Abstract

本发明涉及管道连接件技术领域,尤其涉及一种改进的直推连接管接头,其包括具有可供被连接管***的通孔的接头本体,通孔一端为内大外小的阶梯孔,内侧的大孔为大口朝里的喇叭孔,喇叭孔内壁与被连接管之间形成空隙,空隙内有与被连接管管身构成水密封的密封胶圈及弹性开口卡环,所述被连接管外开有对应于弹性开口卡环的环形卡环凹槽,所述密封胶圈的内径小于被连接管的外径,本发明将密封胶圈的横截面设置为由适配喇叭孔内壁的外弧、贴合被连接管管壁的直线围成,即使部分密封胶圈落入环形卡环凹槽中,其他部分的密封胶圈依然落在被连接管的外管壁,从而使得密封胶圈与被连接管之间保持密封,增强了该连接管接头的密封性能,使其不易漏水。

改进的直推连接管接头
技术领域
本发明涉及管道连接件技术领域,特别是涉及一种改进的直推连接管接头。 
背景技术
管道连接一般通过管接头,一般被连接管和接头通过螺纹连接,也有采用内齿开口卡环的连接结构,还有的采用弹性开口卡环和锥面结合的直推连接结构,被连接管可以直推插进接头本体,但受限于锥面和弹性开口卡环而不能拔出。 
在专利号为200910040489.4的中国发明专利中,公开了一种直推连接管接头,其包括具有可供被连接管***的通孔的接头本体,通孔内装有与被连接管管身构成水密封的密封胶圈,通孔两端为内大外小的阶梯孔,外面端口小孔为封口段,其内径适配于被连接管外径,里面的大孔为大口朝里的喇叭孔,喇叭孔内壁与被连接管之间形成空隙,密封胶圈即安装在空隙的最内端,空隙内还装有弹性开口卡环,被连接管外开有对应于弹性开口卡环的环形卡环凹槽。由于密封胶圈和弹性开口卡环均设置于喇叭孔内,避免了在很短的长度内让接头本体发生大的曲率变化,可采用一次靠模冷胀管制作接头本体,节省了材料降低了成本。 
但是对于上述技术方案,将被连接管***接头本体中时,如果被连接管***过深,密封胶圈落在环形卡环凹槽中,导致密封胶圈的压缩比不够,从而容易导致水从喇叭孔漏出。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种改进的直推连接管接头,其通过将密封胶圈的内侧贴合被连接管管壁,从而使得密封性能更好,不易漏水。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种改进的直推连接管接头,包括具有可供被连接管***的通孔的接头本体,所述通孔一端为内大外小的阶梯孔,外侧端口小孔为封口段,其内径适配于被连接管外径,内侧的大孔为大口朝里的喇叭孔,喇叭孔内壁与被连接管之间形成空隙,空隙内有与被连接管管身构成水密封的密封胶圈及弹性开口卡环,所述密封胶圈安装在空隙的最内端,所述弹性开口卡环位于空隙的外端,所述被连接管外开有对应于弹性开口卡环的环形卡环凹槽,所述密封胶圈的横截面是由适配喇叭孔内壁的外弧、贴合被连接管管壁的直线围成。 
其中,所述密封胶圈的横截面为“D”字形。 
作为另一种实施方式,所述密封胶圈靠近喇叭孔最内端的一端延伸有防漏尾端,所述防漏尾端的形状为圆柱形。 
其中,所述弹性开口卡环的形状为弧长大于3/4圆周的未封闭的环形。 
其中,所述弹性开口卡环的横截面为圆形,所述弹性开口卡环的中径大于被连接管的外径,所述环形卡环凹槽截面为槽深小于弹性开口卡环截面的一半、两边上端具有圆弧倒角的凹槽。 
或者,所述弹性开口卡环的横截面是由扇形内弧、适配喇叭孔外端内壁的斜面围成。 
进一步的,所述通孔中间设置有用于定位被连接管的定位台阶。 
进一步的,所述喇叭孔靠近弹性开口卡环的一端的倒角小于弹性开口卡环截面的一半。 
本发明的有益效果是:一种改进的直推连接管接头,其在现有的直推连接管接头的基础上,将密封胶圈的横截面设置为由适配喇叭孔内壁的外弧、贴合被连接管管壁的直线围成,从而延长了密封胶圈与被连接管的接触面积,即使部分密封胶圈落入环形卡环凹槽中,其他部分的密封胶圈依然落在被连接管的外管壁,从而使得密封胶圈与被连接管之间保持密封,增强了该连接管接头的密封性能,使其不易漏水。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,并不是把本发明的实施范围限制于此。 
实施例一。
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的改进的直推连接管接头,其包括具有可供被连接管1***的通孔2的接头本体3,接头本体3的两端可以分别与一根被连接管1连接,在本实施例中,接头本体3的一端与被连接管1连接,具体的,所述通孔2一端为内大外小的阶梯孔,外侧端口小孔为封口段4,该封口段4用于为被连接管1导向,被连接管1沿该封口段4***接头本体3中,封口段4的内径适配于被连接管1外径,阶梯孔内侧的大孔为大口朝里的喇叭孔5,喇叭孔5内壁与被连接管1之间形成空隙,空隙内有与被连接管1管身构成水密封的密封胶圈6及弹性开口卡环7,所述密封胶圈6安装在空隙的最内端,所述弹性开口卡环7位于空隙的外端,所述被连接管1外开有对应于弹性开口卡环7的环形卡环凹槽8,密封胶圈6用于将被连接管1与接头本体3之间进行密封,使用时,弹性开口卡环7卡箍在环形卡环凹槽8处,使得被连接管1不能从接头本体3中拔出(适用专用工具可以),为了获得更好的密封效果,所述密封胶圈6的横截面是由适配喇叭孔5内壁的外弧、贴合被连接管1管壁的直线围成,即使密封胶圈6内侧面的一部分落入环形卡环凹槽8中,密封胶圈6内侧面的其他部分依然落在被连接管1的外管壁,从而使得密封胶圈6与被连接管1之间保持密封,增强了该连接管接头的密封性能,使其不易漏水。 
如图2所示,所述密封胶圈6的横截面可以为“D”字形。 
进一步的,所述弹性开口卡环7的形状为弧长大于3/4圆周的未封闭的环形,将弹性开口卡环7设成未封闭的环形,从而可以使得***(现有技术)将弹性开口卡环7胀开,从而使得弹性开口卡环7从环形卡环凹槽8中分离,被连接管1可以拔出。 
进一步的,所述弹性开口卡环7的横截面为圆形,所述弹性开口卡环7的中径大于被连接管1的外径,所述环形卡环凹槽8截面为槽深小于弹性开口卡环7截面的一半、两边上端具有圆弧倒角的凹槽。 
本实施例提供另一种结构的弹性开口卡环7,如图4所示,所述弹性开口卡环7的横截面是由扇形内弧、适配喇叭孔5外端内壁的斜面围成,扇形内弧部分可以卡入环形卡环凹槽8中,弹性开口卡环7的斜面部分形成一锥面,从而使得该锥面可以抵触喇叭孔5外端,被连接管1***接头本体3后,将被连接管1向外拔出时,由于该锥面抵触喇叭孔5外端内壁的斜面,使得被连接管1不易被拔出。 
进一步的,所述通孔2中间设置有用于定位被连接管1的定位台阶10,从而限制被连接管1***所述接头本体3的深度。 
进一步的,所述喇叭孔5靠近弹性开口卡环7的一端的倒角小于弹性开口卡环7截面的一半,避免弹性开口卡环7顶死在喇叭孔5内。 
需要说明的是,本发明的喇叭孔5的形状还可以采用专利号为200910040489.4的中国发明专利中记载的及现有技术中的其他形状。 
实施例二。
如图3所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:所述密封胶圈6靠近喇叭孔最内端的一端延伸有防漏尾端9,所述防漏尾端9的形状为圆柱形,防漏尾端9可以伸入接头本体3与被连接管1之间,从而使得密封性能更好。 
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细地说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。 

Claims (8)

1.改进的直推连接管接头,包括具有可供被连接管(1)***的通孔(2)的接头本体(3),所述通孔(2)一端为内大外小的阶梯孔,外侧端口小孔为封口段(4),其内径适配于被连接管(1)外径,内侧的大孔为大口朝里的喇叭孔(5),喇叭孔(5)内壁与被连接管(1)之间形成空隙,空隙内有与被连接管(1)管身构成水密封的密封胶圈(6)及弹性开口卡环(7),所述密封胶圈(6)安装在空隙的最内端,所述弹性开口卡环(7)位于空隙的外端,所述被连接管(1)外开有对应于弹性开口卡环(7)的环形卡环凹槽(8),其特征在于:所述密封胶圈(6)的横截面是由适配喇叭孔(5)内壁的外弧、贴合被连接管(1)管壁的直线围成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的直推连接管接头,其特征在于:所述密封胶圈(6)的横截面为“D”字形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改进的直推连接管接头,其特征在于:所述密封胶圈(6)靠近喇叭孔最内端的一端延伸有防漏尾端(9),所述防漏尾端(9)的形状为圆柱形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改进的直推连接管接头,其特征在于:所述弹性开口卡环(7)的形状为弧长大于3/4圆周的未封闭的环形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的改进的直推连接管接头,其特征在于:所述弹性开口卡环(7)的横截面为圆形,所述弹性开口卡环(7)的中径大于被连接管(1)的外径,所述环形卡环凹槽(8)截面为槽深小于弹性开口卡环(7)截面的一半、两边上端具有圆弧倒角的凹槽。
6.根据权利要求4所述的改进的直推连接管接头,其特征在于:所述弹性开口卡环(7)的横截面是由扇形内弧、适配喇叭孔(5)外端内壁的斜面围成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的改进的直推连接管接头,其特征在于:所述通孔(2)中间设置有用于定位被连接管(1)的定位台阶(10)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的改进的直推连接管接头,其特征在于:所述喇叭孔(5)靠近弹性开口卡环(7)的一端的倒角小于弹性开口卡环(7)截面的一半。
