Description

混凝土提升锚具
本发明涉及用于在架设期间提升诸如墙板的浇注混凝土产品的过程中使用的锚具。更具体地讲,本发明涉及边缘提升锚具。
在现场外预制场或现场进行的预制混凝土墙板的制造过程中,需要将墙板从其被浇注的水平构型提升到用于运输和/或架设的竖直构型。对于现场外浇注和某些现场浇注情况来说,板的提升从板的边缘进行,该边缘为处于架设状态的板的上边缘。为此,所谓的边缘提升锚具在浇注之前被并入板的加强结构中。在浇注期间,锚具的头部包封在可移除或一次性的空模具内以在板的边缘表面内形成凹部,锚具的头部处于该凹部内以便可释放地联接到起重设备。
目前可得到各种形式的边缘提升锚具。当板在其竖直构型中被提升时,边缘提升锚具必须承受板的整个重量,并且边缘提升锚具为此目的而适当地设计尺寸。通常,锚具被制造成具有在从2吨至10吨范围内的承载能力,并且为每种特定作业而选择适当能力的锚具。对于给定类型和尺寸的锚具来说,其承载能力可通过在锚具头部下方并入用于接纳拉杆的孔来增加,常规地,拉杆是一段加强杆,其穿过孔并弯曲以在锚具的主体的任一侧上提供延伸的腿部,以便增加其相对于板的上边缘的有效埋置深度。在常规拉杆中,荷载由杆和混凝土之间的摩擦力来承受,并且为此,常规拉杆的腿部往往具有相当大的长度。
本发明涉及具有提高的锁定到周围混凝土中的能力的拉杆。
根据本发明,提供了一种用于混凝土板用边缘提升锚具的拉杆,该拉杆被成形为提供中部和腿部,该中部位邻锚具的头部,腿部从中部的每一端延伸,每个腿部的内侧被成型为锁定在周围混凝土中,型面由一系列纵向间隔的形成物形成,这些形成物中的每一个一般为锯齿形,每个形成物的前缘面朝头部,使得在将拉伸荷载施加到拉杆时,腿部将利用在两个腿部之间的区域中施加到混凝土的大体压缩的荷载锁定在混凝土内。

图1至图4示出了处于其安装后的位置的边缘提升锚具2,用于将板从其中板的上表面为水平的浇注构型提升。锚具具有用于联接到起重装置的头部4和具有一对基本上平行的腿部6的形式的锚固部分,腿部6从头部4延伸。所示特定头部4设计用于与环形离合器形式的起重离合器以及接纳在头部的眼内的弓形锁定螺栓配合,但应当理解,头部可具有不同的详细设计以与其它类型的起重装置一起使用。腿部6沿其内边缘成型有锯齿轮廓,以便锁定在周围的混凝土中,但应当理解,腿部可具有用于实现该目的的任何其它形式的轮廓,并且锚固部分可以甚至具有不使用平行腿部的形式。
在其中腿部6沿其内边缘成型有锯齿轮廓的所示实施例中,优选的是详细的轮廓如专利申请2006201337中所描述的那样,该申请的公开内容以引用方式并入本文中。如在该申请中所公开的,型面由具有锯齿状形状的一系列形成物形成,该形成物的前表面表示面朝锚具的头部的锁定部分。该前表面朝头部倾斜,使得在将拉伸荷载施加到头部时,形成物将导致以增加的荷载将腿部更紧密地锁定在混凝土中,并且在承受荷载时作用于形成物上的力的影响之下不会侧向向外偏转。在实践中,锯齿状形成物的前缘的倾斜将施加侧向向内力到两个腿部中的每一个,从而使两个腿部之间的混凝土将承受压缩荷载。
显示为带有平行腿部的一般类型或不带平行腿部的其它形式的锚具通过本领域的技术人员充分理解的切削和/或挤压技术而由厚金属板形成。锚具在其浇注构型中在板中取向为上边缘基本上平行于板的上表面。在所示实施例中,锚具的头部4相对于锚固部分向内成阶梯状,阶梯在附图中标以4a。剪力杆(未示出)邻近阶梯4a接合头部4的上边缘。
所示一般类型的锚具通过本领域的技术人员充分理解的切削和/或挤压技术而由厚金属板形成。锚具在其浇注构型中在板中取向为上边缘基本上平行于板的上表面。在所示实施例中,锚具的头部4相对于锚固部分向内成阶梯状,阶梯在附图中标以4a。剪力杆(未示出)邻近阶梯4a接合头部4的上边缘。
头部4承载金属卡箍10,金属卡箍10与锚具单独地形成并且在锚具制造之后施加到头部。卡箍10包括孔12,孔12在头部4的眼以里并且因此在锚具的提升构型中在眼下方。孔12设计成接纳具有矩形横截面的金属拉杆14。应当指出,拉杆的倾斜或分叉的腿部14a中的每一个的内表面形成有锯齿型面,该型面类似于锚具的腿部6的型面,并且被构造成以基本上相同的方式操作。特别地且参照图5,带锯齿的形成物中的每一个具有朝拉杆14的头部倾斜的前缘16,其中杆延伸通过孔12,使得当在板升起时将张力施加到杆时,带锯齿的形成物将更牢固地锁定在混凝土中。由于这些形成物导致的腿部14a和混凝土之间的内部作用产生侧向向内的力,从而使在两个腿部之间的区域中的混凝土经受压缩荷载。由于这种压缩荷载,在杆的腿部和混凝土之间实现了强锚固。这提供了显著的优点。对于所需承载能力来说,杆可以比常规拉杆更小且更轻。此外,虽然常规拉杆使板能够在其固化到满强度之前被提升,优选实施例的拉杆借助于压缩荷载而使板能够在较低的部分固化强度下被提升;因此板能在浇注之后更早地提升,从而为现场外和现场浇注两者提供提高的效率。
将用于拉杆的孔并入卡箍10使无卡箍的基本形式锚具能够通过在制造之后施加卡箍而转化成具有增加的提升能力的锚具,并且因此相同的锚具能用于存在或不存在卡箍的一系列不同的荷载应用。在这一点上应当理解,卡箍还使不有利于用于拉杆的孔的存在的基本设计的提升锚具能够承载拉杆。此外,卡箍的长度和因此孔的定位能改变,以允许拉杆的定位在锚具的长度方向上变化。
在如图6所示的变型中,拉杆14的头部不在物理上接合锚具的头部4,而是位于该头部的内侧。由于作为腿部的带锯齿型面的结果而在锚具的两个腿部6之间施加到混凝土的压缩荷载,拉杆14将通过在压缩之下保持的混凝土而与锚具有效地互锁。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于混凝土板用边缘提升锚具的拉杆,所述拉杆被成形为提供中部和腿部,所述中部毗邻所述锚具的头部,所述腿部从所述中部的每一端延伸,每个腿部的内侧被成型为锁定在周围混凝土中,型面由一系列纵向间隔的形成物形成,所述形成物中的每一个一般为锯齿形,每个形成物的前缘面朝所述头部,使得在将拉伸荷载施加到所述拉杆时,所述腿部将利用在所述两个腿部之间的区域中施加到所述混凝土的大体压缩的荷载锁定在所述混凝土内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉杆,其中,所述拉杆具有矩形横截面。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的拉杆,其中,所述腿部从所述中部分叉。
4.包括用来联接到提升装置的头部和从所述头部延伸的锚固部分的边缘提升锚具和根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的拉杆的组合,所述杆的所述中部可与所述锚具接合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合,其中,卡箍被施加到所述锚具的所述头部,卡箍包括用于接纳所述剪力杆的所述中部的孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合,其中,所述锚具的所述锚固部分包括基本上平行的腿部和在所述卡箍中用于接纳在所述腿部之间的所述拉杆的所述中部的孔。
