本发明公开了一种污水处理装置，包括机体，机体内底部设有空气管，空气管上方设有试剂槽，所述机体内中部设有微孔挡板，机体侧壁底部设有入水口，侧壁上方设有出水口。本发明结构简单，设计科学，将空气管设置在试剂槽下方，可以有效地利用空气的推力将试剂与污水进行充分混合；另外，微孔挡板也能够将大分子的杂质挡住，保证了出水的质量。

本发明属于环保领域，具体涉及一种污水处理装置。
背景技术
目前，随着工业生产自动化的提高，污水废水的待处理量呈几何数级的增长，许多企业不得不引入环保设备来进行废水处理。在处理污水时，往往需要加入化学试剂进行中和，但是，由于装置内的污水对试剂槽喷出的试剂存在阻力，试剂只能停留在局部位置，很难和整个装置内的污水充分中和。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种污水处理装置。
技术方案：为了达到上述发明目的，本发明具体是这样来完成的：一种污水处理装置，包括机体，机体内底部设有空气管，空气管上方设有试剂槽，所述机体内中部设有微孔挡板，机体侧壁底部设有入水口，侧壁上方设有出水口。
其中，所述试剂槽3上设有一组喷头4。
其中，所述机体侧壁底部设有排水口8。
有益效果：本发明结构简单，设计科学，将空气管设置在试剂槽下方，可以有效地利用空气的推力将试剂与污水进行充分混合；另外，微孔挡板也能够将大分子的杂质挡住，保证了出水的质量。

具体实施方式
如图所示，本发明公开的一种污水处理装置，包括机体1，机体1内底部设有空气管2，空气管2上方设有试剂槽3，所述机体1内中部设有微孔挡板5，机体侧壁底部设有入水口6，侧壁上方设有出水口7；所述试剂槽3上设有一组喷头4；所述机体侧壁底部设有排水口8。
具体工作时，污水由入水口6导入，试剂则从喷头4射出，在空气管2空气的推动下，试剂与污水充分接触中和，而挡板5则将大分子杂质裆下，使污水排出的质量更高；在反冲洗时，清水由出水口7导入，同时关闭入水口6并打开排水口8，利用清水的重力将挡板5下侧及机体1内部的杂质带走，最终通过排水口8排出。

1.一种污水处理装置，其特征在于，包括机体（1），机体（1）内底部设有空气管（2），空气管（2）上方设有试剂槽（3），所述机体（1）内中部设有微孔挡板（5），机体侧壁底部设有入水口（6），侧壁上方设有出水口（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的污水处理装置，其特征在于，所述试剂槽（3）上设有一组喷头（4）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的污水处理装置，其特征在于，所述机体侧壁底部设有排水口（8）。
