Abstract

本发明镂空加强筋免充气轮胎涉及于一种车用轮胎,特别涉及用于自行车、摩托车和汽车等所用的免充气轮胎。包括有轮胎体,所述的轮胎体上均匀环形分布有一排或多排若干个通孔,该通孔以轮胎体中心轴为中心成360°均匀分布在轮胎体上,通孔横穿轮胎体两侧,所述的通孔内设置有加强筋。本发明轮胎具有弹性,减少轮胎与地面的摩擦面积,有效的降低自行车、摩托车和汽车的驱动力。

镂空加强筋免充气轮胎
技术领域
本发明涉及于一种车用轮胎,特别涉及用于自行车、摩托车和汽车等所用的免充气轮胎。
技术背景
目前,现有的免充气车轮胎有在轮胎内填充具有弹性的软体物、有在车轮胎上加入加强筋、有在轮胎内设置有通孔等等,方法各异。如国家公布的发明专利申请号为“200810090158.7的“免充气轮胎”,主要由增强环形带和多个连接辐条连接产生轮胎的减震功能,为此这种轮胎结构制造复杂,成本高,质量难于保证,又如国家公布的发明专利申请号为200910073699.3的“具有拱形空腔的免充气轮胎”,该发明主要由轮胎内的“S形腔室”和连接“S形腔室”的“定位拱桥”形成轮胎免充气的减震功能,为此,这种结构安装使用比较困难,难以普及。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有免充气轮胎上述的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,安装方便,具有良好减震性能的免充气轮胎。
镂空加强筋免充气轮胎,包括有轮胎体,所述的轮胎体上均匀环形分布有一排或多排若干个通孔,该通孔以轮胎体中心轴为中心成360°均匀分布在轮胎体上,通孔横穿轮胎体两侧,所述的通孔内设置有加强筋。
上述的加强筋为连接于通孔两侧的弹性件。
上述的加强筋位于通孔的中间段位置。
上述的加强筋与通孔的长度相同。
上述的通孔分为内排孔和外排孔,所述的内排孔位于两外排孔的中间位置对应处,形成倒置三角形结构分布,内排孔与外排孔内的加强筋分布为角度一致及方向相反。
上述的内排孔与外排孔内的加强筋分布为角度一致及方向相同。
上述的加强筋位于通孔内与轮胎体直径相平行。
本发明的有益效果
由于本发明的通孔内设置有加强筋,使轮胎体更加具有弹性,减少轮胎与地面的摩擦面积,有效的降低自行车、摩托车和汽车的驱动力。

具体实施方式
实施例一:如图1至图5所示的镂空加强筋免充气轮胎包括有轮胎体1,所述的轮胎体1上均匀环形分布有一排或多排若干个通孔2,该通孔2以轮胎体中心轴为中心成360°均匀分布在轮胎体1上。通孔2分为内排孔21和外排孔22,所述的内排孔21位于两外排孔22的中间位置对应处,形成倒置三角形结构分布,该通孔2横穿轮胎体1两侧。所述的通孔2内均设置有加强筋3,内排孔21与外排孔22内的加强筋3分布为角度一致及方向相反,如图4所示:内通孔21的加强筋3与轮胎体1直径成约45°设置,外通孔22内加强筋3与轮胎体1直径成约-45°设置,使轮胎在转动时,加强筋3与轮胎体1转动方向相近,有效的增强轮胎的弹性和强度,降低轮胎体1与地面的接触,减少摩擦,从而减少驱动力。该加强筋3为连接于通孔2两侧的弹性件,也可与轮胎体1一体成型的橡胶块,加强筋3位于通孔2的中间段位置,即加强筋3为设置通孔2内中间一段的弹性件,如图5所示。
实施例二:如图6所示的镂空加强筋免充气轮胎,轮胎体1上通孔2的加强筋3与通孔2的长度相同,即加强筋3为穿过通孔2并与通孔2长度相等的弹性件,其余同实施例一。
实施例三:如图7和图8所示的镂空加强筋免充气轮胎,轮胎体1上的加强筋3位于通孔2内与轮胎体1直径相平行,其余同实施例一。
实施例三:如图9和图10所示的镂空加强筋免充气轮胎,轮胎体1上的内排孔21与外排孔22内的加强筋3分布为角度一致及方向相同。同样,如图11所示,内排孔21与外排孔22内的加强筋3分布为间隔角度相同及方向相反,其余同实施例一。

Claims (7)

1.镂空加强筋免充气轮胎,包括有轮胎体(1),所述的轮胎体(1)上均匀环形分布有一排或多排若干个通孔(2),该通孔(2)以轮胎体中心轴为中心成360°均匀分布在轮胎体(1)上,通孔(2)横穿轮胎体(1)两侧,其特征是:所述的通孔(2)内设置有加强筋(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镂空加强筋免充气轮胎,其特征是:所述的加强筋(3)为连接于通孔(2)两侧的弹性件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的镂空加强筋免充气轮胎,其特征是:所述的加强筋(3)位于通孔(2)的中间段位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的镂空加强筋免充气轮胎,其特征是:所述的加强筋(3)与通孔(2)的长度相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的镂空加强筋免充气轮胎,其特征是:所述的通孔(2)分为内排孔(21)和外排孔(22),所述的内排孔(21)位于两外排孔(22)的中间位置对应处,形成倒置三角形结构分布,内排孔(21)与外排孔(22)内的加强筋(3)分布为角度一致及方向相反。
6.根据权利要求5所述的镂空加强筋免充气轮胎,其特征是:所述的内排孔(21)与外排孔(22)内的加强筋(3)分布为角度一致及方向相同。
7.根据权利要求1所述的镂空加强筋免充气轮胎,其特征是:所述的加强筋(3)位于通孔(2)内与轮胎体(1)直径相平行。
