本发明涉及一种光伏直流顺、逆流双向保护***,属于光伏发电保护技术领域。
背景技术
随着人类社会的发展,能源、环境成为当今人类生存和发展所要解决的紧迫问题,低碳经济已经成为全球经济发展的大势所趋,太阳能发电以其清洁、安装区域广、有望实现平价上网而成为最具前景的新能源,随着太阳能光伏发电产业规模的不断扩大,光伏专用断路器市场将迎来良好的发展机遇。
每个光伏组件就像是一个小型的发电机,许多这样的小型发电机并联在一起组成了大型光伏发电***。由未受损光伏组件流向受损光伏组件的反向电流,将导致***过载。反向电流可因光伏***某个光伏串中1 个或多个模块发生短路或接地故障而产生。在绝缘损坏的模块或线路短路时常常会出现反向电流。这种反向电流会对光伏串中的其它模块造成损坏。当今模块中安装的旁路二极管无法提供反向电流保护,它们仅能降低阴影的影响。因此,未受损光伏串的电流会叠加在一起,流向受损的光伏串,而非流入逆变器中。

技术方案:
针对以上不足,本发明提供一种光伏直流顺、逆流双向保护***包括太阳能电池、光伏组件和光伏串电路,外接汇流箱出线隔离电器和逆变器直流侧保护电器。光伏***的每一组光伏组件的保护断路器串接在电路中,断路器A相接在组件正极,B相接在组件负极,实现多断点保护。每个断路器具有磁脱扣装置和热脱扣机构。
有益效果:
在发生短路故障时,磁脱扣装置可迅速、安全地脱扣,因此迅速涌现的反向大电流不会对***及安装的光伏模块等造成威胁。另一方面,断路器具有热脱扣机构,当***中的故障引起电流长期缓慢增加时,它可以可靠分断故障回路。

如图1所示,所述一种光伏直流顺、逆流双向保护***的每一组光伏组件的保护断路器串接在电路中,断路器A相接在组件正极,B相接在组件负极,实现多断点保护。每个断路器具有磁脱扣装置和热脱扣机构。当***中的故障引起电流长期缓慢增加时,它可以可靠分断故障回路。
