技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于用电动机来驱动的工具机的工具更换库。此外,本发明涉及一种用电动机来驱动的工具机。
背景技术
一种这样的作为工具机中的组成部分的工具更换库以及一种相应的工具机从申请人的DE 10 2006 059 688 A1中得到公开。所述已知的工具更换库具有工具匣,在所述工具匣中分别布置了一个工具。为了操作者在更换工具时发现,哪个工具恰好在使用中或者说能够从所述工具储槽中选出正确的工具,所述已知的工具机在其壳体的上侧面上具有一个观察窗,通过该观察窗能够在外观上看得见分配给各个工具匣中的工具的识别的标识。但是在此成问题的是比如在较暗的环境条件下所提及的标识的可感知性。所述已知的工具机在此原则上要求将所述标识布置得离所述观察窗较近,以便能够让尽可能多的光线一直落到所述工具匣的标识的区域中,用于实现尽可能好的可感知性。
发明内容
从所描述的现有技术出发,本发明的任务是,在困难的环境条件下尤其比如在较暗的环境条件下也始终能够确凿无疑地识别工具更换库中的处于工具匣中的工具。该任务按本发明在一种具有权利要求1所述特征性特征的工具更换库中通过以下方式得到解决,即所述工具更换库的壳体至少在其工具匣的区域中至少局部地由透明的材料构成。由此能够以简单的方式方法从外面在没有额外的标识的情况下识别相应地处于所述工具匣中的工具。
对于工具更换库来说除了外观上的可识别性之外还能够额外地明确地标识处于所述工具接纳口中的工具,在所述工具更换库的一种可选设置的设计方案中提出,用于所述工具的标识设置在所述工具更换库的壳体的相应的工具匣的区域中。
工具更换库一方面能够实现处于所述工具接纳口中的工具的识别过程的优化并且另一方面能够实现将所述工具更换库调节到工具机中的接收位置或者说转交位置中的过程的优化,在所述工具更换库的一种特别优选的设计的方案中提出,由不透明的塑料材料制成的壳体部件构造为能够手动操作的调节区域,该调节区域用于将工具匣定位到所述工具机中的接收位置或者说转交位置中。
本发明尤其但不是仅仅在使用按本发明的工具更换库的情况下也包括一种用电动机来驱动的工具机。在此按本发明规定,所述工具匣的区域能够借助于光源来照亮。通过这样的光源,由此也在不利的环境条件下对操作者来说始终能够最佳地识别所述标识或者说工具匣。除此以外,在使用标识时关于相对于观察窗的间距几何学上的布置与现有技术相比不太关键,因为所述标识比如也可以相对于观察窗以较大的间距来布置,而不存在这样的危险,即这样的离观察窗比较远的标识对操作者来说不能识别。
对于所述光源来说,优选使用至少一个发光二极管。这样的光源要求较小的空间需求,能够比较便宜地得到实现并且能够对所述工具匣或者说标识进行足够强的照明。
除此以外,通过发光二极管的布置引起的成本可以得到降低,如果所述至少一个发光二极管布置在拥有电路的印刷电路板上。在实际上,这电路可以是相应的电路,该电路同时用于探测工具机的蓄电池的充电状态并且比如通过相应的发光机构向操作者发送空的蓄电池的信号。由此,所述至少一个发光二极管在所述印刷电路板上仅仅需要较小的额外的需求以及相应的用于触发所述发光二极管的印制导线。
在所述工具机的另一种特别优选地设置的变型方案中,所述至少一个发光二极管的供电至少能够间接地由操纵元件来转换,所述操纵元件同时用于操纵所述工具更换库。由此提供一种特别简单并且成本低廉的用于操纵所述发光二极管或者说向其供电的方案。
在最后提到的实施方式的一种特别优选的变型方案中,所述至少一个发光二极管的供电只有在更换工具的过程中才激活。这种做法的优点是,操作者仅仅对于工具更换的重要的情况来说才看得见相应的标识,从而可以将所述标识照得特别亮,而在所述工具机的运行过程中通过所述标识的照明的缺失使用者在用所述工具机工作时不会感觉到这一点是干扰。
在本发明的另一种设计方案中可以规定,所述观察窗由塑料制成并且具有透镜功能。这样的透镜功能能够放大所述标识或者说工具匣并且由此尤其在所述工具匣或者说标识相对于所述观察窗以较大的间距布置时能够获得更好的感知。
为了能够在所述工具机的整个使用寿命期间始终获得所述工具匣或者说标识的最佳的可读性或者说可识别性,除此以外可以规定,所述观察窗在壳体中布置在空隙中,其中所述观察窗的用于识别工具匣或者说标识的区域在所述空隙的区域中布置在壳体表面的下方。通过所述观察窗的这种受到保护的布置方式,尤其避免观察窗的在日常运行过程中在使用时随所述工具机可能出现的机械的损坏尤其划痕或者类似损伤,从而始终能够实现最佳的可识别性。

所述工具机10的驱动电动机13通过蓄电池的形式的能够再次充电的电源15来运行并且通过操作元件17来操纵。在所述壳体11的上侧面上布置了操作滑块19的形式的执行机构18或者说操纵元件,所述操作滑块可以为了更换工具1而通过操作者沿箭头21的方向运动,以便能够通过工具更换机制22来将相应所期望的工具1推入到所述工具接纳口12中或者说将相应的工具1从所述工具接纳口12推回到所述工具匣105中。为了选择相应的工具1或者说相应的工具匣105,所述工具更换库100可以由操作者从外面通过能够由操作者用手转动的第一壳体部分102旋转到相应的与所述工具接纳口12对齐的位置中。
关于这样的至此所描述的工具机10的精确的作用原理以及其它详细的构造,示范性地参照申请人的DE 10 2006 059 688 A1,该专利文件应该是本申请的组成部分。
所述壳体11在其壳体上侧面上具有一个用于接纳尤其由塑料构成的在图5中以单个图示示出的观察窗25的空隙24。该观察窗25按照图5具有第一区域26,通过该第一区域操作者可以识别相应地与所述工具接纳口12共同作用的工具匣105以及必要时额外地存在的标识5并且由此识别相关的工具1。所述第一区域26可以通过相应的(拱形的)造型而具有透镜功能,也就是说能够通过所述第一区域26来识别的标识5或者说所述工具1对操作者来说以放大的图示来显现。在相对于所述第一区域26沿纵向方向偏置的情况下,所述观察窗25具有第二区域27,该第二区域用于示出所述电源15的充电状态。尤其在电动机功率减少或者说电源15变空时通过所述第二区域27的相应的照明来使操作者停住,以便对电源15进行再充电。
此外,借助于图5能够看出,所述第一区域26的上侧面28具有比所述第二区域27的上侧面29深的水平。这种做法的结果是,所述第一区域26加深地布置在所述空隙24的内部,使得其受保护地布置在所述空隙24的壳体表面31的下方(图2和图3)。
在所述观察窗25的第二区域27的下方布置了印刷电路板33的形式的电路载体32(图4)。所述印刷电路板33拥有电气的或者说电子的电路35并且通过线缆连接36至少间接地至少与所述电源15相连接。所述电路35尤其至少用于检测所述电源15的充电状态并且在低于一定的充电状态时或者说借助于其它的标准如所解释的一样通过所述观察窗25的第二区域27的相应的照明来将这一点通知操作者。同样可以规定,通过所述电路35来识别所述电动机13的旋转方向并且通过所述第二区域27的相应地被照亮的部件在观察窗25中向操作者表示这一点。
所述观察窗25的第一区域26如尤其能够借助于图4看出的一样与所述壳体101的透明的第二壳体部分103对齐布置,其中在所述第一区域26与所述工具更换库100的表面之间构造了一条无构件的通道37或者说一个空腔。这意味着,布置在相应的工具匣105的区域中的标识5或者说透明的壳体部分103通过所述观察窗25的第一区域26对操作者来说能够从外面来识别。
为了尤其也在困难的光线情况下对操作者来说能够实现所述标识5或者说处于所述工具匣105中的工具1的可识别性,按本发明规定,所述标识5或者说所述壳体部分103的区域被尤其至少一个LED 39(发光二极管)的形式的光源38所照亮。所述至少一个LED 39在此优选在所述印刷电路板33的下侧面上布置在朝向所述工具更换库100的一侧上并且发出光锥40,该光锥通过一个相应的通往通道37的自由空间也覆盖或者说照亮所述标识5或者说工具匣105。
优选仅仅为如下的情况向所述至少一个LED 39供电,在该情况中操作者进行工具更换。为此,设置了一个能够在图2和3中看出的开关42,该开关具有构造为弹簧舌的形式的以活动的方式布置的开关触点43,所述开关触点在相应地操纵调节滑块18时朝所述开关42的方向挤压并且如可以从图2与3的比较中看出的一样使相应的用于向至少一个LED 39供电的电路闭合。在更换工具之后,所述调节滑块18又处于其朝向工具接纳口12的相应于图2的位置中,对于该位置来说所述开关触点43又断开,使得所述至少一个LED 39转换为无电流的状态。
Claims (12)
1.工具更换库(100),该工具更换库用于用电动机来驱动的工具机(10)尤其具有能够旋转地待驱动的工具(1)的手持式工具机,所述工具更换库(100)具有环状或者滚筒状的能够沿其纵轴线旋转的壳体(101),在所述壳体中布置了用于接纳相应的工具(1)的工具匣(105),其中所述工具匣(1)构造用于将工具(1)从所述工具匣(105)中推出来或者说将其推入到所述工具匣(105)中,
其特征在于,
所述壳体(101)至少在其工具匣(105)的区域中至少局部地由透明的材料制成。
2.按权利要求1所述的工具更换库(100),
其特征在于,
所述壳体(101)包括两个沿该壳体(11)的纵向方向连接到彼此上面的壳体部分(102、103),所述第一壳体部分(102)由不透明的塑料材料制成,并且所述另一个壳体部分(103)由透明的塑料材料制成,并且所述工具(1)以能够由操作者从外面识别的表示特性的特征尤其其工具顶端布置在所述透明的壳体部分(103)的内部。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的工具更换库(100),
其特征在于,
在所述工具更换库(100)的壳体(101)的相应的工具匣(105)的区域中设置了用于所述工具(1)的标识(5)。
4.按权利要求2或3所述的工具更换库(100),
其特征在于,
所述由不透明的塑料材料制成的壳体部分(102)构造为能够手动操作的用于将工具匣(105)定位到所述工具机(10)中的转交位置中的调节区域。
5.用电动机来运行的工具机(10),尤其是拥有能够旋转地待驱动的工具(1)的手持式工具机,具有尤其按权利要求1到4中任一项所述的工具更换库(100),所述工具更换库的工具匣(105)能够相应地调节到与工具接纳口(12)对齐的转交位置中,其中所述处于转交位置中的工具匣(105)能够借助于处于壳体(11)的区域中的观察窗(25)从外面来识别,
其特征在于,
所述工具匣(105)的区域能够借助于光源(38)来照亮。
6.按权利要求5所述的工具机,
其特征在于,
所述光源(38)包括至少一个发光二极管(39)。
7.按权利要求6所述的工具机,
其特征在于,
所述至少一个发光二极管(39)在所述壳体(11)中的自由的空间中布置在所述观察窗(25)与有待照亮的标识(5)或者有待照亮的工具匣(105)的区域之间。
8.按权利要求6或7所述的工具机,
其特征在于,
所述至少一个发光二极管(39)布置在一块带有电路(35)的印刷电路板(33)上。
9.按权利要求6到8中任一项所述的工具机,
其特征在于,
所述至少一个发光二极管(39)的供电能够至少间接地由操纵元件(18)来转换,该操纵元件同时用于操纵所述工具更换库(100)。
10.按权利要求9所述的工具机,
其特征在于,
所述至少一个发光二极管(39)的供电仅仅在工具更换过程中被激活。
11.按权利要求5到10中任一项所述的工具机,
其特征在于,
所述观察窗(25)由塑料制成并且具有透镜功能。
12.按权利要求11所述的工具机,
其特征在于,
所述观察窗(25)布置在所述壳体(11)中的空隙(24)中,其中所述观察窗(25)的用于识别工具匣(105)的区域(26)在所述空隙(24)的区域中布置在壳体表面(31)的下方。
