Abstract

本发明涉及一种板框式水电解槽,属于水电解技术领域;该板框式水电解槽包括槽体、安装于槽体内的多个复合单元;复合单元由板状正极、第一密封圈、离子膜、第二密封圈和板状负极压制复合而成,板状正极上部设置有第一接线端子,板状负极上部设置有第二接线端子;多个复合单元的依次串联安装于所述槽体内;板状正极和板状负极均包括一种首先经过电镀镍,再涂覆金属钛,而后烧结制得二氧化钛涂层的不锈钢材质的边框,边框内部设有同样材质的金属网;本发明采用网状极板代替板状极板,增加了空间让热膨胀的效应可以释放;同时,正负极板间的厚度减少到3-4mm,降低了电能的热消耗,进一步降低热效应同时提高电能利用效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水电解槽,尤其是一种板框式水电解槽,属于水电解技术领域。
背景技术
目前一般所知的水电解是工业制氢的最主要方法,据申请人了解,现有的水电解槽一般都是使用压滤式水电解槽,即将离子膜放置在电解槽极板各个侧面之间夹紧,通过夹紧的极板和离子膜形成密封,由于电解槽通电工作中的热效应会导致的热膨胀等原因,密封容易失效,并且,由于极板的平整度极难保证,所以,极间距距离较大,导致电能在水中传输距离较大,造成电能的浪费。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术缺点,提出一种板框式水电解槽。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种板框式水电解槽,包括:
槽体、安装于上述槽体内的多个复合单元;上述复合单元由板状正极、第一密封圈、离子膜、第二密封圈和板状负极压制复合而成,上述板状正极上部设置有第一接线端子,上述板状负极上部设置有第二接线端子;多个上述复合单元的依次串联安装于上述槽体内;上述板状正极和板状负极均含有首先经过电镀镍,再涂覆金属钛,而后烧结制得具有二氧化钛涂层的不锈钢边框,上述边框内部设有不锈钢金属网。
本发明进一步的改进在于:
1、上述第一接线端子和上述第二接线端子均是作为气体出口的管状结构。
2、上述槽体底部设有进水口和排水口。
本发明进一步的改进在于:
本发明的有益效果如下:采用网状极板代替板状极板,增加了空间让热膨胀的效应可以释放;同时,正负极板间的厚度减少到3-4mm,降低了电能的热消耗,进一步降低热效应同时提高电能利用效率。

具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的板框式水电解槽,包括:
槽体8、安装于上述槽体8内的多个复合单元9;上述复合单元9由板状正极1、第一密封圈2、离子膜3、第二密封圈4和板状负极5压制复合而成,复合后的极板间距约为3-4mm,上述板状正极1上部设置有第一接线端子6,上述板状负极5上部设置有第二接线端子7;上述第一接线端子6和上述第二接线端子7均是一种管装结构,同时作为气体出口使用;多个复合单元9的依次串联安装于上述槽体8内;上述板状正极1和板状负极5均包括一种首先经过电镀镍,再涂覆金属钛,而后烧结制得二氧化钛涂层的不锈钢材质的边框,上述边框内部设有同样材质的金属网;上述槽体8底部设有进水口和排水口。
工作时:由进水口进原料水(掺杂少量硫酸钠),水位达到预定高度后通电电解,单位复合单元9输入电压6V,根据需要调节复合单元9数量和电压值,本实施例如图2所示使用18组,电压调节至110V,各出气口处密闭连接软管通至气体收集设备;稳定后即保持进水口和出水口同时开启,进行原料水流动循环。
本发明的不局限于上述实施例所述的具体技术方案,凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案均为本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种板框式水电解槽,其特征在于包括:槽体、安装于所述槽体内的多个复合单元;所述复合单元由板状正极、第一密封圈、离子膜、第二密封圈和板状负极压制复合而成,所述板状正极上部设置有第一接线端子,所述板状负极上部设置有第二接线端子;多个所述复合单元的依次串联安装于所述槽体内;所述板状正极和板状负极均含有首先经过电镀镍,再涂覆金属钛,而后烧结制得具有二氧化钛涂层的不锈钢边框,所述边框内部设有不锈钢金属网;所述第一接线端子和所述第二接线端子均是作为气体出口的管状结构;所述槽体底部设有进水口和排水口。
