本发明涉及一种再生胶,该再生胶其按重量配比组份及生产方法如下:A.制备60目以上的废旧子午线轮胎粉重量份100份;B.将上述废旧子午线轮胎粉加入脱硫罐中,同时加入重量份为6~8份的环烷油、重量份为0.2~0.4份的无硫液体活化剂;C.加入重量份为16~20份的水作为导热介质,将脱硫罐升温至210℃~220℃,保持一定压力,边排蒸汽边脱硫;D.脱硫1~1.5小时后排完蒸汽,出罐,冷却;E.在捏炼机上捏炼、然后在精炼机上精炼,即可获得再生胶。采用本发明,由于无硫液体活化剂不会产生新的污染源,且以水作为导热介质,边排蒸汽边脱硫,使不良气味一并蒸发,因此,生产的再生胶无味无臭。

本发明涉及一种再生胶,特别是无味的再生胶。
背景技术
目前,生产再生胶通常采用煤焦油作软化剂,以及含硫成份大的420、450等活化剂,产品气味臭。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供无味的一种再生胶。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种再生胶,其特征在于按重量配比组份如下:废旧子午线轮胎粉100,环烷油6~8,无硫液体活化剂0.2~0.4,水16~20。
所述的一种再生胶,其特征在于其生产方法包括如下步骤:A、制备60目以上的废旧子午线轮胎粉重量份100份;B、将上述废旧子午线轮胎粉加入脱硫罐中,同时加入重量份为6~8份的环烷油、重量份为0.2~0.4份的无硫液体活化剂,C、加入重量份为16~20份的水作为导热介质,将脱硫罐升温至210℃~220℃,保持一定压力,边排蒸汽边脱硫;D、脱硫1~1.5小时后排完蒸汽,出罐,冷却;E、在捏炼机上捏炼、然后在精炼机上精炼,即可获得再生胶。
采用本发明,由于无硫液体活化剂不会产生新的污染源,且以水作为导热介质,边排蒸汽边脱硫,使不良气味一并蒸发,因此,生产的再生胶无味无臭。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。具体包括下列步骤:
1、制备60目以上的废旧子午线轮胎粉重量份100份;
2、将上述废旧子午线轮胎粉加入脱硫罐中,同时加入重量份为6~8份的环烷油、重量份为0.2~0.4份的无硫液体活化剂,混合均匀;
3、加入重量份为16~20份的水作为导热介质,将脱硫罐升温至210℃~220℃,保持一定压力,边排蒸汽边脱硫;
4、脱硫1~1.5小时后排完蒸汽,出罐,冷却;
5、在捏炼机上多次捏炼、然后在精炼机上精炼,即可获得再生胶。

1.一种再生胶,其特征在于按重量配比组份如下:废旧子午线轮胎粉100,环烷油6~8,无硫液体活化剂0.2~0.4,水16~20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生胶,其特征在于其生产方法包括如下步骤:A、制备60目以上的废旧子午线轮胎粉重量份100份;B、将上述废旧子午线轮胎粉加入脱硫罐中,同时加入重量份为6~8份的环烷油、重量份为0.2~0.4份的无硫液体活化剂,C、加入重量份为16~20份的水作为导热介质,将脱硫罐升温至210℃~220℃,保持一定压力,边排蒸汽边脱硫;D、脱硫1~1.5小时后排完蒸汽,出罐,冷却;E、在捏炼机上捏炼、然后在精炼机上精炼,即可获得再生胶。
