短钢管调型穿管的时间,减少调型穿管过程中不合格管的数量,提高产品合格率,降低生产成本的钢管调型方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,本发明的钢管调型方法如下,
换辊期间,准备长管,长管的长度与飞锯到挤压辊的距离相当,长管与规格相同的焊管对接,长管的焊缝都要朝上,焊缝对焊缝,每个环焊缝焊接完之后,要用砂轮机将焊疤和过高的焊缝修磨平,然后利用定径辊的动力,反向运行,将焊接好的长管,从飞锯穿过已换好的矫直辊、定径辊和水冷、空冷段到磨光辊,与过挤压辊的钢管前端对接,定径辊、矫直辊,逐架调整好,飞锯调整好高度和刀距参数,待牵引管与高频处的管对接好后,启动轧机,一次性将焊接好的管牵引出来。
本发明的有益效果是:比一般的调型方法,少停机3~4次,减少原材料投入30~40米,降低了生产成本;缩短了穿管调型的时间,加快了生产调试的进度;焊接质量稳定,有利于内外毛刺的去除,能快速、方便地将合格管生产出来。

如附图1、附图2、附图3、附图4所示,是ERW钢管生产引法穿管调型高频至飞锯岗位布局示意图,主要是管坯经高频焊接—→中频处理—→空冷段—→水冷—→定径—→飞锯切断的全过。换辊期间,准备长管,长管的长度与飞锯到挤压辊的距离相当,长管与规格相同的焊管对接,长管的焊缝都要朝上,焊缝对焊缝,每个环焊缝焊接完之后,要用砂轮机将焊疤和过高的焊缝修磨平,然后利用定径辊的动力,反向运行,将焊接好的长管,从飞锯穿过已换好的矫直辊、定径辊和水冷、空冷段到磨光辊,与过挤压辊的钢管前端对接,定径辊、矫直辊,逐架调整好,飞锯调整好高度和刀距参数,待牵引管与高频处的管对接好后,启动轧机,一次性将焊接好的管牵引出来。
