Abstract
该安装在汽车方向盘上的安全气囊的饰盖，具有饰盖本体，在饰盖本体后部中间位置设有方形宽槽形成弱化结构，方形宽槽两侧设有两条短弱化线，饰盖本体周边设有锤形槽。该饰盖改变了传统安全气囊展开的方式，不在饰盖上采用饰盖撕裂线设计，在饰盖后面设有方形宽槽的弱化结构作为翻盖转轴，方形宽槽的材料厚度比较薄，在翻盖过程中起到一个转轴的作用，采用翻盖结构，饰盖周边与气囊壳体通过锤形槽和锤形头卡装，改变了传统安全气囊展开的方式，易于打开；同时，宽槽的两侧设有两条短弱化线，由于在饰盖的后面，即便有注塑缩痕，也不会影响饰盖的表面质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种安装在汽车方向盘上的安全气囊的饰盖。
背景技术
现有的气囊饰盖上设有弱化线结构，当气囊展开时，饰盖从撕裂线位置撕裂，由于撕裂线位置的料厚度比周边材料厚度薄，撕裂线的宽度比较窄，所以在注塑过程中饰盖的表面容易产生注塑缩痕，影响饰盖的表面外观质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是克服上述缺陷，提供一种安装在安全气囊的饰盖，易于打开，并改进饰盖A面的表面外观质量。
本发明的技术解决方案是：
该安装在汽车方向盘上的安全气囊的饰盖，包括饰盖本体，在饰盖本体后部中间位置设有方形宽槽形成弱化结构，方形宽槽两侧设有两条短弱化线，饰盖本体周边设有锤形槽。
所述饰盖本体周边还设有导向槽。
本发明的有益效果是：改变了传统安全气囊展开的方式，不在饰盖上采用饰盖撕裂线设计，在饰盖后面设有方形宽槽的弱化结构作为翻盖转轴，方形宽槽的材料厚度比较薄，在翻盖过程中起到一个转轴的作用，采用翻盖结构，饰盖周边与气囊壳体通过锤形槽和锤形头卡装，改变了传统安全气囊展开的方式，易于打开；同时，宽槽的两侧设有两条短弱化线，由于在饰盖的后面，即便有注塑缩痕，也不会影响饰盖的表面质量。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示，饰盖本体5后部设有方形宽槽1形成弱化结构，方形宽槽1的左右两侧设有两条短弱化线2L和2R，方形宽槽1后侧设有背板3，饰盖本体5与背板3通过方形宽槽1连为一体，方形宽槽1的左右两侧设有两条短弱化线2L和2R，饰盖本体5周边设有饰盖围墙4，背板3及饰盖围墙4垂直于饰盖本体5表面，背板3上设有方孔3A，饰盖围墙4上设有多个锤形槽4A、导向槽4B。
如图4所示，方形宽槽1的材料厚度D1比它周边的材料厚度D2薄；如图5所示，短弱化线2R截面成三角形，短弱化线2R的底部材料厚度D3较它周边的材料厚度D4薄。短弱化线2L的形状与短弱化线2R相同。
如图6、图7所示，安装时，该饰盖的背板3与气囊壳体6装配在一起，且饰盖的背板3上的方孔3A与气囊壳体6上的凸台6A卡接。
如图8、图9和图10所示，饰盖围墙4与气囊壳体6的周边连接，饰盖围墙4上的锤形槽4A与气囊壳体6上的锤形头6B相卡接形成多个卡扣结构，气囊壳体6上的导向凸台6C***饰盖围墙4上的导向槽4B内。
如图11所示，当安全气囊点爆时，气囊壳体6内的安全气袋充气膨胀，推力F1推动饰盖，由于气囊壳体6固定不动，饰盖围墙4与气囊壳体6的周边卡接部分相对运动（如图7所示虚线方向运动），其中，锤形头6B上斜面产生F2力使得饰盖的锤形槽4A撑开。最终饰盖的锤形槽4A与壳体6的锤形头6B脱离。
如图12所示，由于饰盖的方形宽槽1厚度薄，当饰盖的锤形槽4A与气囊壳体6的锤形头6B脱离后，方形宽槽1屈服变形，并以此为转轴，饰盖开始翻转。同时，在饰盖翻转过程上，饰盖上的两条短弱化线2L和2R撕裂。

1.安装在汽车方向盘上的安全气囊的饰盖，具有饰盖本体，其特征在于：在饰盖本体后部中间位置设有方形宽槽形成弱化结构，方形宽槽两侧设有两条短弱化线，方形宽槽后侧设有背板，饰盖本体与背板通过方形宽槽连为一体，饰盖本体周边设有饰盖围墙，背板及饰盖围墙垂直于饰盖本体表面，背板上设有用于与气囊壳体上的凸台相卡接的方孔，饰盖围墙上设有多个用于与气囊壳体上的锤形头相卡接形成卡扣结构的锤形槽、多个用于与气囊壳体上的导向凸台相插接的导向槽，导向槽沿饰盖围墙长度方向布置于锤形槽两侧位置；
方形宽槽的材料厚度比它周边的材料厚度薄，短弱化线截面呈三角形且短弱化线的底部材料厚度较它周边的材料厚度薄；
安装时，背板和饰盖围墙与气囊壳体的周边装配在一起，当安全气囊点爆时，气囊壳体内的安全气袋充气膨胀，推动饰盖本体，气囊壳体固定不动，饰盖围墙与气囊壳体发生相对运动，锤形槽被锤形头撑开，最终锤形槽与锤形头脱离，方形宽槽屈服变形，并以此为转轴，饰盖本体开始翻转，在饰盖本体翻转过程中，饰盖本体上的两条短弱化线发生撕裂。
