Abstract

本发明涉及一种增强改性的聚丙烯的制备方法,该方法包括下列步骤:将聚丙烯树脂、滑石粉、磷酸三甲苯酯、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯以及玻璃纤维在高搅锅中在950r/min下搅拌5min,初步混合后,从加料口处加入双螺杆反应挤出机中,双螺杆反应挤出机从进料段到机头的各反应段温度分别为250℃、260℃、270℃、265℃、265℃、250℃、245℃、240℃,模头温度为260℃,双螺杆挤出机中螺杆长径比为38∶1,转速350r/min。经双螺杆挤出机挤出后经过水冷、切粒,在鼓风干燥箱中120℃放置4小时后,得到增强改性的聚丙烯。本发明所述的增强改性的聚丙烯在强度、模量和热性能方面有明显提高,因此在机械、电器、汽车、纺织及建筑等行业上有广泛应用。

一种增强改性的聚丙烯的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种增强改性的聚丙烯的制备方法。
背景技术
聚丙烯(pp)是一种成本低、性能优异、用途广泛的高分子材料,由于其很容易进行填充改性,在改性后可提高力学性能,因此聚丙烯成为非常广泛的树脂材料,尤其是在汽车制造领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种增强改性的聚丙烯的制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种增强改性的聚丙烯的制备方法,该方法包括下列步骤:将聚丙烯树脂、滑石粉、磷酸三甲苯酯、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯以及玻璃纤维在高搅锅中在950r/min下搅拌5min,初步混合后,从加料口处加入双螺杆反应挤出机中,双螺杆反应挤出机从进料段到机头的各反应段温度分别为250℃、260℃、270℃、265℃、265℃、250℃、245℃、240℃,模头温度为260℃,双螺杆挤出机中螺杆长径比为38∶1,转速350r/min。经双螺杆挤出机挤出后经过水冷、切粒,在鼓风干燥箱中120℃放置4小时后,得到增强改性的聚丙烯。
优选地,以重量份计,所述增强改性的聚丙烯包含下列成分:(a)70-90份的聚丙烯树脂;(b)5-15份的滑石粉;(c)1-10份的磷酸三甲苯酯;(d)1-5份的季戊四醇硬脂酸酯;以及(e)1-10份的玻璃纤维。
优选地,以重量份计,所述增强改性的聚丙烯包含10份的滑石粉。
优选地,以重量份计,所述增强改性的聚丙烯包含5份的玻璃纤维。
优选地,以重量份计,所述增强改性的聚丙烯包含90份的聚丙烯树脂。
优选地,以重量份计,所述增强改性的聚丙烯包含5份的磷酸三甲苯酯。
优选地,以重量份计,所述增强改性的聚丙烯包含3份的季戊四醇硬脂酸酯。
优选地,所述玻璃纤维的长度为10mm。
本发明所述的增强改性的聚丙烯在强度、模量和热性能方面有明显提高,因此在机械、电器、汽车、纺织及建筑等行业上有广泛应用。

聚丙烯树脂,德国拜耳公司;10mm的玻璃纤维,南通海玻玻璃纤维有限公司。
实施例1
称取90千克的聚丙烯树脂、10千克的滑石粉、5千克的磷酸三甲苯酯、3千克的季戊四醇硬脂酸酯以及5千克的10mm的玻璃纤维。
将聚丙烯树脂、滑石粉、磷酸三甲苯酯、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯以及玻璃纤维在高搅锅中在950r/min下搅拌5min,初步混合后,从加料口处加入双螺杆反应挤出机中,双螺杆反应挤出机从进料段到机头的各反应段温度分别为250℃、260℃、270℃、265℃、265℃、250℃、245℃、240℃,模头温度为260℃,双螺杆挤出机中螺杆长径比为38∶1,转速350r/min。经双螺杆挤出机挤出后经过水冷、切粒,在鼓风干燥箱中120℃放置4小时后,得到增强改性的聚丙烯复合物。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备增强改性的聚丙烯复合物,不同之处在于不使用滑石粉。
实施例3
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备增强改性的聚丙烯复合物,不同之处在于不使用玻璃纤维。
实施例4
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备增强改性的聚丙烯复合物,不同之处在于使用15千克的滑石粉。
实施例5
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备增强改性的聚丙烯复合物,不同之处在于使用5千克的滑石粉。
实施例6
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备增强改性的聚丙烯复合物,不同之处在于使用1千克的10mm的玻璃纤维。
实施例7
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备增强改性的聚丙烯复合物,不同之处在于使用10千克的10mm的玻璃纤维。
根据拉伸强度ISO1798-2008来测定拉伸强度(MPa),结果如下:134MPa(实施例1)、89MPa(实施例2)、97MPa(实施例3)、89MPa(实施例4)、76MPa(实施例5)、84MPa(实施例6)、92MPa(实施例7)。

1.一种增强改性的聚丙烯的制备方法,该方法包括下列步骤:将聚丙烯树脂、滑石粉、磷酸三甲苯酯、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯以及玻璃纤维在高搅锅中在950r/min下搅拌5min,初步混合后,从加料口处加入双螺杆反应挤出机中,双螺杆反应挤出机从进料段到机头的各反应段温度分别为250℃、260℃、270℃、265℃、265℃、250℃、245℃、240℃,模头温度为260℃,双螺杆挤出机中螺杆长径比为38∶1,转速350r/min。经双螺杆挤出机挤出后经过水冷、切粒,在鼓风干燥箱中120℃放置4小时后,得到增强改性的聚丙烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强改性的聚丙烯的制备方法,其特征在于,以重量份计,所述增强改性的聚丙烯包含下列成分:(a)70-90份的聚丙烯树脂;(b)5-15份的滑石粉;(c)1-10份的磷酸三甲苯酯;(d)1-5份的季戊四醇硬脂酸酯;以及(e)1-10份的玻璃纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的增强改性的聚丙烯的制备方法,其特征在于,以重量份计,所述增强改性的聚丙烯包含10份的滑石粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的增强改性的聚丙烯的制备方法,其特征在于,以重量份计,所述增强改性的聚丙烯包含5份的玻璃纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的增强改性的聚丙烯的制备方法,其特征在于,以重量份计,所述增强改性的聚丙烯包含90份的聚丙烯树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的增强改性的聚丙烯的制备方法,其特征在于,以重量份计,所述增强改性的聚丙烯包含5份的磷酸三甲苯酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的增强改性的聚丙烯的制备方法,其特征在于,以重量份计,所述增强改性的聚丙烯包含3份的季戊四醇硬脂酸酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的增强改性的聚丙烯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维的长度为10mm。
