背景技术
航空器乘客座椅通常用作多种附件(包括座位控制件、视听控制件、折叠式餐桌和视频监视器等)的安装位置。特别地,视频监视器通常安装到座椅靠背,使得就坐在监视器后方的乘客能够接近并且观看监视器。
将视频监视器安装到座椅靠背的传统方法包括边框围绕件和复杂的支架。这种结构不允许在不费功夫和/或不必局部拆卸座椅靠背的情况下移除监视器。而且,传统支架通常不利地需要用于附接监视器的多种独立致动的机械紧固件,并且所述传统支架没有充分遮蔽紧固件以避开乘客,从而使得监视器呈现出令人不满意的外观并且易被损坏和窃取。
因此,为了克服传统设计的不利之处,在此提供了一种用于机载监视器的座椅靠背扩展坞的实施例,所述实施例包括遮蔽的闩锁以及接近闩锁的路径,这允许较为轻松便捷地快速移除附接的监视器。
发明内容
在第一实施例中,提供了一种用于视频监视器的扩展坞,所述扩展坞包括:基板,所述基板适于安装到诸如座椅靠背的支承表面;间隔开的轴,所述间隔开的轴能够旋转地安装在所述基板上,所述轴中的每一根均包括用于接合所述视频监视器的锁扣的间隔开的钩;对准柱,所述对准柱从所述基板延伸,以用于相对于所述基板对准所述视频监视器;和电子连接器,所述电子连接器安装到所述基板,以用于与所述视频监视器的电子连接器配合,从而当所述视频监视器被接合在所述扩展坞中时向所述视频监视器提供电能和信号。

在此提供的扩展坞在一个方面中用于将视频监视器、平板电脑或其它监视器可释放地固定到支撑结构,所述支撑结构是诸如在航空器机舱内的座椅靠背、隔断、壁或者其它结构。扩展坞可释放地固定视频监视器,从而允许在不需要费功夫并且不需要复杂支架***和多种遮蔽的紧固件的情况下快速地移除监视器。扩展坞的一部分可以由边框(bezel)或者其它结构所包围,以增强安装组件的视觉外观。尽管参照具有特定背部构造的视频监视器描述扩展坞,但是所述扩展坞可以由本领域的技术人员容易地改动,以适应任何监视器的背部。
参照图1,示出的扩展坞的第一实施例整体用附图标记10表示。扩展坞10示出为附接到座椅靠背12的上部分上,使得航空器乘客可以接近并且观看附接的监视器。扩展坞10可以安装成与座椅靠背齐平或从表面下陷。扩展坞10还可以安装到其它支撑结构。
参照图1-4,视频监视器的扩展坞10的第一实施例大体包括基板14、间隔开的闩锁组件16、多个对准柱18、和用于向附接到扩展坞10的监视器提供电能和信号的单个电子连接器20。
如示出的那样,基板14具有大体矩形的形状,所述矩形的形状对应于待对接的监视器的形状,但是可以设想有替代性和非对应的基板形状和尺寸。基板14为大体平面的并且可以通过弯曲例如铝的材料板材构造而成。基板14包括从基板14的左侧和右侧横向延伸的多个突出件22,所述突出件22限定了贯穿基板14的开口,以便接收将基板14固定到座椅靠背结构上的紧固件。定位在基板14拐角附近的四个突出件22牢固地将基板14固定到座椅靠背并且防止基板14相对于座椅靠背12旋转。基板14还包括顶部和底部凸缘24,所述顶部和底部凸缘24从基板14的顶部边缘和底部边缘大体垂直(即,向后)延伸,其中,凸缘24中的至少一个限定了沿着其长度间隔开的间隙26,所述间隔开的间隙26与闩锁组件16的轴28轴向对准,以用于接近轴28(例如,见图4)。
间隔开的闩锁组件16均包括轴28,所述轴28可旋转地安装在基板14上,其中每根所述轴28均包括以和轴28一起旋转的方式固定的两个间隔开的钩30,以用于接合监视器的背部上的对应的架状突出件或者“锁扣”(例如见图8)。闩锁组件16一起包括四个钩30,所述钩30用于接合监视器,以防止从基板14向后拉动监视器或者防止所述监视器相对于所述基板14旋转。轴28的下端部包括六角状或其它非圆形的凹陷部34,用于使轴28与相容的扳手或工具一起旋转,所述工具通过限定在凸缘24中的间隙26从基板14的“下方”***。轴28的下端部定位成从基板14的外周向内,以当对接监视器时遮蔽所述下端部不被乘客看见并且乘客不能接近所述下端部。闩锁组件16可以布置成相互平行,并且相对于基板14定向成使得在将基板安装到座椅靠背时所述闩锁组件16基本是竖直的。在这个布置方案中,从扩展坞10的下方可以接近轴28的下端部。
扭簧32朝向闩锁方向(即,如图所示向“右侧”)偏压轴28和钩30。扭簧32承载在轴28上,其中,弹簧的一个端部以旋转的方式固定到轴28上并且另一个端部固定到或被迫抵靠在基板14上。钩30是弹簧加载的,从而沿钩的解锁方向(即,向“左侧”)作用在钩上的力的移除致使钩30运动到其闩锁方向(例如,向“右侧”)。偏压的状态允许当监视器按压抵靠在钩上时钩30运动到一侧以摆脱监视器上的锁扣,并且允许在摆脱锁扣时钩30卡扣到锁扣上就位。
多个对准柱18(例如,如图所示为四个)定位成毗邻基板14的四个拐角并且沿着监视器的方向从基板14向后延伸。每根对准柱18均包括螺旋弹簧36,所述螺旋弹簧36通过垫圈38捕获在柱18上。垫圈38座落在柱的端部的下方,使得在对接期间,每根对准柱18的一部分均接收在监视器的背部中的开口内,以相对于扩展坞10对准监视器,并且柱18上的螺旋弹簧36被压缩以偏压监视器壳体远离扩展坞10,使得接合的钩30与壳体背部上的架状突出件/锁扣保持牢固接合,并且监视器牢固地保持在座椅12的靠背上。可以设想的是,替代性的对准构件可以用于相对于扩展坞10对准监视器。
电子连接器20安装在基板14上并且包括单个多管脚连接器,用于当将监视器按压到扩展坞10中时与监视器上的单个多管脚连接器配合。电子连接器可以支撑在柱40上并且相关的布线可以沿着座椅靠背的方向行进通过基板14,以电连接到电源和信号源。通过匹配的连接器在监视器背部上的定位来确定连接器20的定位。
参照图5-7,扩展坞的第二实施例整体用附图标记50示出。扩展坞50包括与第一实施例相同的闩锁组件16和对准柱18,还包括向后延伸的侧凸缘52,所述侧凸缘52可枢转地附接到安装支架54,以用于使得基板14相对于座椅靠背12枢转运动,以例如在提供适当的视角的同时适应成一定角度的座椅靠背安装表面、和/或允许在安装之后调整视角。支架54限定了贯穿其中的开口56,所述开口56用于接收传统紧固件,以便将扩展坞附接到支撑结构。
扩展坞50还包括固定柱58,所述固定柱58附接到侧凸缘52并且从侧凸缘58横向延伸,所述固定柱58在限定通过支架(例如,见图6)的细长引导槽60内行进。固定柱58和引导槽60之间的关系控制并且限制基板14相对于支架54的枢转量。
参照图8,用于与扩展坞10或50对接的相容示例性监视器整体用附图标记62示出。监视器壳体64的背部基本包括多个开口66,所述开口66的位置与扩展坞10、50的对准柱18的位置相对应。壳体64还限定了多个凹陷部68,所述凹陷部68的位置对应于钩30的位置。每个凹陷部68均包括用于摆脱钩30的空隙以及用于接合钩30的架状突出件或锁扣68。凹陷部68可以限定用于将钩30引到凹陷部中的闩锁引入部72。监视器62还包括单个多管脚电子连接器70,以用于与扩展坞电子连接器20配合。
参照图9-12,示出了监视器62对接到扩展坞10或50,以及从扩展坞10或者50解除对接。具体参照图9,当对接监视器62时,对准柱18与监视器壳体的背部中的开口66对准并且接收在所述开口66内。具体参照图10和图11,朝向扩展坞10按压正确对准的监视器壳体64致使弹簧加载的钩10在与壳体64背部上的闩锁引入部72相接合时枢转,直到钩30摆脱引入部72为止,并且扭簧32致使钩30卡扣到匹配的架状突出件/锁扣68上。同时,将壳体64按压到扩展坞10中,柱18上的螺旋弹簧36被压缩并且保持压缩状态,使得接合的钩30与架状突出件/锁扣68保持牢固接合。钩30与其相应的架状突出件/锁扣68的接合防止了从扩展坞10向后拉动附接的监视器62。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于视频监视器的扩展坞(10),所述扩展坞包括:

2.根据权利要求1所述的扩展坞(10),所述扩展坞还包括偏压构件(32),所述偏压构件将每根轴(28)和所述轴的钩(30)偏压朝向闩锁方向,所述钩(30)沿着所述闩锁方向与所述视频监视器的背部上的锁扣闩锁在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的扩展坞(10),其中,所述偏压构件(32)是扭簧并且所述钩(30)是弹簧加载的。
