Abstract

由热塑性材料制成的燃料箱
技术领域
本发明涉及由热塑性材料制成的燃料箱,其包括结合在其中的至少一个挡板元件。
背景技术
在用于机动车辆的燃料箱中,用于防止由燃料来回晃荡(这是由机动车辆的驾驶动态所导致的)所产生的喷溅噪音和/或拍溅噪音的措施逐渐变得重要,即,特别地,由于现代的客运车辆因改进的发动机封装件和改进的内燃机而变得更安静。特别地,在混合动力车(其中机动车辆的内燃机在长的驾驶循环中都没有运转)中,背景噪音特别地出现在机动车辆中。由于交替转弯或在车辆加速、减速时,根据燃料箱的填充状态和燃料箱的几何形状,较大体积的燃料由于燃料箱内的燃料的惯性而来回移动。抵靠燃料箱的固定构件或者(甚至是)燃料箱的周围壁的冲击有时意味着令人讨厌的噪音的来源。
为了防止这种情况,将环形的或者(甚至是)迷宫式的挡板构件结合在燃料箱中是已知的。所述挡板构件大体设置成它们偏转或放慢燃料箱中的燃料流,以使噪音最小化。
例如,所谓的挡环已被证明是特别有利的,所述挡环构造成在相对的箱壁之间延伸的闭合轮廓部分,以便所述挡环以其体积形成在燃料箱的周围壁之间的流道,这产生基本被引导的燃料流,从而燃料在大体横向(相对于移动方向)地延伸的障碍物上飞溅的正面冲击尽可能少地发生。在生产燃料箱的过程中,这种挡环已经一体地形成在其中是可能的,例如通过吹塑或通过引入由热塑性材料制成的打开的半壳体,半壳体连接在一起以便形成封闭的燃料箱。还已知的是,通过检查口设置这种挡板环,检查口设置在燃料箱中以用于在燃料箱中回顾地接收运输模块,即,在其制造之后、制造过程中或实施改进措施的过程中。在大的相对的箱壁之间大体延伸的挡板元件可(例如通过使用弹性恢复运动)被夹紧或支撑、抵靠箱壁。这种挡板元件在燃料箱中的锚固通常由于其几何形状起次要作用。
还已知的是,在燃料箱的挤出吹塑的过程中,初始地,以将船放入瓶中的方式将挡板结构引入管状物,该管状物在生产过程中已经被挤出,并且将所述挡板结构设置和锚固在产品(在工具中被加宽)中。
已知的挡板构件通常或多或少地是流体技术中有效的相关结构,该结构延伸经过高度的大部分、甚至经过相关的燃料箱的宽度的大部分。所述挡板构件的作用是增加重量,并且作为整体增加燃料箱的刚性(其是意外情况下的缺点)。
因此,希望在燃料箱的任意位置以定向的且廉价的方式使用挡板元件,以便燃料箱中的特定流体条件和燃料箱的几何形状被重视。
US2860809公开了用于与容纳流体的箱连接的挡板,该箱包括:在其上具有扁平表面的流体偏转件,该流体偏转件横向地设置在所述箱内且利用大体垂直于所述箱的内部的所述扁平表面与箱的内表面间隔开;和弹性元件以及在所述弹性元件上刚性地附连至所述扁平表面的凸缘。挡板还包括在所述弹性元件上的第二凸缘和用于刚性地将所述第二凸缘附连至所述箱的内表面的装置。US2860809公开了提供一种挡板,该挡板在箱内有弹性,以便其能直接地抵抗流体的重力且不将张力传递至箱的侧面。根据US2860809的挡板在燃料箱的高度和宽度的主要部分上延伸,以便在挡板被刚性地连接至燃料箱的情况下,燃料的拍溅可能将巨大的弯曲力引入箱的壁。
US6220287公开了设计为刚性管的燃料箱,该刚性管由中空的挤出成型铝或碳纤维环氧复合材料(graphite composite epoxy)制成。多个挡板在不同的周向位置可操作地附连在燃料箱的内壁上,以减小拍溅。挡板包括附连部分和弯曲的波纹状部分,弯曲的波纹状部分在挡板体处连接附连部分,以便挡板体被允许响应于箱内的流体的运动相对于所述附连部分发生弯曲。
US2678660公开了适于容纳流体内容物的箱,该箱具有分隔壁,从而将箱的内部分为在壁的两侧上的两个室。侧壁设置有:贯穿其的一对相邻端口,从而允许流体内容物从一个室自由地流向另一个室;和一种止回阀,从而防止流体内容物从一个室经过所述端口向另一个室涌动。
WO2010/023267公开了塑料燃料箱,其包括降噪挡板,降噪挡板安装在燃料箱的干扰部分之间,以用于防止燃料箱的变形。干扰部分分别从燃料箱的上侧和下表面向内伸入燃料箱。这些干扰部分中的一个是固定装置的一部分(其将挡板固定至燃料箱壁)。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种热塑性材料的燃料箱,其具有设置在其中挡板构件,挡板构件在制造燃料箱的过程中容易安装并且被设计成它们能以在燃料箱内的理想布置和在燃料箱中的任何位置以定向的且廉价的方式被设置,以便燃料箱中的特定流体条件和燃料箱的几何形状被重视。这些和其他优点借助根据所附的权利要求的燃料箱而被实现。
根据本发明的燃料箱的挡板元件的壁部分在燃料箱的高度和宽度的只一部分上延伸。为此,通过材料连接和/或刚性连接借助固定支脚将所述壁部分连接至燃料箱。
特别地,挡板元件用于在根据本发明的燃料箱内用作“流体制动件”,其在燃料箱内的柔性夹紧部分以消耗能量的方式起作用。燃料喷溅在燃料箱内的能量被转化为挡板元件的壁部分的变形能量,挡板元件能在一端或在两端或大体在中间被夹紧。挡板元件的壁部分可构造为是封闭式的,但也可具有通孔。相关的壁部分有利地构造为柔性的翼部(该翼部在其被夹紧位置的区域中锚固至箱壁),以便喷溅的燃料的能量可转化为变形能量。
固定支脚的通孔可被箱壁的材料穿过,穿过通孔的材料形成保持固定支脚的铆钉头。固定支脚和设置在其中的通孔可配置成:在其模制期间当将挡板元件引入燃料箱时,塑料化的箱壁穿过通孔,和/或当固定支脚定位在温塑性箱壁上时,箱壁的材料被驱动穿过通孔,因此形成“在原位”的铆钉头。铆钉头可通过通孔的相应地有利的截面形状而形成。但是,所述铆钉头也可能在将挡板元件引入燃料箱已经通过工具被形成。
例如,如果燃料箱已经通过挤出吹塑平面的、板状预成型件(其在吹塑工具中已经被模制)在多部件工具中通过以下步骤形成,那么这是特别容易实现的,在第一方法步骤中形成壳状半成品,在第二方法步骤中挡板构件被设置在工具中的仍热的塑料壳体中,并且在第三方法步骤中壳体设置有***件,***件被连接在一起和被熔接在一起,以形成基本闭合的燃料箱。
在根据本发明的燃料箱的替代性的变型中,通孔设置成被具有整体地形成的铆钉头的铆紧销穿过,铆紧销被熔接至箱壁。为此,例如,可设置成:将由热塑性材料支撑的铆紧销(其与燃料箱壁在可熔接性方面是能相容的)引入固定支脚的通孔内,并将其熔接至箱壁(箱壁处于仍暖的塑料状态中)。这可通过使用箱壁的熔融热量也可通过引入额外的熔接能量来进行。
根据本发明的燃料箱的其他替代性实施例中,设置成:通孔被其中的另外的容积材料挤出件(其组分大体对应于箱壁的组分)穿过,因而能与箱壁相容以进行熔接。优选地,固定支脚设置有具有多个通孔的基部。
在根据本发明的燃料箱中,挡板元件的壁部分被构造为可弹性变形的翼部,该翼部在其保持区域中被夹紧,以便在该区域中,变形受到限制。
特别优选地,在燃料箱的安装位置中,挡板元件的壁部分与行进方向大体成横向地延伸并允许发生由燃料的喷溅运动所导致的沿行进方向或与行进方向相反的变形。
根据本发明,挡板元件例如可配置为两个部分,挡板元件的壁部分***锁至固定支脚。
如果在燃料箱内多个挡板元件被设置成,例如,所述挡板元件可以合适的布置被固定至箱壁、设置成相对于彼此偏置的若干排,那么这是有利的。
如上面已经描述的,一个或多个挡板元件可设置成它们只在燃料箱容积的内部高度的一部分和只在燃料箱容积的内部宽度的一部分上延伸。
挡板元件的固定支脚和壁部分由热塑性材料构成,固定支脚的材料具有比所述壁部分的材料更大的弯曲刚性。
固定支脚和壁部分可由HDPE构成,例如,它们可被熔接至基于HDPE的箱壁。但是,在本发明的范围内,支脚元件特别地可配置成由具有较大弯曲刚性的不同的塑料材料或(甚至是)金属构成。

具体实施方式
图1中示出的燃料箱1包括用于操作燃料箱的传统的功能构件,例如填充状态传感器、除气阀和排气阀、具有燃油泵的输送单元等。而且,所述燃料箱包括过滤管道和其他燃料箱接口,这些部件出于简化的原因未被示出。在燃料箱1中,设置了采取挡板元件2的形式的挡板构件,这些挡板构件借助材料和/或刚性连接部件被连接至处于安装位置的下部箱壁3。在本发明的范围内,挡板元件2也可连接至处于安装位置的上部箱壁。
例如,挡板元件2在燃料箱1内设置成相对于彼此偏置的若干排,如图2中所示的。所述挡板元件在模制燃料箱的过程中和/或紧接其后就已经被引入燃料箱。其位置和设置都自由选择,而不管燃料箱1中的任何检查口。
通过挤出吹塑板状或片状预成型件(这些预成型件是通过切断挤出成型的管或通过将热塑性材料挤出、经过平缝口模而已经获得的)来进行根据本发明的燃料箱1的生产。挤出件和如此的多层燃料箱1的箱壁3同样由基于HDPE的六层共挤出物(其具有至少一个阻隔碳氢化合物的层)构成。
板状或片状预成型件在三部件模具中被模制,三部件模具包括两个外模,在任何情况下都包括腔和中心工具,以形成塑料中空体。在这种情况下,初始地,板状预成型件移动进入多部件的、打开工具,即,处于外模具与设置在其间的中心模具和/或设置在其间的中心工具之间。外模具在任何情况下都限定(describe)产品的一部分轮廓并一起形成闭合的模具型腔。初始地,外模闭合、抵靠中心工具同时***预成型件,然后通过施加压差,预成型件被设置成抵靠吹塑工具的腔。借助中心工具(其例如可包括构件承载部件和其他装置),***部件例如前述的挡板元件2被固定至在腔内模制的箱壁,即,优选地通过利用箱壁的仍热熔的材料和/或熔化热量。
特别地,这种生产方法的优点在于与根据本发明的挡板元件2相结合。该生产方法允许挡板元件2以任何合适的布置被固定至至少一个箱壁,如在下面更详细地描述的。
此时,应该提到挡板元件2自然也被设置在相对的箱壁3上,以便所述挡板元件从顶部和从底部交替地伸入燃料箱的容积。
每个挡板元件2包括大体柔性的部分4和固定支脚5,它们可都由热塑性材料构成,例如HDPE。
在示出的示例性实施例中,固定支脚5大体在中间***锁至壁部分4,以便所述壁部分在安装位置形成挡板元件的中心夹紧部分。固定支脚5优选由热塑性材料构成,其具有比壁部分4大的弯曲刚性,壁部分4形成柔性的板状件,如将在下面更详细地描述的。固定支脚5的较大的弯曲刚性可借助材料的类型或借助材料的厚度实现。
固定支脚5具有设置有通孔7的基部6。这些通孔7中的一些配置为漏斗形的孔7a,而其他通孔配置为矩形的孔口7b。
例如能从图8和9看到的,在将挡板元件2引入燃料箱1的过程中固定支脚5的基部6借助压力被施加至于箱壁3的仍热熔的材料上,以便箱壁3的内层8被驱动穿过通孔7a、7b,且至少在孔7a的区域中以铆钉头形式经受扩展。使孔7a从后面被接合的这种材料的增大在生产过程中可借助孔7a的轮廓被促进或借助工具而产生,类似于形成传统的铆钉连接。如此形成的铆钉部分的材料是完全从箱壁3的内层8被驱动经过的。如上面已经描述的,除了这种在原处的铆接,也可借助由热塑性材料制成的预制铆钉来提供铆接。
特别地,如从结合图7的图3和4获得的,挡板元件2构造为两个部分,柔性的壁部分4借助插锁连接件10***锁和/或夹到固定支脚5的大体垂直于基部6延伸的支撑表面11。在已安装的位置,固定支脚5形成柔性壁部分4的中心夹紧部分,因此,其自由端部12能借助喷溅的燃料的运动而相对于固定地设置的固定支脚5被偏转,如借助图2中的箭头所表示的。挡板构件5也可自然地被整体地构造/一体地构造。
“柔性”在本发明中的含义被理解为挡板元件2的壁部分4的长度和壁厚和性质,挡板元件2的尺寸被设置成使壁部分4的自由端可借助喷溅的燃料的能量被偏转,从而燃料的喷溅移动被转化为壁部分4的偏转能量。

Claims (8)

1.一种燃料箱(1),其包括设置在其中的采取至少一个挡板元件(2)的形式的挡板构件,所述至少一个挡板元件包括:至少一个壁部分(4),其在大体中间和/或在端部处被至少保持成壁部分能相对于燃料箱进行由燃料的喷溅运动所引起的相对运动;至少一个固定支脚(5),其被设置以用于进行保持;基部(6),其设置有至少一个通孔,借助所述至少一个通孔,所述固定支脚(5)被铆接和/或熔接至箱壁(3),其特征在于,所述燃料箱由热塑性材料制成,并且,所述挡板元件(2)的所述壁部分(4)被构成为可弹性变形的翼部,所述翼部在其保持区域中被夹紧,以便在所述保持区域中,变形受到限制,并且所述挡板元件(2)被构造为只在燃料箱容积的内部高度的一部分上和只在内部宽度的一部分上延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述通孔(7)被所述箱壁(3)的材料穿过,所述材料穿过所述通孔(7),从而形成保持所述固定支脚(5)的铆钉头。
3.根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述通孔(7)被具有整体形成的铆钉头的铆紧销穿过,所述铆紧销被熔接至所述箱壁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述通孔(7)被在其中挤出的另外的熔接材料穿过,所述熔接材料的组分大体对应于所述箱壁(3)的组分。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,在所述燃料箱的安装位置,所述挡板元件(2)的所述壁部分(4)大体与行进方向成横向地延伸并允许发生由燃料的喷溅运动所导致的沿行进方向或与行进方向相反的变形。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述挡板元件(2)的所述壁部分(4)***锁至所述固定支脚(5)。
7.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,多个挡板元件(2)被设置成多个排并且相对于彼此偏置。
8.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述挡板元件(2)的所述固定支脚(5)和所述壁部分由热塑性材料构成,所述固定支脚(5)的材料具有比所述壁部分(4)的材料更大的弯曲刚性。
