人们长期以来一直使用肥皂、洗涤剂和擦粉来清洁身体的各个部位。许多清洁剂的表面活性剂组分都广泛地使用阴离子表面活性剂,例如:烷基硫酸盐,聚氧化乙烯烷基硫酸盐,烷基苯磺酸盐和α-烯烃磺酸盐。
人们知道,如果长期使用这些阴离子表面活性剂,它们便吸附因而停留在皮肤表面,引起表皮干燥和鳞屑,或皲裂和粗糙。这样,使用洗涤剂容易引起象手粗糙之类的皮肤病。皮肤粗糙可以成为更严重疾病(如湿疹)的先兆。因此,急需克服上述缺点。
另一方面,非离子表面活性剂几乎不或根本不会引起皮肤干燥或粗糙。但是它并没有象阴离子表面活性剂那么好的发泡和清洗性能。因此,不宜将非离子表面活性剂掺入洗涤组合物中作为主要的洗涤剂成分。
人们知道,磷酸酯是阴离子表面活性剂,通常以单酯和双酯的形式或其混合物的形式出现。然而,它们的水溶性和发泡性能通常不好。
欧洲专利第265702号(1988年5月4日公开)公开了用于皮肤的透明或半透明化妆品组合物,它含有单烷基磷酸酯、水、油和醇。使用油和醇可使之透明。美国专利第4,573,749号(授予McIntosh,1988年6月28日公告)公开了具有抗菌活性的单胺烷基磷酸盐。美国专利第4,290,904号(授予Poper等人,1981年9月22日公告),英国专利第1,513,053号(1978年6月7日公告),和欧洲专利第023978

业已发现,某些新的二胺单烷基磷酸盐以及某些含有这些盐的透明稳定的表面活性剂组合物可以很容易地制成稳定的常压充气泡沫。这些泡沫具有很好的洗涤能力和清洁作用,温和无刺激性,在被清洁的皮肤表面几乎不留下残留膜。这些组合物是均相的,可制成湿的或干的,稳定的或快速分解的,并且从美学的角度适用于多种护肤产品。
本发明的主要目的之一是介绍含水皮肤清洁组合物的制备方法,所述组合物由本发明的新的二胺单烷基磷酸盐制得,该盐可从手握式挤压发泡装置也可从气雾装置中喷出产生有用的泡沫,此外,它不会堵塞装置使装置报废。
本发明的另一目的是提供表面活性剂和发泡表面活性剂组合物,它将产生相对稳定的或可折叠包装的泡沫剂,本发明的最佳实施例提供了低密度皮肤清洁泡沫剂。

本发明的另一目的是提供一种表面活性剂和表面活性剂组合物,它们对皮肤和眼睛无刺激性,无需加入挥发剂,因而也就避免了容器
***和腐蚀的危险。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种发泡组合物,该组合物如果被充入手握式的柔性外壳的发泡装置中,所需的产生泡沫的力不大(即,小于约15磅/英寸2)并且易于为常人使用。
上述目的以及那些对于本领域技术人员显而易见的目的可通过此处描述的化合物和组合物达到。
本发明的包括对人皮肤刺激性小的二胺单烷基磷酸盐,其结构式如下:

本发明的单烷基磷酸盐可以用已知的方法制备。例如通过将长链脂肪醇(或长链脂肪醇与乙烯化氧的缩合产物)与磷酰化试剂(例如:磷酸酐或磷酰氯)反应的方法。业已辨明,该过程中产生的付产品是二烷基磷酸酯,该酯水溶性和发泡性能差。它的结构式如下:
其中R是疏水基,或者是疏水基与环氧乙烷的缩合产物,R最好是具有约10~18个碳原子的烷基或烯基,X3选自:氢、碱金属、铵、取代铵(例如:烷氧基化的铵,烷基铵,烷氧基化的脂肪胺,多乙氧化的胺)和亚烷基二胺,R最好是疏水基与约1~10mol(最好是约1~4mol)的乙烯化氧的缩合产物。
二胺单烷基磷酸盐与二烷基磷酸盐的重量比优选约99∶1~70∶30,更优选为约100∶0~90∶10,最优选的比例是大体上100∶0,但是与一元胺、碱或磷酸铵盐不同,这些二酯的二胺磷酸盐具有独特的水溶性,因而与这里讨论的装置和制剂不大会产生冲突。
本发明表面活性剂特别适用于直接与皮肤长期接触的洗涤剂产品,例如,面部清洁剂、洗发剂和固体合成洗涤剂香皂,这是由于它特别
具有极强的发泡能力,并且不会引起皮肤粗糙,该表面活性剂也可用作餐具洗涤液,洗涤粉和牙膏的成分,特别可用于需要透明组合物的场合。
含10~18个碳原子的饱和与不饱和烃基(R)是直链,支链或脂环烃(如:癸基,十一烷基,十二烷基,十三烷基,十四烷基,十五烷基,十六烷基,十七烷基和十八烷基)和相应的烯类不饱和基团,上述烃基在组合物中被包含的形式可以是单一的或者是数种基团结合的形式。特别优选含10~14个碳原子的饱和烃基和含16个碳原子的不饱和烃基。这里还优先选用每个分子具有约1~10个单元(最好约1~4个单元)的乙烯化氧的饱和或不饱和烃基。
本发明中的X1和X2优选的碱金属的例子有:锂、钠和钾。
本发明中的X1和X2所代表的烷基铵或取代的烷基铵是由胺产生的阳离子,在本发明的制备单烷基磷酸盐的过程中,进行中和步骤后将相应的磷酸中和形成盐。相应的胺是具有1~4个碳原子的烷基的伯胺、仲胺和叔胺,上述烷基可以被进一步取代,特别是被羟基取代。至于胺,这里举出的例子有:二甲基-乙醇胺,甲基二乙醇胺、三甲胺、三乙胺、二丁胺、丁基二甲胺、一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙基二甲胺和异丙基乙醇胺。优选的胺是一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺。一个特别优选的胺是三乙醇胺。其它有用的胺包括精氨酸、赖氨酸、一、二或三异丙醇胺、N,N-三(羟甲基)氨基甲烷、二甘醇胺、葡糖胺、氨基甲基丙醇和氨基甲基丙烷二醇。本发明中由乙烯化氧和丙烯化氧(BASF公司生产,商品名分别为Tetronic
和Tetronic R
)和多乙氧基化的胺(Armak公司生产,商品名:Ethomeen
)衍生的共聚物也是可用的。
本发明的亚烷基二胺通式如下:

其中,R1,R2,R4和R5各自为氢;含1~4个碳原子的烷基或含1~4个碳原子羟烷基或二羟烷基;或者R4和R5一起形成饱和的五元或六元杂环,该环又可以是被氧或羟烷基取代的;R3代表含2~4个碳原子的亚烷基或羟亚烷基;同时R1,R2,R3,R4和R5中必须至少有一个基团至少含一个羟基。
这些化合物在英国专利第1,513,053号(1978年6月7日公开)中已充分公开。
此外,一类有用的特定的胺是具有如下结构的N,N-四(羟烷基)乙二胺:
其中,R1是含2~4个碳原子的亚烷基,R是氢或含1~6个碳原子的烷基,n取1~4。上述二胺的分子量小于约1700为好,小于约1200较好,小于约800就更好,小于约500最佳。
尽管下面还要给出一些其它的例子,四(羟烷基)乙二胺的最佳例子是化合物N,N,N′,N′-四(2-羟丙基)-乙二胺,该化合物在市场上有出售,商品名是Quadrol或Neutrol TE(二者均为BASF Wyandotte公司生产)

本发明的组合物包含:
(a)约0.1~99.0%本发明的一种或多种二胺单烷基磷酸盐;和
(b)约1.0~99.0%洗涤剂载体
优选的组合物包括二胺单烷基磷酸盐的混合物,其中R选自C12~C14烷基或烯基和C16~C18烷基或烯基(或者这些基团与约1~10mol环氧乙烷的缩合产物);所述相应盐的比例是约80∶20~20∶80,优选约60∶40~40∶60,最优选约55∶45~45∶55。
本发明组合物可局部施用,即,将组合物直接涂敷或喷洒在表皮组织或上皮组织上。这样的组合物可制成如下的形式:泡沫、洗液、乳剂、软膏、溶液、凝胶或固体。非常优选的组合物在肥皂基体(即,
液体和固体)中包含单烷基磷酸盐。这些局部用组合物包含安全有效量的单烷基磷酸盐,通常约0.1~99%,最好约1%~10%,通常条状组合物中的二胺单烷基磷酸盐含量很高,即80%以上。一般情况上,载体是自然界的有机物或溶液或水乳液,并且能使二胺单烷基磷酸盐分散、溶解或悬浮于其中。载体可以包括药学上可接受的软化剂、皮肤渗透增强剂、着色剂、香料、乳化剂、稠化剂和溶剂。下面是这些形式的详细描述:
1.洗液
洗液可包含安全有效量的单烷基磷酸盐;用量是软化剂的大约0.1~25%,优选约3%~15%;平衡物是水,C2或C3醇,或水和醇的混合物,适宜的软化剂的例子有:
(1)烃油和烃蜡,例如:矿物油,凡士林,石蜡,白地蜡,地蜡,微晶蜡,聚乙烯和全氢化角鲨烷。
(2)硅油,例如:聚二甲基硅氧烷,甲基苯基聚硅氧烷,水溶性和醇溶性硅-乙醇共聚物。
(3)甘油三酸脂和油,例如:从植物、动物和海洋生物衍生来的脂和油,具体的例子有:蓖麻油,红花油,棉籽油,玉米油,橄榄油,鳕鱼肝油,杏仁油,鳄梨油,棕榈油,芝麻油和豆油。
(4)乙酰甘油酯,例如:乙酰化甘油-酸酯
(5)乙氧化甘油酯,例如乙氧化甘油-硬脂酸酯。
(6)在这里,具有10~20个碳原子的脂肪酸烷基酯、脂肪酯甲酯、异丙酯和丁酯特别有用。例如:月桂酸己酯,月桂酯异己酯,棕榈酸异己酯,棕榈酸异丙酯,油酸癸酯,油酸异癸酯,硬脂酸十六酯,硬脂酸癸酯,异硬脂酸异丙酯,己二酸二异丙酯,己二酸二异己酯,己二酸二十六酯,癸二酸二异丙酯,乳酸月桂酯,乳酸十四酯和乳酸十六酯。
(7)具有10~20个碳原子的脂肪酸烯基酯,例如:肉豆蔻酸油酯,硬酯酸油酯和油酸油酯。
(8)具有9~22个碳原子的脂肪酸。适宜的例子有:壬酸,月桂酸,肉豆蔻酸,棕榈酸,硬脂酸,异硬脂酸,羟硬脂酸,油酸,亚麻酸,蓖麻醇酸,花生四烯酸,山萮酸和芥酸。
(9)具有10~22个碳原子的脂肪醇,适宜的例子有:月桂醇,肉豆蔻醇,鲸蜡醇,十六醇,硬脂醇,异硬脂醇,羟硬脂醇,油醇,蓖麻醇,山萮醇,芥醇和2-辛基十二醇。
(10)脂肪醇醚,含10~20个碳原子的乙氧化脂肪醇,包括联结有1~50个乙化氧基团或1~50个丙烯化氧基团的月桂醇、鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇、异硬脂醇、油醇和胆甾醇、或者它们的混合物。
(11)醚-酯,例如乙氧化脂肪醇的脂肪酸酯。
(12)羊毛脂及其衍生物,由羊毛脂衍生而来的软化剂的例子有:羊毛脂,羊毛脂油,羊毛脂蜡,羊毛脂醇,羊毛脂脂肪酸,羊毛脂酸异丙酯,乙氧化羊毛酯,乙氧化羊毛醇,乙氧化胆甾醇,丙氧化羊毛脂醇,乙酰化羊毛脂,乙酰化羊毛醇,亚麻酸羊毛脂醇酯,蓖麻醇酸羊毛脂醇酯,蓖麻醇酸羊毛脂醇酯的醋酸盐,乙氧化醇酯的醋酸盐,氢解羊毛脂,乙氧化氢化羊毛脂,乙氧化山梨醇羊毛脂,和液态和半固态羊毛脂吸收碱。
(13)多羟基醇和聚醚衍生物,例如:丙二醇,二丙二醇,聚丙二醇(M.W.2000~4000),聚氧化亚乙基聚氧化亚丙基二醇,聚氧化亚丙基聚氧化亚乙基二醇,甘油,乙氧化甘油,丙氧化甘油,山梨醇,乙氧化山梨醇,羟丙基山梨醇,聚乙二醇(M.W.200~6000),甲氧基聚乙醇,聚氧化乙烯均聚物(M、W100,000-5,000,000),聚亚烷基二醇及衍生物,己二醇(2-甲基-2,4,-戊二醇),1,3-丁二醇,1,2,6-己醇,乙基己二醇USP(2-乙基-1,3-己醇),
C15-C18连二醇,和三甲基丙烷的聚氧化亚乙基衍生物。
(14)多羟基醇酯,比较满意原多羟基醇酯有:乙二醇-脂肪酸酯和二脂肪酸酯,二亚乙基二醇-脂肪酸酯和二脂肪酸酯,聚乙二醇(M.W.200-6000)-脂肪酸酯和二脂肪酸酯,丙二醇-脂肪酸酯和二脂肪酸酯,聚丙二醇2000-油酸酯,聚丙二醇2000-硬脂酸酯,乙氧化亚丙基丙二醇-脂酸酯,甘油-脂肪酸酯和二脂肪酸酯,聚甘油多脂肪酸酯,乙氧化-硬脂酸甘油酯,1,3-丁二醇-硬脂酸酯,1,3-丁二醇二硬脂酸酯,聚氧化亚乙基多醇脂肪酸酯,山梨醇脂肪酸酯和聚氧化亚乙基山梨醇脂肪酸酯。
(15)蜡酯,例如蜂蜡,鲸蜡,肉豆蔻酸肉豆蔻酸酯,硬脂酸硬脂酯。
(16)蜂蜡衍生物,例如:聚氧化亚乙基山梨醇蜂蜡。它们是蜂蜡与多种含乙烯化氧量不同的乙氧化山梨醇的反应产物,是醚-酯混合物。
(17)植物蜡,包括巴西棕榈蜡和小烛树蜡。
(18)磷酯,例如卵磷脂及其衍生物。
(19)甾醇,例如:胆甾醇,胆甾醇脂肪酸酯。
(20)酰胺,例如:脂肪酰胺,乙氧化脂肪酰胺,固体脂肪酸烷醇酰胺。
洗液还也可含约1%~10%(最好约2%~5%的乳化剂,乳化剂可以是非离子、阴离子或阳离子的。较为满意的非离子乳化剂的例子包括含10~20个碳原子的脂肪酸醇,具有10~20个碳原子的脂肪醇与2~20mol环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷的缩合物,在烷基链中有6~12个碳原子的烷基苯酚与2~20mol环氧乙烷的缩合物,环氧乙烷的一和二脂肪酯醇;乙二醇的一和二脂肪酸酯(其中脂肪酸部分含10~20个碳原子);二甘醇;分子量为200~6000的聚乙二醇;分子量为200~3000的丙二
醇;甘油;山梨糖醇;山梨糖醇酐;聚氧化亚乙基山梨糖醇;聚氧化亚乙基山梨糖醇酐和亲水蜡酯。适宜的阴离子乳化剂包括脂肪酸皂,例如:钠、钾和三乙醇胺皂,其中,脂肪酸部分含10~20个碳原子,其它适宜的阴离子乳化剂包括:碱金属、铵或取代铵烷基硫酸盐,烷基芳基磺酸盐和烷基乙氧基醚磺酸盐,其中在烷基部分具有10~30个碳原子。烷基乙氧基醚磺酸盐含1~50个乙烯化氧单元。但是,业已判明,某些阴离子乳化剂会使制剂混浊,因而,这里并不推荐使用阴离子乳化剂。
洗液的平衡物是水或C2或C3醇,或者是水与醇的混合物。洗液的制备就是将所有组分简单地混合起来。最好能使单烷基磷酸盐溶于混合物中,可以加入常用的可选组分,一种填加物是稠化剂,在制剂中的用量约为1%~10%。适宜的稠化剂的例子包括:交联的羧基聚亚甲基聚合物(充分中和的),硅酸铝镁,羧甲基纤维素,羟乙基纤维素,丙烯酸聚合物(例如:Rohm & Hass公司生产的Acrysol ICS-1),聚乙二醇,黄蓍树胶,卡兰雅胶(Kharaya gum),合成生物聚合胶和皂土。这里不推荐使用阳离子聚合物(如瓜耳胶)。
2.乳剂
本发明组合物亦可制成乳剂的形式。乳剂包含安全有效量的单烷基磷酸盐;约0.1~95%(最好约10%~25%)的软化剂;平衡物是水。上文所述的软化剂也可以用于乳剂中。如前文所述,乳剂可任意含有适宜的乳化剂。当包含乳化剂时,其含量为约3%~50%,最好为约5%~20%。
3.溶液
本发明组合物也可制成溶液的形式,溶液包含安全有效量的单烷基磷酸盐,通常至少含约0.01%,最多约50%,最好含约0.1%~10%;平衡物是水或适宜的有机溶剂,用作溶剂或溶剂体系的一部分的适宜
的有机物是:丙二醇,聚乙二醇(M.W.200~1000),聚丙二醇(M.W.425-2025),丁二醇,甘油,山梨糖醇酯,1,2,6-己三醇,乙醇,异丙醇,酒石酸二乙酯,丁二醇及它们的混合物。
该溶液可以直接用于皮肤,或者可将其装入下述的挤压装置中,或者从喷雾容器中以气雾剂的形式喷洒,或者作为漱口药用来漱口。气雾剂组合物中还可以含有约25%~80%,最好约30%~50%适当的挥发剂,例如:低分子量烃的氯化物、氟化物和氟氯化物。氧化氮,二氧化碳,丁烷和丙烷可也用作挥发剂气体。挥发剂的用量要足以能从容器中排出里面的东西。
挤出起泡剂包装已为人们熟知,下列专利(本文引作参考文献)中已公开了实例:1973年1月9日公告,授予Wright的美国专利第3,709,437号;1976年2月10日公告,授予Wright的美国专利第3,937,364号;1977年5月10日公告,授予Wright的美国专利第4,022,351号;1979年4月3日公告,授予Bennett的美国专利第4,147,306号;1980年1月22日公告,授予Wright的美国专利第4,184,615号;1986年7月8日公告,授予Rice的美国专利第4,598,862号和1986年10月7日公告,授予Grogan等人的美国专利第4,615,467号以及1988年4月8日授予Verhulst的法国专利第2,604,622号。
上述容器(包装)中不用加挥发剂,因而对于消费者和环境是安全的。它们几乎可以使任何表面活性剂组合物变为泡沫,尽管不是必须加入稳定泡沫的泡沫辅助剂,但最好还是加一些。在一些组合物中使用泡沫辅助剂甚至会实得其反,因为要使容器正常工作泡沫必须中断。将组合物盛入容器(塑料挤瓶),用于施力挤压容器,使组合物通过泡沫发生头或其它泡沫发生装置挤出,在该装置处组合物与空气混合,然后通过一个均匀化机构使泡沫更加均匀并控制泡沫的一致性,然后排出均匀的常压充气泡沫。
使挤压型起泡剂活化的最小压力是大约1磅/英寸2(表压),一般是约2磅/英寸2(表压),最小压力与撒布器中通道的尺寸、组合物的粘度等有关。
一般来说,泡沫的密度应当在约0.002g/cc,与约0.25g/cc之间,优选约0.01g/cc~0.12g/cc,最好在大约0.02g/cc~0.07g/cc之间。
漱口药中的载体通常是乙醇与水的混合物。乙醇的用量通常是载体的大约5%~60%,最好是大约5%~25%,其余部分则是水。该漱口药组合物也可以含有其它的可选成分,如上文所述的乳化剂、调味剂、增甜剂和湿润剂。本发明的所用的其它漱口药制剂的制备方法已在本发明引用的参考文献美国专利第4,323,551号(1982年4月6日公告,授予Parran)中公开。
4.凝胶
本发明组合物可制成凝胶形式,只要将上述溶液组合物与适当的稠化剂混合便可。适当的稠化剂的例子已在上文洗液一节列举。
凝胶了的组合物含有安全有效量的单烷基磷酸盐;约0.5%~20%(最好约1%~10%)的稠化剂;平衡物是水。
5.固体
本发明组合物还可制成固体形式,例如:条状组合物,该组合物含有安全有效量的单烷基磷酸盐和大约0.01%~90%)的上文所述的软化剂。该组合物还可含有大约0.1%~20%(最好约5%~15%)适宜的稠化剂,以及乳化剂(亦可不含)和水。前述稠化剂相对于洗液也是适宜的。
6.肥皂
本发明组合物也可制成液体或固体(例如条状)肥皂基体。此类组合物包含安全有效量的单烷基磷酸盐约0.1%~99%和大约1%~99
%的前文所述的赋形剂。肥皂中可以含有(也可不含)前述的适当的乳化剂。当包含乳化剂时,其含量大约是10%~50%
7.牙粉
本发明组合物也可制成牙粉。这样的牙粉(尤其是牙膏)包含安全有效量的单烷基磷酸盐,含量大约为组合物重量的0.1%~20%。通常牙膏组合物含有研磨材料、皂化剂、粘合剂、湿润剂、香味剂和增甜剂。本发明所用的适宜的牙粉组合物及其制备方法在本发明引用的参考文献美国专利第3,535,421号(1970年10月20日公告,授予Briner等人)中已充分公开。
8.洗发剂
本发明组合物也可制成洗发剂的型式。所述洗发剂包含安全有效量的二胺单烷基磷酸盐(含量大约为0.1%~99%);大约5%~60%的合成表面活性剂和平衡水。也可以使用再生的表面活性剂,但是,该再生的表面活性剂应当经前述的二胺中和。
洗发剂中可以含许多非实质性可选成分。这些常规的可选成分已为本领域技术人员所熟知。例如:防腐剂(如:苄醇,对羟苯甲酸乙酯,对羟苯甲酸丙酯和咪唑烷基脲);阳离子表面活性剂[如:鲸蜡基三甲基氯化铵,硬脂基二甲基苄基氯化铵,和二(部分氢化脂)二甲基氯化铵];稠化剂和粘度调节剂[如:长链脂肪酸的二乙醇酰胺(如:PEG 3月桂酰胺),环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的嵌段聚合物,氯化钠,硫酸钠,聚乙烯醇和乙醇];PH调节剂(如:柠檬酸,琥珀酸,磷酸,碳酸钠);香料;染料;和多价螯合剂(如:乙二胺四醋酸钠)。这些试剂通常用量各自为组合物重量的大约0.01%~10%,最好为大约0.5%~5.0%。
为了增加本发明组合物的吸引性、多用性和搁置寿命,还可以加入少量成分,可以加入香料和水溶性药学上可接受的染料或食品色
素以增强组合物的吸引性。抗菌剂和抗微生物剂可以用来避免组合物被霉菌或细菌污染从而延长搁置寿命。常规的抗菌剂可以包容在该组合物中,含量大约为0.1%~4%,最好为大约0.2%~1%。典型的适用于本发明组合物的抗菌剂有:3,4-二和3,4′,5-三溴水杨酰替苯胺;4,4′-二氯-3-(三氟甲基)碳酰替苯胺;3,4,4′-三氯碳酰替苯胺;苯氧基乙醇或苯氧基丙醇;氯代己烯盐;己脒盐,氯苯酚DP300;水杨酸;对氯间二甲苯醇;羟甲辛吡酮和它们的混合物。一般用途的皮肤清洁组合物的PH值大约5.0~8.0较为理想。必要时,可用柠檬酸或乳酸将其PH值降低,对用于敏感皮肤表面(如***和***周围)的皮肤清洁剂来说,理想的PH值是约6.5。在不背离本发明基本概念的情况下可以进行上述和其它的一些较小的改动。
所产生的泡沫原性质决定了本发明组合物的用途。为了使泡沫能用作皮肤清洁剂,它必须均匀一致、铺展性好并且清洁力强。
发泡性和润湿性取决于皮肤清洁剂的表面张力。本发明组合物的表面张力大约20~70达因/厘米之间。对于一般皮肤清洁组合物来说,最好为大约23~50达因/厘米,表面张力在此范围较低值的溶液组合物具有较好的润湿性和铺展性,而且发泡性也提高了。表面张力较高的发泡组合物通常可提供更稳定的泡沫,但同时也较难发泡而且挤出泡沫所需的力也较大。
本发明的发泡皮肤清洁剂组合物的突出优点是它们仅在皮肤上留下极少量残留的表面活性剂。这是部分由于在皮肤清洁组合物中表面活性剂的含量少和产生的泡沫密度低造成的。本发明组合物泡沫清洁力强,更重要的是用它漂洗或去皱皮肤时仅留下极少量的残留表面活性剂,因而保持了皮肤弹性,并减少了透过表皮的水分散失。
上述充气泡沫的清洁力与产生泡沫的表面活性剂溶液本身的清洁力直接相关。
下列非限制性实例用来说明本发明,其中包含有必要成分和可选成分。这些实施例应当仅看作是对本发明的说明,决非用来限定本发明范围的。
实施例1
用蒸气浴将1mol单烷基磷酸酯加热至50℃熔化。在另一烧杯中将1mol N,N,N′,N′-四(2-羟丙基)-乙二胺(BASF公司,商品名Quadrol)加热至50℃成可倾注态。
将熔化的磷酸酯缓慢地加入N,N,N′,N′-四(2-羟丙基)-乙二胺中,至pH值为5.0~9.0(最好为7.0),所得N,N,N′,N′-四(2-羟丙基)-乙二胺-月桂基磷酸酯冷却得的清辙的黄色固体。
该固体可以固体条状使用,亦可作为生产奶液或胶状产品的原料。
在皮肤上施用约0.5g上述物质将提供具有很好的清洁能力和洗涤作用的发泡清洁剂,它温和无刺激性,在皮肤的被清洁表面几乎不存在残留膜。
用等量的下述物质或其混合物替代-月桂基磷酸酯得到基本相似的结果:-椰子基磷酸酯,-月桂基磷酸酯,-异硬脂基磷酸酯,-硬脂基磷酸酯,-肉豆蔻基磷酸酯,-油酰基磷酸酯,-棕榈基磷酸酯,-辛基磷酸酯,-十一烷基磷酸酯,-三癸烯基磷酸酯,-(甲基肉豆蔻基)磷酸酯,-(异丙基月桂基)磷酸酯,-(异癸基新戊基)磷酸酯,-鲸蜡基磷酸酯和-(异丙基肉豆蔻基)磷酸酯。
实施例2
将下述成分组合制得局部施用的面部清洁组合物:

Claims (10)
2、按照权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述取代铵选自:烷氧基化的铵,烷基铵,烷氧基化的脂肪胺和多乙氧基化的胺。
3、按照权利要求2所述洗涤剂组合物,其中R是含10~14个碳原子的烷基或烯基,并且所述碱金属是钠,钾或锂或者是它们的混合物。
4、按照权利要求3所述洗涤剂组合物,其中所述烷基铵选自:三甲基铵、三乙基铵、二丁基铵、丁基二甲基铵和异丙基二甲基铵,或者是它们的混合物,并且所述取代的烷基铵是羟烷基铵。
5、按照权利要求4所述洗涤剂组合物,其中X1和X2至少有一个是羟烷基化的亚烷基二胺,其中亚烷基含2~6个碳原子;所述亚烷基二胺是由至少含两个碳原子的烯化氧或含两个或两个以上碳原子的烯化氧的混合物氧烷基化的。
6、按照权利要求5所述洗涤剂组合物,其中X1和X2至少有一个是N,N,N′,N′-四(2-羟丙基)-乙二胺。
7、按照权利要求6所述洗涤剂组合物,其形式为肥皂、乳剂、溶液、漱口药、牙膏或洗发剂。
8、按照权利要求1所述洗涤剂组合物,所述组合物由二胺单烷基磷酸盐混合物组成,其中R选自:C12~C14烷基或烯基,C16~C18烷基或烯基,并且所述盐的比例为60∶40至40∶60。
9、按照权利要求1所述洗涤剂组合物,该组合物由二胺单烷基磷酸盐混合物组成,其中,R选自:C12~C14烷基或烯基与1~10mol环氧乙烷的缩合产物,其中所述盐的比例相应为60∶40至40∶60。
10、按照权利要求9所述洗涤剂组合物,其中R是具有10~18个碳原子的烷基或烯基,或者R是具有10~18个碳原子的烷基或烯基与1~10mol环氧乙烷的缩合产物,其中所述取代铵选自:烷氧基化的铵、烷基铵、烷氧基化的脂肪胺、多乙氧基化的胺,并且其中X1和X2至少有一个是N,N,N′,N′-四(2-羟丙基)乙二胺。
