Abstract

本发明公开了一种含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:SG-5型PVC树脂50-55、双酚A型聚碳酸酯40-45、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯0.8-1.2、二茂铁2-4、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺1.4-1.8、三盐基硫酸铅1.3-1.5、改性粉煤灰1-2、钛白粉35-38、抗氧剂1010??1.4-1.6、环氧化甘油三酸酯0.5-0.7和苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷0.9-1.1;本发明通过对配方进一步优化,在配方中添加了改性粉煤灰成分,使得在pvc管材的加工过程中能促进无机填料的分散,提高pvc熔体的流动性,还能提升拉伸强度与断裂伸长率,韧性好,硬度低的缺点;而且制备方法简单,可以有效的应用于各行各业中。

Description

一种含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及pvc管材生产领域,尤其涉及一种含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材及其制备方法。
背景技术
pvc管材的主要成份为聚氯乙烯,另外加入增塑剂、抗老化剂等辅料来增加其耐热性、韧性、延展性等,pvc是当今世界上深受喜爱、颇为流行并且也被广泛应用的一种合成材料,PVC管材是一种成熟的管材,主要应用于给排水工程,pvc管材具有耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀性、强度高等优点,但是,目前大步分生产厂家生产出来的pvc管材抗冲击性能并不好,尤其在PVC制品的加工中的塑化过程,无机物的分散和pvc熔体的加工流动性一直是个难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材,其组成原料的重量份为:SG-5型PVC树脂50-55、双酚A型聚碳酸酯40-45、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯0.8-1.2、二茂铁2-4、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺1.4-1.8、三盐基硫酸铅1.3-1.5、改性粉煤灰1-2、钛白粉35-38、抗氧剂10101.4-1.6、环氧化甘油三酸酯0.5-0.7和苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷0.9-1.1。
含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材,其组成原料的重量份为:SG-5型PVC树脂52、双酚A型聚碳酸酯42、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯1、二茂铁3、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺1.6、三盐基硫酸铅1.4、改性粉煤灰1.5、钛白粉36、抗氧剂10101.5、环氧化甘油三酸酯0.6和苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1。
含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,在热混锅内加入SG-5型PVC树脂和双酚A型聚碳酸酯,加热2-3分钟,然后依次加入聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯、二茂铁、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺、三盐基硫酸铅、改性粉煤灰、钛白粉、抗氧剂1010、环氧化甘油三酸酯和苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷,反应5-7分钟;
(2)然后加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒即得混合粒子,挤出机机筒温度为165-175℃,模头温度为183-218℃,螺杆转速为500-550rpm;
(3)采用锥形双螺杆挤出机将所得的混合粒子挤出管材成型,即得含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材,挤出机机筒温度为180-200℃,模头温度为185-210℃。
所述的改性粉煤灰的制备方法为:将粉煤灰放入13-15%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2-3小时后,捞出,在53-58℃温度下烘干至含水量2-3%,后立即加入相当于其重量3-4%的液体石蜡混合均匀,然后,加入相当于其重量5-8%的氢氧化铝、5-8%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、1-2%的三聚磷酸钠、3-4%的铁矿尾渣,混合均匀,在60-70℃下3500-4000转/分搅拌30-50分钟,混合、烘干研磨为1.0-1.2μm粉末,得到改性粉煤灰。
本发明的优点:
本发明通过对配方进一步优化,在配方中添加了改性粉煤灰成分,使得在pvc管材的加工过程中能促进无机填料的分散,提高pvc熔体的流动性,还能提升拉伸强度与断裂伸长率,韧性好,硬度低的缺点;而且制备方法简单,可以有效的应用于各行各业中。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1:含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材,其组成原料的重量份(公斤)为:SG-5型PVC树脂52、双酚A型聚碳酸酯42、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯1、二茂铁3、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺1.6、三盐基硫酸铅1.4、改性粉煤灰1.5、钛白粉36、抗氧剂10101.5、环氧化甘油三酸酯0.6和苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1。
含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,在热混锅内加入SG-5型PVC树脂和双酚A型聚碳酸酯,加热2-3分钟,然后依次加入聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯、二茂铁、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺、三盐基硫酸铅、改性粉煤灰、钛白粉、抗氧剂1010、环氧化甘油三酸酯和苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷,反应5-7分钟;
(2)然后加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒即得混合粒子,挤出机机筒温度为165-175℃,模头温度为183-218℃,螺杆转速为500-550rpm;
(3)采用锥形双螺杆挤出机将所得的混合粒子挤出管材成型,即得含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材,挤出机机筒温度为180-200℃,模头温度为185-210℃。
改性粉煤灰的制备方法为:将粉煤灰放入15%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3小时后,捞出,在53-58℃温度下烘干至含水量3%,后立即加入相当于其重量4%的液体石蜡混合均匀,然后,加入相当于其重量8%的氢氧化铝、5%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、1%的三聚磷酸钠、4%的铁矿尾渣,混合均匀,在60-70℃下3500-4000转/分搅拌30-50分钟,混合、烘干研磨为1.0-1.2μm粉末,得到改性粉煤灰。
上述实施例制得的pvc管材的对比验证测试结果如下表:

Claims (2)

1.一种含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:SG-5型PVC树脂50-55、双酚A型聚碳酸酯40-45、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯0.8-1.2、二茂铁2-4、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺1.4-1.8、三盐基硫酸铅1.3-1.5、改性粉煤灰1-2、钛白粉35-38、抗氧剂10101.4-1.6、环氧化甘油三酸酯0.5-0.7和苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷0.9-1.1;
所述的含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,在热混锅内加入SG-5型PVC树脂和双酚A型聚碳酸酯,加热2-3分钟,然后依次加入聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯、二茂铁、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺、三盐基硫酸铅、改性粉煤灰、钛白粉、抗氧剂1010、环氧化甘油三酸酯和苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷,反应5-7分钟;
(2)然后加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒即得混合粒子,挤出机机筒温度为165-175℃,模头温度为183-218℃,螺杆转速为500-550rpm;
(3)采用锥形双螺杆挤出机将所得的混合粒子挤出管材成型,即得含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材,挤出机机筒温度为180-200℃,模头温度为185-210℃;所述的改性粉煤灰的制备方法为:将粉煤灰放入13-15%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2-3小时后,捞出,在53-58℃温度下烘干至含水量2-3%,后立即加入相当于其重量3-4%的液体石蜡混合均匀,然后,加入相当于其重量5-8%的氢氧化铝、5-8%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、1-2%的三聚磷酸钠、3-4%的铁矿尾渣,混合均匀,在60-70℃下3500-4000转/分搅拌30-50分钟,混合、烘干研磨为1.0-1.2μm粉末,得到改性粉煤灰。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有改性粉煤灰的pvc管材,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:SG-5型PVC树脂52、双酚A型聚碳酸酯42、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯1、二茂铁3、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺1.6、三盐基硫酸铅1.4、改性粉煤灰1.5、钛白粉36、抗氧剂10101.5、环氧化甘油三酸酯0.6和苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1。
