Abstract

本发明公开了一种双电机驱动***及其驱动方式,包括:第一电动机、第二电动机、变速箱,所述第一电动机的输出轴与所述变速箱的第一输入轴连接,第二电动机的输出轴与所述变速箱的第二输入轴连接,所述变速箱内设有至少3档结构,偶数档分布在变速箱的第一输入轴上,奇数档分布在变速箱的第二输入轴上,所述偶数档之间通过偶数档同步器连接,所述奇数档之间通过奇数档同步器连接。通过上述方式,本发明结构简单,无离合器即可实现换档,易于实现,通过两个电机的驱动组合控制,即可实现动力性和经济性的优化组合;且换档通过双电机切换控制实现,无动力中断,舒适性好。

双电机驱动***及其驱动方式
技术领域
本发明涉及动力驱动领域,特别是涉及一种双电机驱动***及其驱动方式。 
背景技术
随着能源短缺和环境污染问题的日益严峻,电动汽车目前被国内外普遍认为是汽车工业发展的方向,其大规模推广应用不仅可以节能减排,改善人们的生活质量,而且是许多国家摆脱对石油过度依赖、解决国家能源安全的重要举措。 
现有的纯电动电驱动***方案,按照变速方案分为两种,一种是采用单极减速装置的驱动***,没有变速箱,采用单级减速齿轮实现减速, 通过电机的调速来实现无级调速,但是由于无变速功能,很难兼顾加速时间与最高车速的矛盾,且在常用工况运行时,很难优化电机的工作区间以改善驱动***效率;另外一种方案是采用多档变速器的驱动方案,该方案能够很好的解决上述问题,但是使得驱动***结构复杂, 驱动效率降低,成本增加。且换档多需要离合器控制,会增加换档冲击,降低车辆舒适性能。 
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种双电机驱动***及其驱动方式,能够无离合器即可实现换档, 通过两个电机的驱动组合控制, 即可实现动力性和经济性的优化组合。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种双电机驱动***,包括:第一电动机、第二电动机、变速箱,所述第一电动机的输出轴与所述变速箱的第一输入轴连接,第二电动机的输出轴与所述变速箱的第二输入轴连接,所述变速箱内设有至少3档结构,偶数档分布在变速箱的第一输入轴上,奇数档分布在变速箱的第二输入轴上,所述偶数档之间通过偶数档同步器连接,所述奇数档之间通过奇数档同步器连接。 
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述变速箱的输出轴上设有主减速器,所述主减速器与一差速器连接。 
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述变速箱内设有5档或6档结构。 
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一电动机与第二电动机均包括发电模式、电动模式。 
还涉及一种双电机驱动***的驱动方式,包括: 
电机驱动模式,包括单电机驱动或双电机驱动;单电机驱动,选择第一电动机或第二电动机单独驱动,分别选择偶数档或奇数档驱动;双电机驱动,选择偶数档和奇数档驱动;
电机倒车模式,通过电机反转实现单电机倒车或双电机倒车,单电机倒车,选择第一电动机或第二电动机单独驱动,分别选择偶数档或奇数档倒车;双电机倒车,选择偶数档和奇数档倒车;
制动能量回收模式,第一电动机与第二电动机均工作在发电模式,包括单电机发电或双电机发电,单电机发电,选择第一电动机或第二电动机单独发电,分别选择偶数档或奇数档发电;双电机发电,选择偶数档和奇数档发电。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明双电机驱动***及其驱动方式可实现单电机驱动和双电机驱动,并可进行驱动档位选择;由于没有倒档轴, 倒车通过电机反转实现,也可以实现单电机倒车和双电机倒车;同时整车制动时,电机工作在发电模式,进行制动能量回收,也可以实现单电机回收或双电机能量回收;结构简单,无离合器即可实现换档,易于实现, 通过两个电机的驱动组合控制, 即可实现动力性和经济性的优化组合;且换档通过双电机切换控制实现,无动力中断,舒适性好。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。

本发明实施例1:
一种双电机驱动***,包括:第一电动机1、第二电动机2、变速箱,所述第一电动机1输出轴与所述变速箱的第一输入轴3连接,第二电动机2输出轴与所述变速箱的第二输入轴4连接。
所述变速箱内设有3档结构,分别为1档齿轮组、2档齿轮组以及3档齿轮组,1档齿轮组和3档齿轮组设于变速箱的第二输入轴4上,2档齿轮组设于所述变速箱的第一输入轴3上,1档与3档之间通过1/3档同步器,即奇数档同步器6,进行档位切换,所述变速箱的输出轴5上设有主减速器8,所述主减速器8与一差速器9连接。 
本发明实施例2: 
一种双电机驱动***,包括:第一电动机1、第二电动机2、变速箱,所述第一电动机1输出轴与所述变速箱的第一输入轴3连接,第二电动机2输出轴与所述变速箱的第二输入轴4连接。
所述变速箱内设有4档结构,分别为1档齿轮组、2档齿轮组、3档齿轮组以及4档齿轮组,所述1档齿轮组与3档齿轮组设于变速箱的第二输入轴4上,2档齿轮组与4档齿轮组设于变速箱的第一输入轴3上,所述1档齿轮组与3档齿轮组之间设有1/3档同步器,即奇数档同步器6,2档齿轮组与4档齿轮组之间设有2/4档同步器,即偶数档同步器7。所述变速箱的输出轴5上设有主减速器8,所述主减速器8与一差速器9连接。 
根据车型不同,匹配的不同的档位数量,变速箱内可设有5档、6档或更多档位结构。 
上述的所述第一电动机1与第二电动机2均包括发电模式、电动模式。 
以变速箱内的结构为4档结构为例,双电机驱动***能够实现多种模式,包括 
电机驱动模式,驱动时,如果驱动需求功率较小,可选择第一电动机1或第二电动机2单独驱动,以获得良好的驱动经济性能,此时根据所选择驱动电机的不同,可以分别选择1或3档、 2或4档驱动。当大功率驱动需求时,可双电机联合驱动,获得良好的动力性能,此时可选择1或3档和2或4档进行驱动。
电机倒车模式,由于没有倒档轴, 倒车通过电机反转实现,根据倒车需求功率的大小,也可以实现单电机倒车和双电机倒车,驱动方法与电机驱动模式相同。 
制动能量回收模式,第一电动机1与第二电动机2均工作在发电模式,也可以选择单电机发电或双电机发电,驱动方法与电机驱动模式相同。

本发明双电机驱动***及其驱动方式可实现单电机驱动和双电机驱动,并可进行驱动档位选择;由于没有倒档轴, 倒车通过电机反转实现,也可以实现单电机倒车和双电机倒车;同时整车制动时,电机工作在发电模式,进行制动能量回收,也可以实现单电机回收或双电机能量回收;结构简单,无离合器即可实现换档,易于实现, 通过两个电机的驱动组合控制, 即可实现动力性和经济性的优化组合;且换档通过双电机切换控制实现,无动力中断,舒适性好。

Claims (5)

1.一种双电机驱动***,其特征在于,包括:第一电动机、第二电动机、变速箱,所述第一电动机的输出轴与所述变速箱的第一输入轴连接,第二电动机的输出轴与所述变速箱的第二输入轴连接,所述变速箱内设有至少3档结构,偶数档分布在变速箱的第一输入轴上,奇数档分布在变速箱的第二输入轴上,所述偶数档之间通过偶数档同步器连接,所述奇数档之间通过奇数档同步器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双电机驱动***,其特征在于,所述变速箱的输出轴上设有主减速器,所述主减速器与一差速器连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双电机驱动***,其特征在于,所述变速箱内设有5档或6档结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双电机驱动***,其特征在于,所述第一电动机与第二电动机均包括发电模式、电动模式。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双电机驱动***的驱动方式,其特征在于,包括:
电机驱动模式,包括单电机驱动或双电机驱动;单电机驱动,选择第一电动机或第二电动机单独驱动,分别选择偶数档或奇数档驱动;双电机驱动,选择偶数档和奇数档驱动;
电机倒车模式,通过电机反转实现单电机倒车或双电机倒车,单电机倒车,选择第一电动机或第二电动机单独驱动,分别选择偶数档或奇数档倒车;双电机倒车,选择偶数档和奇数档倒车;
制动能量回收模式,第一电动机与第二电动机均工作在发电模式,包括单电机发电或双电机发电,单电机发电,选择第一电动机或第二电动机单独发电,分别选择偶数档或奇数档发电;双电机发电,选择偶数档和奇数档发电。
