Abstract

本发明公开了一种黄曲条跳甲引诱剂。它按总质量分数100%计,由以下成份组成,异硫氰酸烯丙酯30%-40%,顺-3-已烯醇39%-54%,香茅油10%-15%,菜籽油5%和2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚1%。本发明根据昆虫的嗅觉识别机制,研制开发出一种黄曲条跳甲新型引诱剂,其对黄曲条跳甲雌雄成虫均具有较好的诱集作用。本发明的黄曲条跳甲引诱剂其成分均为天然有机成分,且在使用中也不直接接触昆虫和作物,因此不会使昆虫产生抗药性,对人畜安全,也不污染环境,不伤害天敌。并且本发明的黄曲条跳甲引诱剂低毒无害、易降解、使用简便、易于产业化,当其与诱虫黄板结合使用,既能应用于害虫测报又能直接进行诱杀防治,可用于蔬菜害虫的无公害防治。

一种黄曲条跳甲引诱剂
技术领域:
本发明属于害虫防治领域,具体涉及一种黄曲条跳甲引诱剂。 
背景技术:
黄曲条跳甲(Phyllo treta striolata(Fabricius))属鞘翅目叶甲科,是为害十字花科蔬菜的一种世界性害虫。主要危害萝卜、白菜、芥菜、菜心、芥蓝等十字花科蔬菜,在成虫和幼虫两个虫态均可对蔬菜植株进行直接危害。该虫在华南地区全年发生,世代重叠。这些地区十字花科蔬菜常年种植,且栽培面积逐年扩大,为黄曲条跳甲的连续发生提供了丰富的食物来源,同时也给该虫的连续大量发生创造了良好的环境条件。目前对黄曲条跳甲还没有特别有效的防治方法,喷施杀虫剂仍然是生产上主要的防治技术手段。 
面对黄曲条跳甲为害严重且难以控制的现状,许多研究者从生物学、生态学和防治等方面进行大量的研究。这些研究为黄曲条跳甲的控制提供了丰富的理论与实践资料,为有效控制其为害、压低种群密度起到重要作用,但还未能建立起一种长期有效的防治体系,达到对黄曲条跳甲的持续有效的控制。黄曲条跳甲的防治长期依赖化学药剂的局面一直延续至今。而喷施化学农药带来的食品安全、环境和生态污染等一系列问题,迫使人们来寻求其他的新型、安全、有效的防治措施来实现对该虫的生态控制。而信息素引诱剂技术无疑是一个理想的选择,信息素技术可用于害虫测报和防治,是害虫生态控制技术的一种有效手段,也是害虫综合治理的重要组成部分,在安全农产品生产和农业重要虫害防灾减灾中尤为重要。与天敌昆虫、微生物制剂和植物源杀虫剂一起正逐步成为害虫综合治理的重要组成部分。而且,该技术具有选择性强、经济有效、不污染环境、保护天敌、对环境和食品安全无抗性问题以 及与其它防治技术的可兼容性等优点,必将成为害虫生态控制技术体系中重要组成部分。 
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种引诱效果好、不会使黄曲条跳甲产生抗药性,对人畜安全,也不污染环境,不伤害天敌、低毒无害、易降解、使用简便,环保的黄曲条跳甲引诱剂。 
本发明的黄曲条跳甲引诱剂,其特征在于,按总质量分数100%计,由以下成份组成,异硫氰酸烯丙酯(allyl isothiocyanate)30%-40%,顺-3-己烯醇((Z)-3-hexen-1-ol)39%-54%,香茅油10%-15%,菜籽油5%和抗氧化剂BHT(2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚)1%。 
所述的黄曲条跳甲引诱剂,优选按总质量分数100%计,由以下成份组成,异硫氰酸烯丙酯(allyl isothiocyanate)40%,顺-3-己烯醇((Z)-3-hexen-1-ol)39%,香茅油15%,菜籽油5%和BHT(2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚)1%。 
本发明的黄曲条跳甲引诱剂的配制方法为:按上述质量分数,称量上述各原料,然后混合均匀即得到本发明的黄曲条跳甲引诱剂。 
本发明的菜籽油在黄曲条跳甲引诱剂中起缓释剂作用。 
本发明的BHT(2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚)是抗氧化剂。 
本发明根据昆虫的嗅觉识别机制,研制开发出一种黄曲条跳甲新型引诱剂,其对黄曲条跳甲雌雄成虫均具有较好的诱集作用。本发明的黄曲条跳甲引诱剂其成分均为天然有机成分,且在使用中也不直接接触昆虫和作物,因此不会使昆虫产生抗药性,对人畜安全,也不污染环境,不伤害天敌。并且本发明的黄曲条跳甲引诱剂低毒无害、易降解、使用简便、易于产业化,当其与诱虫黄板结合使用,既能应用于害虫测报又能直接进行诱杀防治,可用于蔬菜害虫的无公害防治。 
具体实施方式:
以下实施例是对本发明的进一步说明,而不是对本发明的限制。 
实施例1: 
按照表1所述的A、B、C、D、E和F六个实验样品中各个组份配比称量各组份,然后分别混合均匀而得到A、B、C、D、E和F六个实验样品。

实验所用的诱芯是一种缓释型聚乙烯塑料离心管。首先将上述A、B、C、D、E和F六个样品按照表1中所述的配比和用量,将实验样品定量加入离心管中,封盖后混匀制成诱芯,冰箱低温保存备用。 
诱捕器采用黄色粘胶型诱捕器。 
田间诱捕试验在菜心田进行。所有的田间试验均在黄曲条跳甲成虫发生的高峰期进行。含有实验样品的诱芯放置于黄色粘胶型诱捕器上部2-3cm。每个处理在田间设置3个重复,诱捕器诱盆在田间随机放置,且每诱捕器相距约10-15m。对于每种不同的处理每隔3天调查一次,更换粘胶板,统计诱虫数,同时更换诱捕器位置减小位置对诱虫效果的影响。每块试 验田与其它蔬菜田距离至少50m。 
通过实验统计数据,其结果如表2所示:

如表2所示,田间试验表明,本发明的黄曲条跳甲引诱剂(B、C和D的实验样品)与黄板结合后,均显著提高了诱集黄曲条跳甲成虫的数量,与单独使用黄板相比增加了58.4%-82.2%的害虫诱捕数量。其中,C、D两种不同配方信息素诱剂之间对黄板诱捕的增效作用经方差分析未达到显著差异。实验样品A组诱集虫量为84.3±10.0头/板,与F组单独使用黄板诱虫数量71.3±4.5头/板相比,有一定的诱集增效作用,而E组和F组单独使用黄板相比,诱虫效果相近,由此说明菜籽油不具有明显的诱虫作用。同时,B、C和D三组引诱效果相比于A、E和F组,诱捕害虫数量有显著的提高,由此说明本发明的科学组方对黄板诱集跳甲成虫具有明显的增效作用。 
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种黄曲条跳甲引诱剂,其特征在于,按总质量分数100%计,由以下成份组成,异硫氰酸烯丙酯30%-40%,顺-3-己烯醇39%-54%,香茅油10%-15%,菜籽油5%和2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚1%。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的黄曲条跳甲引诱剂,其特征在于,所述的黄曲条跳甲引诱剂,按总质量分数100%计,由以下成份组成,异硫氰酸烯丙酯40%,顺-3-己烯醇39%,香茅油15%,菜籽油5%和2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚1%。
