Abstract

本发明提供一种聚乙烯醇涂布膜后固化方法,将聚乙烯醇涂布膜推入固化室,将固化室内温度范围设为35-45℃,湿度设为<30%,保持24-48小时。涂布膜的基材选为BOPP、BOPET、BOPA中的任意一种。该后固化方法不仅解决了固化过度导致涂布膜出现发粘现象的问题;而且经过该后固化方法获得的涂布膜具有更低的氧气透过率。

Description

一种聚乙烯醇涂布膜的后固化方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚乙烯醇涂布膜的后固化方法,属于有机高分子薄膜加工技术领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对环境保护越来越重视,聚乙烯醇因其具有杰出的阻隔性能(其阻氧性能超过PVDC)、环保(燃烧后只为水及二氧化碳),且聚乙烯醇涂层具有同其他包装薄膜一样的印刷性能及复合性能而逐渐引起广泛重视。因其可大幅度提高保质期、保鲜性而被广泛用于月饼、蛋糕、坚果以及茶叶等食品的包装中。在聚乙烯醇涂布过程中,由于聚乙烯醇涂层与薄膜基材粘结力不够,需要预先涂布一层聚氨酯底涂,再涂布聚乙烯醇面涂,由于涂布速度为100-300m/min,经过烘箱(烘箱温度为110-130℃)时间非常短(2-6s),发现聚氨酯分子与基材活性基团以及聚乙烯醇分子的交联不充分,导致聚乙烯醇涂层脱落而造成阻氧性能不稳定,所以涂布后不能直接使用。聚乙烯醇涂布产品在完成涂布工序后一般需要进行后固化,所谓后固化是将涂布产品置于一定的温度湿度环境下放置一段时间。后固化的主要目的是让聚氨酯分子链与基材上活性基团以及聚乙烯醇分子链进一步交联完全,确保聚乙烯醇涂层的阻氧性能稳定。由于聚乙烯醇分子中含有大量的羟基,可与环境中水分子结合,导致其涂层发粘,所以,在固化过程中,温度湿度的控制非常重要。若温度湿度太高,湿热状态下,聚乙烯醇涂层与空气中水分子结合很快而导致发粘。
目前,有一些比较好的温湿度控制方法和装置,专利CN201210041847采用温湿度控制装置来调整封闭空间的温湿度。专利CN201210028924采用环吹风装置控制温湿度。专利CN201120197687固化室的恒温恒湿***(常州天华新能源科技有限公司),包括精密空调机组;所述精密空调机组包括空调、风管、传感器和微电脑控制机构;所述空调包括第一空调和第二空调,相对安装在固化室室内的固化台的两端;所述风管设置在第一空调和第二空调之间,其上设置多个出风口;所述传感器包括温度传感器和湿度传感器,分布在固化室内,其数据输出端接入所述微电脑控制机构。
如后固化过程中温度和湿度以及后固化时间选择不合适,固化不彻底会导致后续印刷、复合加工时易出现溶剂吸附问题,固化过度会导致涂布膜发粘现象。针对以上聚乙烯醇涂布膜存在的问题,本发明提供一种聚乙烯醇涂布膜的后固化方法。
发明内容
针对以上聚乙烯醇涂布膜后固化问题,本发明提供一种聚乙烯醇涂布膜的后固化方法,既使得聚氨酯分子与基材活性基团以及聚乙烯醇分子交联完全(保证聚乙烯醇不脱涂层以及具备良好的阻氧性能),又不至于固化过分导致涂布膜出现发粘现象。这对固化室的温度湿度范围要求很高,通过将固化室内的温度调为35-45℃,湿度调为<30%,保持24-48小时,可使得聚氨酯分子与基材活性基团以及聚乙烯醇分子交联充分,保证不脱涂层、具有良好的阻氧性能,且涂布膜不发粘,不影响外观。
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚乙烯醇涂布膜的后固化方法,将聚乙烯醇涂布膜完成涂布后,经过复卷分切后,将其推入固化室,将固化室内温度范围设为35-45℃,湿度设为<30%,保持24-48小时。
本发明的有益效果:该后固化方法不仅解决了固化过度导致聚乙烯醇涂布膜出现发粘现象的问题;而且经过该后固化方法获得的涂布膜具有更稳定的氧气阻隔性能。
聚乙烯醇涂布膜未固化及通过后固化后的性能对比结果如下:

具体实施方式
实施例1:
聚乙烯醇溶液通过涂布BOPET后,经过复卷分切,然后推入固化室,经温度调为40℃,湿度调为20%RH,置放35小时后,推出固化室待用。聚乙烯醇涂层不脱涂层,外观良好,通过测试其氧气透过率为0.18cc/m2.24hr。
实施例2:
聚乙烯醇溶液通过涂布BOPP后,经过复卷分切,然后推入固化室,经温度调为40℃,湿度调为20%RH,置放35小时后,推出固化室待用。聚乙烯醇涂层不脱涂层,外观良好,通过测试其氧气透过率为0.78cc/m2.24hr。
实施例3:
聚乙烯醇溶液通过涂布BOPA后,经过复卷分切,然后推入固化室,经温度调为40℃,湿度调为20%RH,置放35小时后,推出固化室待用。聚乙烯醇涂层不脱涂层,外观良好,通过测试其氧气透过率为0.17cc/m2.24hr。
实施例4:
聚乙烯醇溶液通过涂布BOPET后,经过复卷分切,然后推入固化室,经温度调为35℃,湿度调为20%RH,置放48小时后,推出固化室待用。聚乙烯醇涂层不脱涂层,外观良好,通过测试其氧气透过率为0.19cc/m2.24hr。
实施例5:
聚乙烯醇溶液通过涂布BOPET后,经过复卷分切,然后推入固化室,经温度调为45℃,湿度调为30%RH,置放24小时后,推出固化室待用。聚乙烯醇涂层不脱涂层,外观良好,通过测试其氧气透过率为0.22cc/m2.24hr。

Claims (4)

1.一种聚乙烯醇涂布膜的后固化方法,其特征在于,将聚乙烯醇涂布膜推入固化室,将固化室内温度范围设为35-45℃,湿度设为<30%,保持24-48小时。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯醇涂布膜后固化方法,其特征在于,将固化室内温度范围设为38-42℃,湿度设为<25%,保持32-45小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯醇涂布膜后固化方法,其特征在于,将固化室内温度范围设为40℃,湿度设为20%,保持35小时。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯醇涂布膜后固化方法,其特征在于,涂布膜的基材选为BOPP、BOPET、BOPA中的任意一种。
