Abstract

一种支撑装置,用于支撑一电子装置的机箱,该机箱的底壁设有一插孔,该支撑装置包括一支撑架、一操作件、一连接件、一具有一定位部的插杆、一滑块和一第一弹性件,该连接件的顶部可滑动地安装于该机箱的底壁,该连接件的底部固定于该支撑架,该操作件可滑动安装于该连接件,该第一弹性件套设于该插杆,该插杆可滑动地穿设于该连接件和操作件,该第一弹性件使该插杆的第一端伸入该机箱的插孔以将该机箱固定于该连接件,该插杆的第二端固定于该滑块,滑动该操作件,该操作件推动该滑块,使该滑块带动该插杆向下移动并使该第一弹性件发生变形进而使该插杆的第一端退出该机箱的插孔。该支撑装置和机箱的拆装无需借助螺丝和工具,十分方便。

本发明涉及一种支撑装置。
背景技术
电子装置(如电脑)的机箱的底部有时会安装一支撑装置以达到保护和装饰的效果,现有支撑装置和电子装置安装和分离时通常需要借助螺丝和工具,如此较为不便。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种方便与电子装置固定和分离的支撑装置。
一种支撑装置,用于支撑一电子装置的机箱,该机箱的底壁设有一插孔,该支撑装置包括一支撑架、一具有一第一斜面的操作件、一连接件、一具有一定位部的插杆、一具有一第二斜面的滑块和一第一弹性件,该连接件的顶部可滑动地安装于该机箱的底壁,该连接件的底部固定于该支撑架,该操作件可滑动安装于该连接件,该第一弹性件套设于该插杆且位于该定位部和操作件之间,该插杆可滑动地穿设于该连接件和操作件,该第一弹性件使该插杆的第一端伸入该机箱的插孔以将该机箱固定于该连接件,该插杆的第二端固定于该滑块,滑动该操作件,该操作件的第一斜面推动该滑块的第二斜面,使该滑块带动该插杆向下移动并使该第一弹性件发生变形进而使该插杆的第一端退出该机箱的插孔。
本发明支撑装置的插杆的第一端***该机箱的插孔可使机箱固定于该支撑装置,滑动该操作件可使第一斜面推动该滑块的第二斜面使该插杆向下移动退出该机箱的插孔,即可使该机箱与支撑装置分离,而无需借助螺丝和工具拆装支撑装置和机箱,十分方便。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图3,本发明支撑装置用于支撑一电子装置的机箱10。该支撑装置20包括一支撑架30、一操作件40、一连接件50、一插杆60、一滑块80、一第一弹性件和一第二弹性件,在本实施例中,该第一弹性件和第二弹性件分别为一弹簧120和一弹簧110。
请一并参照图7,该机箱10包括一底壁11,该底壁11设有一凹槽12。该凹槽12的顶面121设有一第一滑槽14,该第一滑槽14包括一顶面和两相对的侧面16,该两侧面16的下部靠近第一端的部分相向地分别延伸一卡挡部162。每一侧面16于对应的卡挡部162的上方设有一突起164。该第一滑槽14的顶面靠近第一端处设有一插孔18。
该支撑架30呈十字形,包括位于中部的一固定部31及由该固定部31的周缘向外延伸的四延伸臂33。该固定部31的顶面的中部设有一贯穿至该固定部31一端的开槽32。该开槽32的底壁34间隔地设有一凸柱342和一穿孔344,该凸柱342设有一通孔346。
请参阅图4和图5,该操作件40包括一长条形的板体42、一自该板体42的第一端延伸出的操作部44和自该板体42的第二端(与第一端相对)间隔地延伸出的两侧板46。该板体42于靠近该操作部44处设有一贯穿其上下两侧的长形的穿孔47。该板体42的底部于靠近该两侧板46处设有一第二滑槽48。该第二滑槽48包括一顶面482。该第二滑槽48于远离该两侧板46的一端设有一连接该顶面482和该板体42的底部的一第一斜面484。该第一斜面484设有一两端分别连通至该第二滑槽48的顶面482的中部和该板体42的底部的长形穿孔486。
该连接件50包括一倾斜的主体部54、一水平地连接于该主体部54的盖板51、一自该盖板51的顶部向上延伸而成的T形的滑动部52和一连接于该主体部54的底部的安装部56。该滑动部52的两侧分别分别设有一卡槽523。该安装部56包括一基壁57和分别自该基壁57的两侧向下延伸而成的两侧壁58。该基壁57间隔地设有一向下延伸的凸柱572和一贯穿至该连接件50的滑动部52的上侧的阶梯孔574。该阶梯孔574内形成一面向下方的台阶面575。该基壁57于一端垂直向下延伸出一挡板576。该两侧壁58远离该挡板576的一端相向地分别延伸出一定位片582。该挡板576和该两侧壁58间分别形成一缺口59。该凸柱572设有一螺孔578。
该插杆60呈圆柱体形,其中部于相对的两侧分别凸设一挡片62,该两挡片62组成一定位部。
该滑块80包括一第二斜面82。该滑块80的中部设有一固定孔84。
请参阅图2、图3和图6,组装时,首先将弹簧120套设于该插杆60的第一端,将该插杆60的第二端自该连接件50的基壁57***该阶梯孔574,使该弹簧120与该插杆60的大部分都收容于该阶梯孔574内,该插杆60的两挡片62位于该台阶面575的下方。将该操作件40置于该连接件50的安装部56的基壁57的下方,使该板体42收容于该安装部56的两侧壁58之间。此时,该板体42的第一端紧贴该安装部56的两定位片582的内侧,该操作部44位于该两定位片582的外侧。该安装部56的凸柱572收容于于该操作件40的板体42的穿孔47内。该插杆60的第一端穿过该操作件40的长形穿孔486位于该第二滑槽48的顶面482的部分而***并固定于该滑块80的固定孔84内。此时,该弹簧120的两端分别抵顶于该操作件40的板体42顶面与该插杆60的两挡片62。在该弹簧120的弹力作用下,该插杆60的顶部露出该连接件50的滑动部52的顶部,该滑块80的顶部紧贴该操作件40的第二滑槽48的顶面482。该滑块80的第二斜面82紧贴该操作件40的第二滑槽48的第一斜面484。将该弹簧110的两端分别抵接该操作件40的板体42的第二端和该挡板576的内侧。此时,该两侧板46分别位于该弹簧110两侧,以防止该弹簧110偏移。将该连接件50的安装部56置于该支撑架30的固定部31的开槽32内,使该连接件50的安装部56的凸柱572紧贴该开槽32的凸柱342且该螺孔578正对该通孔346。此时,该滑块80位于该支撑架30的穿孔344的上方。将一螺丝90穿过该支撑架30的通孔346而锁入该连接件50的螺孔578,从而将该支撑架30与该连接件50固定在一起。
将该支撑装置20安装于该机箱10时,将该连接件50的滑动部52卡入该第一滑槽14远离第一端的部分,该滑动部52的顶部紧贴该第一滑槽14的顶面,该连接件50的盖板51紧贴该凹槽12的顶面121。该插杆60抵顶该第一滑槽14的顶面而向下移动直至其顶端与该滑动部52的上侧齐平。该弹簧120被压缩,与该插杆60的底部相固定的滑块80向下移动进入该支撑架30的开槽32的穿孔344。将该连接件50的滑动部52朝向该第一滑槽14的第一端的方向滑动直至该插杆60正对该第一滑槽14的插孔18时,该弹簧120弹性恢复,推动该插杆60的两挡片62,使该插杆60向上移动,该插杆60的顶部***该插孔18中,该滑块80向上移动回到原位。此时,该滑动部52卡置于该第一滑槽14的两卡挡部162的顶部,该两突起164分别卡置于该两卡槽523中,从而使该支撑装置20固定于该机箱10。
请参阅图7,分离该机箱10和支撑装置20时,按压该操作件40的操作部44,使该操作件40朝向该连接件50的挡板576的方向移动,该弹簧110被压缩,该操作件40的两侧板46分别卡入该连接件50的安装部56的两缺口59。该操作件40的第一斜面484推动该滑块80的第二斜面82,使该滑块80带动该插杆60沿着第一斜面484向下移动,该弹簧120被压缩。当该插杆60向下移动至离开该插孔18时,将该连接件50的滑动部52向远离该第一滑槽14的第一端的方向滑动,该两突起164分别脱离该两卡槽523。松开该操作部44,当该滑动部52与该第一滑槽14的两卡挡部162分离时,即可取出该支撑装置20。该操作件40在该弹簧110的恢复力作用下回位。该插杆60在该弹簧120的推力作用下向上移动至原位置,从而使该滑块80回位。
在其它实施方式中,可不设置该盖板51与该凹槽12,该第一滑槽14直接设置于该机箱10的底壁11。

Claims (3)

1.一种支撑装置,用于支撑一电子装置的机箱,该机箱的底壁设有一插孔,该支撑装置包括一支撑架、一具有一第一斜面的操作件、一连接件、一具有一定位部的插杆、一具有一第二斜面的滑块和一第一弹性件,该连接件的顶部可滑动地安装于该机箱的底壁,该连接件的底部固定于该支撑架,该操作件可滑动安装于该连接件,该第一弹性件套设于该插杆且位于该定位部和操作件之间,该插杆可滑动地穿设于该连接件和操作件,该第一弹性件使该插杆的第一端伸入该机箱的插孔以将该机箱固定于该连接件,该插杆的第二端固定于该滑块,滑动该操作件,该操作件的第一斜面推动该滑块的第二斜面,使该滑块带动该插杆向下移动并使该第一弹性件发生变形进而使该插杆的第一端退出该机箱的插孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的支撑装置,其特征在于:该机箱的底壁设有一第一滑槽,该第一滑槽包括一顶面和两侧面,该两侧面靠近该第一滑槽的第一端处相向地分别延伸出一卡挡部,该连接件的顶部可滑入该两侧面延伸形成的两卡挡部与该顶面之间,该插孔设置于该第一滑槽的顶面。
3.如权利要求2所述的支撑装置,其特征在于:该连接件包括一主体部、一自该主体部的顶部向上延伸而成的可在该机箱的第一滑槽内滑动的滑动部和一连接于该主体部的底部的安装部,该支撑架包括一固定部,该固定部的顶面设有一贯穿至其一端的开槽,该安装部固定于该开槽内。
