本发明是关于推力轴承(止推轴承)。
背景技术
现有的推力轴承，例如，用于马达中的推力轴承(例如，日本专利文献特开平06-217487)，为了减小滚珠(ball)和保持架(retainer)之间的摩擦，一般使用油脂(grease)来作为润滑油。
但是，滚珠(ball)和保持架(retainer)之间的润滑油如果用尽了的话，那么滚珠和保持架之间的摩擦就增加，进而使推力轴承的寿命被缩短。
发明内容
本发明提供一种长寿命的推力轴承。
为实现所述目的的推力轴承，包括轴圈、座圈、保持架以及滚珠，其特点是，保持架有含油金属制造。
由于保持架是含油金属，所以解决了上述背景技术中的润滑油用尽的问题。还有，因是用含油金属制造，所以滚珠和保持架之间的摩擦得到降低，从而可以延长推力轴承的寿命。

图2是推力轴承的主视剖面图。
具体实施方式
如图1所示，推力轴承1包括轴圈10、座圈40、保持架30和滚珠20，轴圈10用于固定在轴上，并支撑轴旋转。滚珠20可转动地由保持架30上的孔或坑接受，保持架30的一侧为轴圈10，另一侧为座圈40，轴圈10上有环形槽，环形槽与滚珠20配合，座圈40上有环形槽并以此与滚珠20配合。座圈40不与轴接触，起到支撑整个轴承的作用。
保持架30由含油金属制造。因此，就算滚珠20和保持架30之间的润滑油用完，借助于保持架30中的油，推力轴承1仍然可以正常运转。还有，因是用含油金属制造，所以滚珠20和保持架30之间的摩擦得到降低，从而可以延长推力轴承1的寿命。

1.推力轴承，包括轴圈、座圈、保持架以及滚珠，其特征在于，保持架有含油金属制造。
