智能眼位近视矫正镜
技术领域
本发明属视力矫正眼镜领域,尤其涉及一种适用于青少年,能预防和治疗假性近视,矫正内外隐斜视的智能眼位近视矫正镜。
背景技术
近视是眼睛看不清远物、却看清近物的症状。在屈光静止的前提下,远处的物体不能在视网膜汇聚,而在视网膜之前形成焦点,因而造成视觉变形,导致远方的物体模糊不清。近视分屈光和轴性两类。其中近视发生的原因大多为眼球前后轴过长(称为轴性近视),其次为眼的屈光力较强(称为曲率性近视)。近视多发生在青少年时期,遗传因素有一定影响,但其发生和发展,与灯光照明不足,阅读姿势不当,近距离工作较久等有密切关系。
目前,儿童和青少年近视发生早,发展速度快,据统计,小学、初中、高中平均近视率至少在60%以上,是目前危害我国中小学生健康最突出的问题。如果不进行有效干预,这一数字将进一步扩大。市场上至今为止出现许多防治近视的仪器,其基本技术路线包括:(1)按摩、电脉冲刺激穴位;(2)磁场穴位刺激;(3)中草药局部渗入;(4)小孔眼镜;(5)眼球施压;(6)单纯凸透镜雾视疗法。经临床试验证明,上述方法均不能针对近视的病因及发病机理产生良好的防治作用。目前对于青少年近视,眼科医院和眼镜店主要以配戴单光或双光渐进眼镜来干预,因为没有考虑到近视孩子是否有斜视,是什么类型的斜视、没有考虑到人眼看近眼球调节和集合,所以达不到预防和治疗的效果或是效果不明显,造成近视度数不断增长。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的不足之处而提供一种安全轻便,解除近视眼患者的睫状肌痉挛,使晶状体凸度降低,可有效预防、治疗假性近视,又能矫正内隐斜视和外隐斜视的智能眼位近视矫正镜。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的。
一种智能眼位近视矫正镜,它包括镜框及镜腿;所述镜框内设有上镜片及下镜片;所述上镜片与下镜片上下拼接而成;所述上镜片与下镜片的横截面为新月形,下镜片纵向最大长度H与上镜片纵向最大长度h满足:H-h=3~6mm。
作为一种优选方案,本发明所述上镜片与下镜片的折射率n=1.49~1.9。
作为另一种优选方案,本发明所述下镜片为一端厚一端薄的曲面棱镜与凸透镜复合而成的复合曲面透镜。
进一步地,本发明所述上镜片为一端厚一端薄的曲面棱镜与凹透镜复合而成的复合曲面透镜。
本发明所述上镜片与下镜片的交接线为直线,其与上镜片光学中心W的距离为2~6mm。
进一步地,本发明所述上镜片与下镜片在使用区域的棱镜度为1.1~9.1Δ。
更近一步地,本发明所述上镜片厚度最薄一侧的厚度b1=1~3 mm;所述上镜片厚度最厚一侧的厚度a1=4~8 mm;所述下镜片厚度最薄一侧的厚度b2=1~3 mm;所述下镜片厚度最厚一侧的厚度a2=4~7 mm。
另外,本发明所述上镜片与下镜片的交接线可为弧线,弧线底端切线与上镜片光学中心W的距离为2~6mm。
本发明通过上镜片与下镜片的组合使用,能有助于眼睛内部晶状体、睫状体及眼扩肌的调节,减少眼睛内在的自我调节与集合,并起到减缓眼睛疲劳,使得抑制近视度数增加,预防、治疗假性近视以及矫正内外隐斜视的效果更加明显,青少年及孩子在学习和生活中,不知不觉即可达到预防和治疗之功效。本发明不仅适于视力正常人,也可适于各种屈光不正者,实践中,可根据不同个体的屈光情况,采用相应的一体化光学组合透镜,确定屈光度及棱镜度,即可达到预期效果。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种智能眼位近视矫正镜,它包括镜框1及镜腿2;所述镜框1内设有上镜片3及下镜片4;所述上镜片3与下镜片4上下拼接而成;所述上镜片3与下镜片4的横截面为新月形,下镜片4纵向最大长度H与上镜片3纵向最大长度h满足:H-h=5mm。
本发明所述上镜片3与下镜片4的折射率n=1.7。一般高度近视与远视患者应选择高折射率的镜片,以减少镜片的厚度。
参见图2所示,本发明所述上镜片3为一端厚一端薄的曲面棱镜与凹透镜复合而成的复合曲面透镜。
参见图3所示,本发明所述下镜片4为一端厚一端薄的曲面棱镜与凸透镜复合而成的复合曲面透镜。
参见图1所示,本发明所述上镜片3与下镜片4的交接线5为直线,其与上镜片3光学中心W的距离为3mm。
本发明所述上镜片3与下镜片4在使用区域的棱镜度为3Δ基底向内。一般情况下,基底方向应根据检查所示斜视方向向内或向外。
参见图2及图3所示,本发明所述上镜片3厚度最薄一侧的厚度b1=1~3 mm;所述上镜片3厚度最厚一侧的厚度a1=4~8 mm;所述下镜片4厚度最薄一侧的厚度b2=1~3 mm;所述下镜片4厚度最厚一侧的厚度a2=4~7 mm。如图所示,301为棱镜;302为凹透镜;401为棱镜;402为凸透镜。
参见图4所示,本发明所述上镜片3与下镜片4的交接线5为弧线,弧线底端切线与上镜片3光学中心W的距离为3mm。
本发明通过曲面棱镜与凸透镜的复合形成复合镜片,可以使近处物体发散出来的光线变成平行光线入眼,减轻了两眼的集合作用,从而带动了调节方式,去除了假性近视,并控制真性近视的发展。本发明既满足将视网膜对应改变为视网膜黄斑区的中心小凹对应又能通过棱镜和凸透镜来改变看近用眼时的调节和集合,通过雾视和反向调节迫使睫状肌松弛,晶体屈光度减小来恢复视力,该眼镜和普通眼镜一样佩戴,在戴用过程中得到治疗,适合5~25岁,1800度以下的近视儿童和青少年。
本发明在设计时,由镜架和镜片构成,整体镜片由上镜片及下镜片两部分拼接而成,上部分用凹透镜与棱镜一体化成型,一侧最厚,相对应180度的另一侧最薄,镜片厚度从最厚处到最薄处均匀渐变。下镜片用凸透镜与棱镜一体化成型,两部分交接线处于上镜片光学中心以下,配镜时,转动镜片,将入射光线通过折射线移位到黄斑区中心小凹核心区(人眼中心小凹接受区是视锥、视杆细胞最发达的部位,每平方毫米15万个,偏离中心小凹接受区1平方毫米减少0.5万),将视网膜对应改变为视网膜黄斑区的中心小凹对应,入射光与反射光相等,使两眼视网膜的中心小凹和其他对应点完全重叠,这时的视觉功能超越了两眼视觉相加的总量,从而预防和治疗近视。下光区采用凸透镜与棱镜一体化成型镜片,集合了凸透镜和棱镜的光学功能,配镜时,转动镜片,将入射光线通过折射线移位到黄斑区中心小凹核心区,将视网膜对应改变为视网膜黄斑区的中心小凹对应,入射光与反射光相等,使两眼视网膜的中心小凹和其他对应点完全重叠,通过凸透镜雾视和棱镜达到反向调节迫使睫状肌松弛,晶体屈光度减小,减弱看近用眼的集合,使看近变成望远,来控制和降低近视屈光度发展,使视力恢复。
本发明在具体使用时,先从验光是否有斜视、眼运动、双眼视觉功能,双眼视直觉,双眼视运动、双眼视中枢及出光成像等方面的检查入手,根据具体情况个性化矫正方案,将视网膜对应改变为视网膜黄斑区的中心小凹对应,在戴镜过程中,根据孩子是否有斜视及斜视的变化、视力矫正情况定期更换镜片,长期使用对视觉无影响,最终达到矫正斜视,控制和降低屈光度,提升裸眼视力的作用。
棱镜度(是指镜片对光线偏折能力大小的单位,其数值上等于光线通过镜片后,在每米距离上由偏折面产生的位移的厘米数),上镜片根据孩子情况设定在1.1~9.1Δ,基底方向根据检查所示斜视方向向内或向外。下镜片为凸透镜加棱镜,棱镜度根据孩子情况设定在1.1~9.1Δ基底向内。二者交接线5为直线,当然,根据实际需要,交接线5也可采用弧线,经切割研磨使上镜片与下镜片两片交接吻合良好,交接线5处于上部凹透镜加棱镜光学中心W以下3mm处,当眼睛平视时,其曈孔正对光学中心W,上镜片与下镜片两片交接线一般处于眼睛下眼睑平齐。下光区凸透镜加棱镜光学中心内移1~3mm,当眼睛看近时,其瞳孔正对下光光学中心。该眼镜的矫正眼位和近视的机理是:当眼睛平视时,视线通过凹透镜加棱镜可视清远、近处物体,同时通过棱镜使入射光线通过折射线移位到黄斑区中心小凹核心区,入射光与反射光相等,使两眼视网膜的中心小凹和其他对应点完全重叠,提升视力;当看书写字时,视线透过下部凸透镜加棱镜,先是短暂雾视,之后即可视清,此过程为强制反向调节,因为经过凸透镜的屈光作用,屈光***为视物清楚,迫使睫状肌松弛,使悬韧带紧张,迫使晶状体变薄,曲度变小,屈光力减小,使眼球总的屈光度减小,使在视网膜黄斑区清楚清楚成像,如此经过一段时间的佩戴,强制反向调节后,睫状肌便解除了紧张程度,处于正常松弛状态,晶状体曲度变小,恢复了正常的胜利功能。待近视度数下降后,及时更换成低度数的近视镜片,已利进一步调节治疗。
实施例1:若近视300度,智能眼位近视矫正镜上部应配300度近视片,根据孩子斜视情况加配棱镜片,下部配+1.25D加特定棱镜度的雾视镜片,两者交接线为直线,处于上部近视片之光学中心W以下4mm, 正常佩戴时与下眼睑平齐,戴一段时间(一个月左右),经验光近视度数若下降50度,则应将上部更换为250度近视片,同时检查眼睛是否还有斜视,根据具体情况调整棱镜片,以后可继续调整更换,使之得到最大程度的恢复治疗。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种智能眼位近视矫正镜,包括镜框(1)及镜腿(2);其特征在于,所述镜框(1)内设有上镜片(3)及下镜片(4);所述上镜片(3)与下镜片(4)上下拼接而成;所述上镜片(3)与下镜片(4)的横截面为新月形,下镜片(4)纵向最大长度H与上镜片(3)纵向最大长度h满足:H-h=3~6mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能眼位近视矫正镜,其特征在于,所述上镜片(3)与下镜片(4)的折射率n=1.49~1.9。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能眼位近视矫正镜,其特征在于:所述下镜片(4)为一端厚一端薄的曲面棱镜与凸透镜复合而成的复合曲面透镜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的智能眼位近视矫正镜,其特征在于:所述上镜片(3)为一端厚一端薄的曲面棱镜与凹透镜复合而成的复合曲面透镜。
5.根据权利要求1~4之任一所述的智能眼位近视矫正镜,其特征在于:所述上镜片(3)与下镜片(4)的交接线(5)为直线,其与上镜片(3)光学中心W的距离为2~6mm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的智能眼位近视矫正镜,其特征在于:所述上镜片(3)与下镜片(4)在使用区域的棱镜度为1.1~9.1Δ。
7.根据权利要求6所述的智能眼位近视矫正镜,其特征在于:所述上镜片(3)厚度最薄一侧的厚度b1=1~3 mm;所述上镜片(3)厚度最厚一侧的厚度a1=4~8 mm;所述下镜片(4)厚度最薄一侧的厚度b2=1~3 mm;所述下镜片(4)厚度最厚一侧的厚度a2=4~7 mm。
8.根据权利要求1~4之任一所述的智能眼位近视矫正镜,其特征在于:所述上镜片(3)与下镜片(4)的交接线(5)为弧线,弧线底端切线与上镜片(3)光学中心W的距离为2~6mm。
