本发明涉及一种滚珠丝杆的锁定装置,包括壳体7、线圈6、丝母2、制动盘4、压力弹簧8,线圈6安装在壳体7上,在壳体7的内部设置有压力弹簧8,壳体7上还通过导柱销5安装有可沿导柱销移动的制动盘4,所述的制动盘4的轴线与滚珠丝杠的轴线重合,所述的压力弹簧8一端压在壳体7上,另一端压在制动盘4上,滚珠丝杠的丝母2的端面设置有摩擦盘1,制动盘4的端面设置有与丝母2的端面的摩擦盘1相对应的磨擦盘3。本发明通过电磁力和压力弹簧的作用下,实现了滚珠丝杠的运动和锁定,解决了滚珠丝杠的自锁功能,在实际应用中,效果良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁定装置,尤其是一种滚珠丝杆的锁定装置。
背景技术
飞机救生座椅电动机构用于调节椅盆的升降,从而控制飞机救生座椅的位置。传统的电动机构中将电机扭矩转变为直线运动的执行机构通常采用螺纹传动,传动效率低、体积重量大、能耗高。根据这种情况,设计了一种采用滚珠丝杠副的结构替代螺纹传动,这种结构将原来的螺纹传动时的滑动磨擦改为滚动磨擦,降低了磨擦力,需要的功率小,可以将传动效率提高3倍,同时使电动机构体积、重量以及能耗大幅降低。但滚珠丝杠副的结构不能自锁的特性,不能防止在飞机救生座椅弹射瞬时丝母旋转,很容易造成重大事故,从而无法适应救生座椅弹射时的要求,无法保证飞行员生命安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决滚珠丝杠副的自锁功能,解决在飞机救生座椅弹射瞬时防止丝母旋转造成重大事故的难题。
本发明的技术解决方案是,滚珠丝杠的锁定装置包括壳体、线圈、丝母、制动盘、压力弹簧,线圈安装在壳体上,在壳体的内部设置有压力弹簧,壳体上还通过导柱销安装有可沿导柱销移动的制动盘,所述的制动盘的轴线与滚珠丝杠的轴线重合,所述的压力弹簧一端压在壳体上,另一端压在制动盘上,滚珠丝杠的丝母的端面设置有摩擦盘,制动盘的端面设置有与丝母的端面的摩擦盘相对应的磨擦盘。
本发明通过电磁力和压力弹簧的作用下,实现了滚珠丝杠的运动和锁定,解决了滚珠丝杠的自锁功能,在实际应用中,效果良好。

具体实施方式
如图所示,滚珠丝杠的锁定装置包括壳体7、线圈6、丝母2、制动盘4、压力弹簧8,线圈6安装在壳体7上,在壳体7的内部设置有压力弹簧8,壳体7上还通过导柱销5安装有可沿导柱销移动的制动盘4,所述的制动盘4的轴线与滚珠丝杠的轴线重合,所述的压力弹簧8一端压在壳体7上,另一端压在制动盘4上,滚珠丝杠的丝母2的端面设置有摩擦盘1,制动盘4的端面设置有与丝母2的端面的摩擦盘1相对应的磨擦盘3。
在使用中,线圈7与电动机构电机串联,当电源接通后,线圈7产生磁场,制动盘4在磁力的作用下沿导柱销5移动,此时制动盘4与丝母2分离,电机轴齿轮带动丝母2旋转,丝杠带动救生座椅椅盆升降运动。当座椅椅盆运行至行程终止位置或弹射时,外部电源将切断,此时线圈6产生的磁场消失,制动盘4在压力弹簧8的作用下,与丝母2接触,摩擦盘摩擦产生制动扭矩使丝母2停止旋转,从而保证了丝杠锁定的目的。

1.一种滚珠丝杠的锁定装置,其特征是,所述的装置包括壳体[7]、线圈[6]、丝母[2]、制动盘[4]、压力弹簧[8],线圈[6]安装在壳体[7]上,在壳体[7]的内部设置有压力弹簧[8],壳体[7]上还通过导柱销[5]安装有可沿导柱销移动的制动盘[4],所述的制动盘[4]的轴线与滚珠丝杠的轴线重合,所述的压力弹簧[8]一端压在壳体[7]上,另一端压在制动盘[4]上,滚珠丝杠的丝母[2]的端面设置有摩擦盘[1],制动盘[4]的端面设置有与丝母[2]的端面的摩擦盘[1]相对应的磨擦盘[3]。
