Abstract

本发明公开了一种高效散热的LED模组与LED显示屏,其包括本体、以及若干LED灯及其安装位;各所述LED灯阵列设置;所述安装位固定于所述本体;所述LED灯固定于其安装位;所述LED灯的各管脚绝缘穿过所述安装位,分别连接到所述本体;所述安装位设置至少一通孔;至少一通孔上设置一通风管。采用上述方案,能够有效、快速散热,延长LED显示屏的使用寿命,节约社会资源。

一种高效散热的LED模组与LED显示屏
技术领域
本发明涉及LED显示,尤其涉及的是,一种高效散热的LED模组与LED显示屏。 
背景技术
散热问题一直是制约LED使用的重要因素,如果散热处理得不好,LED灯的有效使用寿命就会大大缩短,例如,理论使用时间为10万小时的LED路灯,通常在半年之后就黯淡无光。 
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,需要改进。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高效散热的LED模组与LED显示屏。 
本发明的技术方案如下:一种高效散热的LED模组,其包括本体、以及若干LED灯及其安装位;各所述LED灯阵列设置;所述安装位固定于所述本体;所述LED灯固定于其安装位,其中,所述LED灯设置至少一安装部,所述LED灯通过所述安装部固定于所述安装位,所述安装部为空心铜柱,所述LED灯靠近安装位的下部设置一层金属片;所述LED灯的各管脚绝缘穿过所述安装位,分别连接到所述本体;所述安装位设置至少一通孔;至少一通孔上设置一通风管,通风管设置在LED灯的正下方。 
优选的,所述LED模组中,所述安装位阵列设置。 
优选的,所述LED模组中,所述安装部与所述安装位为相同材料。 
优选的,所述LED模组中,每一所述通孔设置一所述通风管。 
优选的,所述LED模组中,所述安装位还设置至少一散热件。 
优选的,所述LED模组中,所述散热件与所述安装位为相同材料。 
优选的,所述LED模组中,所述安装位还设置防水罩,其覆盖所述LED灯以及所述安装位,并在下方设置至少一开口部。 
优选的,所述LED模组中,所述本体设置通风口,所述通风管远离所述LED灯的一端邻近所述通风口设置。 
本发明的又一技术方案是,一种高效散热的LED显示屏,其包括若干阵列排布的任一上述LED模组。 
上述各技术方案的各技术特征,相互组合形成的LED模组与LED显示屏。 
采用上述方案,本发明主要采用通风管这一对流形式,有效进行散热,LED模组可用于LED显示屏、LED路灯、LED照明等领域,有利于切实有效地延长LED灯及其相关产品的使用寿命,从而大大节约了社会资源,减少了浪费,具有很强的市场价值。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例,对本发明进行详细说明。 
本发明的一个实施例是,一种高效散热的LED模组,其包括本体、以及若干LED灯及其安装位;所述安装位固定于所述本体;所述LED灯固定于其安装位;本体上设置电路、安装电源等,在此不一一赘述,通常的,本体设置一PCB板,各元件固定安装在PCB板上。优选的,还可以设置一背壳,用于挡雨防尘,更适合于室外应用。 
各所述LED灯阵列设置;这样,能够排列形成规则的LED阵列和LED显示屏;安装位可以非阵列排布,只需其能够提供给LED灯阵列设置的位置即可。优选的,为便于生产,所述安装位阵列设置。优选的,安装位与本体之间还设置与安装位材料相同的支架。优选的,安装位与支架连接;优选的,安装位与支架一体设置。优选的,安装位与支架均采用金属材料;例如,铝合金。优选的,所述支架具有空心管状结构。优选的,所述支架伸出所述本体并露置于外部。 
所述LED灯的各管脚绝缘穿过所述安装位,分别连接到所述本体;也就是说,LED灯的两个、三个或者更多的管脚穿过安装位,不发生电导通,管脚与安装位相互绝缘,例如,管脚上套了一个塑料管;又如,安装位上的导线孔涂设绝缘层或者覆盖塑料等。 
所述安装位设置至少一通孔;也就是说,安装位除了导线孔之外,还设置了一个或者多个通孔,通孔能够起到安装位两侧空气导通的作用,即安装位在中间,通过通孔将LED侧的空气,导通到本体侧,或者通过通孔将本体侧的空气,导通到LED侧;从而加快对流,以获得良好的散热效果。优选的,在各通孔处设置微型风扇,用于将LED灯侧的风抽送到本体侧,以取得更好的散热效果。 
至少一通孔上设置一通风管,也就是说,一个、两个或者多个通孔,其中至少有一个通孔上面设置了一个通风管,这样,可以调整入风口和出风口,例如,将通风管的一端部靠近LED灯,但不与其接触,这样,LED灯的热量能够通过热空气迅速传递到通风管及安装位,通风管不仅能够起到对流的作用,而且其管壁与安装位接触,还起到了传导的作用。优选的,每一所述通孔设置一所述通风管。优选的,所述通风管为直管。在测试中发现,所述通风管为螺旋形管也具有非常好的散热效果,包括螺径相同的圆柱状螺旋形管或者螺距增大的喇叭形状螺旋形管等。优选的,通风管靠近LED灯的一端部,相对于观赏面,位于所述LED灯的上方或者位于所述LED灯的底部位置,或者位于所述LED灯的底部的上方。 
一个实施例如图1所示,包括安装位101、通风管102、管脚103、管脚104、通风管105、LED灯106;如图2A所示,优选的,如图2A所示,安装位101具有圆形截面,LED灯106安装在安装位101上面;如图2B所示,通风管102的一端设置于LED灯106的下方,从观赏面来看,通风管102为LED灯106所覆盖。或者,如图3A所示,通风管102设置在LED灯106的四周;或者,如图3B所示,通风管102设置在LED灯106的下方以及四周。 
结合应用于上述任一实施例,进一步地,为加强散热效果,本发明的实施例还可以是,所述LED模组中,所述LED灯设置至少一安装部,所述LED灯通过所述安装部固定于所述安装位。优选的,所述安装部与所述安装位为相同材料,例如,均为铜,又如,均为铝合金。又如,所述安装部为空心管状结构;优选的,所述安装部为空心铜柱。优选的,所述LED灯靠近安装位的下部设置一层金属片,例如圆形的金属片,例如铜片等,这样,在测试中可以获得更好的散热效果。 
上述任一实施例中,进一步地,为加强散热效果,本发明的实施例还可以是,所述LED模组中,如图4所示,所述安装位还设置至少一散热件107,例如散热柱或者散热片或者散热管等,例如,散热鳍片。优选的,所述散热件与所述安装位为相同材料。优选的,所述散热鳍片的间距为所述通风管的管径。 
上述任一实施例中,各安装位设置金属反光膜层,各通风管与各散热件正对于观赏面的部分设置金属反光膜层。优选的,相对于观赏面,各通风管与各散热件的高度低于所述LED灯的高度,也就是说,LED灯相对于观赏面的距离更近。 
上述任一实施例中,进一步地,为增强防水防尘效果,本发明的实施例还可以是,所述安装位还设置防水罩,其覆盖所述LED灯以及所述安装位,并在下方设置至少一开口部。例如,防水罩是在安装位外面设置了一个透明罩,其与安装位共同组成了一个开放腔体,腔体内部固定设置了LED灯、通风管等,还可以包括散热片、安装部等。例如,防水罩为1/4至1/2的球形或者椭球形,当防水罩为1/4乃至不足1/2的球形或者椭球形时,下方空置,即为所述开口部。当防水罩为1/2的球形或者椭球形时,下方设置至少一开口部,例如,若干孔洞,或者三角形缺口等。这样,下方的空气就能够从开口部进入防水罩内部,而雨水则有效地被挡在外部,同时兼具较好的防尘效果。 
上述任一实施例中,进一步地,为加强散热效果,本发明的实施例还可以是,所述本体设置通风口,所述通风管远离所述LED灯的一端邻近所述通风口设置。对于室内应用,例如,室内屏,本体可以无需背壳,直接露置于空气中,这样散热较好;对于室外应用,为了防水防尘,本体通常需要设置背壳,在背壳上设置若干通风口,例如开口斜向下的通风窗,其具有若干横条雨檐或者若干排列整齐的人字形雨檐,雨檐之间是通风窗栏。优选的,所述雨檐的遮雨部的宽度为通风窗栏的宽度。所述通风管第一端靠近LED灯,第二端远离所述LED灯,远离所述LED灯的第二端,其邻近或者接触通风口;或者,同一LED安装位的各个通风管,其第二端汇聚为一个粗端,该粗端邻近或者接触通风口;或者,同一LED模组各个通风管,其第二端汇聚为一个粗端,该粗端邻近或者接触通风口;这样,有助于简化线路、获得良好的散热效果。优选的,在每一粗端处设置一微型风扇,用于抽风。或者,在通风窗处设置一风扇,用于抽风。 
本发明的又一实施例是,一种高效散热的LED显示屏,其包括若干阵列排布的任一上述实施例所述LED模组。例如,20个LED模组排列成5*4的矩阵,紧密排列,安装于一个LED箱体上,若干个LED箱体紧密排列安装,形成一个LED显示屏。 
进一步地,本发明的实施例还可以是,上述各实施例的各技术特征,相互组合形成的LED模组与LED显示屏。 
需要说明的是,上述各技术特征继续相互组合,形成未在上面列举的各种实施例,均视为本发明说明书记载的范围;并且,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。 

Claims (9)

1.一种高效散热的LED模组,其特征在于,包括本体、以及若干LED灯及其安装位;
各所述LED灯阵列设置;
所述安装位固定于所述本体;
所述LED灯固定于其安装位,其中,所述LED灯设置至少一安装部,所述LED灯通过所述安装部固定于所述安装位,所述安装部为空心铜柱,所述LED灯靠近安装位的下部设置一层金属片;
所述LED灯的各管脚绝缘穿过所述安装位,分别连接到所述本体;
所述安装位设置至少一通孔;
至少一通孔上设置一通风管,通风管设置在LED灯的正下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述LED模组,其特征在于,所述安装位阵列设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述LED模组,其特征在于,所述安装部与所述安装位为相同材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述LED模组,其特征在于,每一所述通孔设置一所述通风管。
5.根据权利要求1所述LED模组,其特征在于,所述安装位还设置至少一散热件。
6.根据权利要求5所述LED模组,其特征在于,所述散热件与所述安装位为相同材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述LED模组,其特征在于,所述安装位还设置防水罩,其覆盖所述LED灯以及所述安装位,并在下方设置至少一开口部。
8.根据权利要求7所述LED模组,其特征在于,所述本体设置通风口,所述通风管远离所述LED灯的一端邻近所述通风口设置。
9.一种高效散热的LED显示屏,其特征在于,包括若干阵列排布的如权利要求1至8任一所述LED模组。
