Abstract

本发明公开一种摩托车伸缩折叠靠背，本装置主要解决摩托车靠背在驾驶员与乘客之间伸缩调节安装，和不使用时水平放置在后尾架上的问题。本装置由旋转轴固定端、伸缩支撑连杆、海绵垫、海绵垫支架和拉紧器构成。当应用于驾驶员、乘客使用时可以通过伸缩海绵垫端调节位置，并通过与海绵垫支架端相连接的拉紧器固定于车架上，当不使用时收缩回后尾架水平放置并勾住拉紧器即可。

技术领域
本装置主要解决摩托车靠背在驾驶员与乘客之间伸缩调节安装，和不使用时水平收放在后尾架上的问题。 
背景技术
目前市面的摩托车靠背要么是固定焊接在车尾架上仅限后排乘客倚靠，要么固定在后排坐垫处给驾驶员倚靠，无法在驾驶员和乘客之间自由安置和收放。 
发明内容
本装置由旋转轴固定端、伸缩支撑连杆、海绵垫、海绵垫支架和拉紧器构成。旋转轴固定端固定于车尾架上，伸缩支撑连杆一端与旋转轴固定端通过承梢连接并可以水平180旋转，伸缩支撑连杆的另外一端与海绵垫支架通过相同的承梢连接，海绵垫固定在海绵垫支架上，海绵垫支架可以360度水平旋转；伸缩支撑连杆由圆截面一大一小空心管组成，圆截面小的一对管可以在圆截面大的管内心自由伸缩，内外两管在最大伸展处打一个固定孔，以螺丝固定；海绵垫支架左右两边各自带一个拉紧器，拉紧器一端活动固定在海绵垫支架上，另外一边在不同使用时固定于摩托车坐垫位置的下方铁架勾上（视不同车型，没有挂钩需焊接增加），不使用收缩放回车尾架时可固定于海绵垫支架的另一端。

Claims (2)

1.摩托车伸缩折叠靠背是一种可以在驾驶员和乘客之间自由调节和不使用时收回至车尾架的摩托车靠背装置。
2.其主要特征是旋转轴固定端固定于车尾架上，伸缩支撑连杆一端与旋转轴固定端通过承梢连接并可以水平180旋转，伸缩支撑连杆的另外一端与海绵垫支架通过相同的承梢连接，海绵垫固定在海绵垫支架上，海绵垫支架可以360度水平旋转；伸缩支撑连杆由圆截面一大一小空心管组成，圆截面小的一对管可以在圆截面大的管内心自由伸缩，内外两管在最大伸展处打一个固定孔，以螺丝固定；海绵垫支架左右两边各自带一个拉紧器，拉紧器一端活动固定在海绵垫支架上，另外一边在不同使用时固定于摩托车坐垫位置的下方铁架勾上（视不同车型，没有挂钩需焊接增加），不使用收缩放回车尾架时可固定于海绵垫支架的另一端。
