本发明提供了一种平衡式高性能蝶阀,包括阀体、密封圈、蝶板、压板、阀轴,密封圈通过压板固定在蝶板上,蝶板背面有支座,阀轴穿过支座,蝶板空套在阀轴上,蝶板的背面还装有一杠杆,杠杆与阀轴通过键连接,蝶板上还开有一锥形孔,锥形孔内装有一小阀瓣,小阀瓣与杠杆通过销连接。在阀门处于关位时,杠杆的前端面与蝶板的背面有一距离。本发明的有益效果是阀门开启前先平衡压差后开启,摩擦力小,节能降耗,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门装置,特别是涉及一种开启前先平衡两边压差后开启的蝶阀。
背景技术
目前在冶金、核电领域气体管道上使用的硬密封蝶阀,在阀门处于关位时,由于蝶板两侧存在压差,特别是在高压情况下,阀门开启时密封圈与阀座的摩擦力大,所配套的驱动装置需要的扭矩大,阀门开启不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有硬密封蝶阀开启时密封圈与阀座的摩擦力大,所配套的驱动装置需要的扭矩大,阀门开启不便的不足,本发明提供一种平衡式高性能蝶阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种平衡式高性能蝶阀,包括阀体、密封圈、蝶板、压板、阀轴,密封圈通过压板固定在蝶板上,蝶板背面有支座,阀轴穿过支座,蝶板空套在阀轴上,蝶板的背面还装有一杠杆,杠杆与阀轴通过键连接,蝶板上还开有一锥形孔,锥形孔内装有一小阀瓣,小阀瓣与杠杆通过销连接。在阀门处于关位时,杠杆的前端面与蝶板的背面有一距离。
本发明的有益效果是阀门开启前先平衡压差后开启,摩擦力小,节能降耗,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,一种平衡式高性能蝶阀,包括阀体1、密封圈2、蝶板4、压板3、阀轴6,密封圈2通过压板3固定在蝶板4上,蝶板4背面有支座11,阀轴6穿过支座11,蝶板4空套在阀轴6上,蝶板4的背面还装有一杠杆5,杠杆5与阀轴6通过键7连接,蝶板4上还开有一锥形孔8,锥形孔8内装有一小阀瓣10,小阀瓣10与杠杆5通过销9连接。在阀门处于关位时,杠杆5的前端面与蝶板4的背面有一距离。
开阀时,阀轴6逆时针旋转,通过销9带动杠杆5作逆时针摆动,小阀瓣10随杠杆5的尾部提升而脱离蝶板4上的锥形孔8,介质通过锥形孔8实现蝶板4前后压力的平衡。当杠杆5摆动到前端面与蝶板4背面接触时,推动蝶板4一起绕阀轴6旋转,实现阀门的开启过程。关阀时,阀轴6顺时针旋转,通过销9带动杠杆5作顺时针摆动,小阀瓣10随杠杆5的尾部下降而与蝶板4上的锥形孔8完全吻合,再推动蝶板4一起绕阀轴6旋转,实现阀门的关闭过程。

1.一种平衡式高性能蝶阀,包括阀体、密封圈、蝶板、压板、阀轴,密封圈通过压板固定在蝶板上,其特征在于:所述的蝶板背面有支座,阀轴穿过支座,蝶板空套在阀轴上,蝶板的背面还装有一杠杆,杠杆与阀轴通过键连接,蝶板上还开有一锥形孔,锥形孔内装有一小阀瓣,小阀瓣与杠杆通过销连接。在阀门处于关位时,杠杆的前端面与蝶板的背面有一距离。
