本发明涉及用于阻挡车辆中座椅下方负载的安全装置。更具体地说,本发明涉及机动车辆的任何类型的座椅或整排横座,其中椅座放置在与座椅相反的支脚上,其中椅座直接固定在该结构上。
背景技术
更具体地说,本发明还适用于公路用车(图1a和1b)、单身宽体车或复合型车(combi)类型的机动车辆,来自公路用车并且装有几排座椅允许运输人员(图1c)的类型的车辆。图1a示出一种公路用车,其包括高于车辆的负载底板的前座。图1b示出一种公路用车,其包括在负载底板的延伸部中的前座。图1c示出单身宽体车或复合型车类型的车辆,其中不同排的座椅/整排横座装配在支脚上。
不论所考虑的是哪种类型的车辆,都已知把诸如行李、工具、管子等等负载放置在座椅的椅座下。在本发明的范围内看来,如图1d所示,在意外刹车或发生事故时,不能保证保护坐在这样的座椅上的乘客的脚和小腿不受到这些负载可能的冲击。其结果是乘客受负载冲击其脚或者小腿有受伤的危险。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上面提到的缺点,特别是首先,提供一种车辆的座椅或整排横座,它允许在该座椅下存在负载时,保证受冲击时乘客的脚和/或小腿安全。
为此,按照第一方面,本发明涉及一种用于车辆的座椅,包括装配在支脚上的椅座,其特征在于,其包括安全装置,所述安全装置保证阻挡两个侧向相对的支脚之间的负载。这样,在意外刹车或正面冲击的情况下,放置在该座椅下的负载被安全装置保持住。这种解决方案尤其能解决公路用车的安全问题,同时提供简单而经济的解决方案,与所有现有类型的座椅兼容。
优选地,安全装置在座椅的前支脚之间椅座的前面延伸,而不在椅座的支脚之间椅座的后面延伸,使得部分安排在座椅后面的负载可以部分在座椅椅座下方延伸,例如,该负载是管子或板材之类的细长负载;安全装置可以在椅座的支脚之间在椅座的两侧上延伸。有利地,安全装置在座椅的椅座和车辆的底板之间的整个高度上延伸。有利地,安全装置简化为在椅座的支脚之间椅座的前面延伸的网状物。
按照一个有利的实施例,安全装置在座椅的前支脚之间的整个长度上延伸。这样,不仅存放空间得以优化,而且即使在运输诸如管子或板材等细长负载的情况下仍能完全保证安全。
按照另一个有利的实施方式,所述安全装置由连接座椅的前支脚的实心板形成。例如,该板可以用金属、合成材料或者允许实现实心板的其它任何材料制成(甚至是孔距与所携带负载类型相适应的金属网)。这样,该板具有允许有效地支持座椅下的负载冲击的增强强度。
按照另一个有利的实施方式,所述板的每个端部的外侧都具有形成回折部的折叠部分,固定在对应前支脚的后面。这样,该板的固定机构抵靠在前支脚的后部分上,使得与推力相关的力传递到支脚的整个高度上,而没有使该板的固定机构从该支脚上剥离的危险。有利地,每个形成回折部的折叠部分包围对应的支脚并合拢在所述板上,以此保证该板非常坚固地固定在座椅的支脚上。
按照另一个有利的实施方式,所述安全装置包括与车辆的底板连结的连结装置。这些连结装置保证该保持板和车辆底板之间的连接,以阻止板型负载(例如板材)从该安全装置下面穿过。有利地,所述连结装置是通过所述板的下部分中的纵向弯折部的弹性实现的。这样,无需任何附加的材料,该连结只通过该板的弯折部实现。可替换地,所述连结装置可以借助于橡胶制成的唇形密封圈实现。

按照另一个实施方式,所述安全装置是大体呈U形的隔离装置,所述隔离装置覆盖同一侧的支脚或者侧向横档并形成对前支脚之间的负载的阻挡。
按照另一个实施方式,安全装置配备有正面存放空间。该存放空间可以借助于网状物或者添加在该板正表面上的存放容器实现。
按照第二方面,本发明涉及一种包括至少一个根据本发明的座椅或整排横座的机动车辆。更具体地说,本发明适用于公路用车、单身宽体车或者两者的结合类型的机动车辆。

具体实施方式
尽管本说明书仅提到车辆的座椅,但应当理解,它包括任何车辆的坐靠设备,即,单个座椅、整排长椅、固定座椅、(在长度、高度上…)可调节的座椅、模块化座椅(例如:带有可移动的椅座坐垫,例如,沿着椅背向上旋转的,以及带有可折叠支脚)等等。
图2示出设有座椅2的车辆1,所述座椅借助于支脚4装配在车辆的底板3上。如图所示,可以在车辆的底板上放置负载5,该负载5至少部分地放置在座椅2下面。
为了避免在正面冲击或意外制动的情况下负载5碰撞坐在该座椅上的乘客6的脚或者小腿,设想在椅座8下方两个前支脚之间给座椅2设置安全装置7。
图3示出配备了放置在椅座8下方两个前支脚9之间的安全装置7的座椅2。该安全装置优选采取在椅座坐垫和底板之间固定在座椅支脚的前面的板的形式,以便阻挡放置在该座椅下的负载的可能移动,并以此避免在制动或者发生事故时使乘客的脚和/或小腿受伤。板7正面地(positivement)固定在前支脚上。对于座椅配备连接座椅同一侧的前支脚和后支脚的横档的情况,这时该板固定在横档的前部分上。
图4示出端部设置有固定机构的实心板。如图所示,板7的两个侧端中的每一端都包括形成回折部的折叠部分10,所述回折部即能够形成肘形的双重弯折部,折叠部分10的端部弯折部11基本上平行于所述板。这样,该板可以通过抵靠被固定在支脚的后部,使得与推力相关的力传递到支脚的整个高度上,而没有使该板的固定机构从该支脚上脱离的危险。板7可以是金属、合成材料或能够实现实心板的其它任何材料(木材…)制成的。可替换地,同样可以设置这样的折叠部分,其能够通过两个侧向回折部合拢在该板的主体上将支脚完全***在板的回折部中。
图5示出设有与车辆的底板连结的连结装置12的板。该连结装置借助于该板的下部分的弯折部实现,其保证与底板的完美连结,以避免薄的负载能够在该板和底板之间穿过。该弯折部有利地通过与该板材料的弹性相联系的弹簧效应获得。可替换地,该连结装置可以用天然橡胶或者其它任何类似的合成材料制成的唇形密封圈实现,或者还可以用在底板和/或其覆盖部中的形状实现。
应该明白,本领域技术人员可以在不脱离由所附权利要求限定的本发明范围的情况下对本说明书中描述的本发明的不同实施例进行各种修改和/或改进。具体地说,安全装置的一个变型涉及将支脚或者侧横档与负载的阻挡板连成一体的呈U形的连续隔离装置。另一个方案在于为固定在板前面的采取网状物形式的安全装置集成存放功能或者通过在板前面添加限定存放容器的附加部件。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于车辆的座椅(2),包括装配在支脚上的椅座(8),其中,其包括安全装置,所述安全装置保证阻挡两个侧向相对的支脚之间椅座下方的负载,所述安全装置由连接座椅的前支脚(9)的实心板(7)形成,所述板的每个端部都具有形成回折部的折叠部分(10),所述折叠部分固定在对应前支脚(9)的后面。
2.按照权利要求1的座椅(2),其特征在于,所述安全装置在座椅的前支脚(9)之间的整个长度上延伸。
3.按照权利要求1的座椅(2),其特征在于,每个形成回折部的折叠部分(10)包围对应的支脚并合拢在所述实心板(7)上。
4.按照权利要求1至3中任一项的座椅(2),其特征在于,所述安全装置包括与车辆的底板(3)连结的连结装置(12)。
5.按照权利要求4的座椅(2),其特征在于,所述连结装置(12)是通过所述实心板的下部分中的纵向弯折部的弹性实现的。
6.按照权利要求4的座椅(2),其特征在于,所述连结装置(12)借助于橡胶制成的唇形密封圈实现。
7.按照权利要求1-3中任一项的座椅(2),其特征在于,所述安全装置配备有正面存放空间。
8.一种包括至少一个按照上述权利要求中任一项的座椅(2)的机动车辆(1)。
