Abstract

本发明公开了一种硬度检测用V型台,V型台具有俯视呈半圆形的承载面,承载面上开设有V型槽,检测带阶梯的零件的硬度时,零件放置于本发明V型台的V型槽内,由于本发明的V型台的承载面俯视是呈半圆形的,本发明的V型台的承载面的直边可以紧贴零件的阶梯处,使得硬度检测仪的压头能够同时对准零件被检测的台阶处以及V型台的圆心,因此本发明的V型台可以检测带阶梯的零件的硬度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种V型台,尤指一种用于硬度检测的V型台。
背景技术
一般用硬度检测仪检测零件某个部位的硬度都需要用到仪器专门配置的V型台A,如图1和图2所示,这种V型台A俯视呈圆形且圆形面上具有一个V型槽A1,将被检测零件放置于V型台的V型槽内,零件被检测的部位与V型台的圆心对应,然后将硬度检测仪的压头对准零件被检测部位及V型台的圆心并下压来检测硬度,但是在检测有些带阶梯的零件B的硬度时,如图3所示,其阶梯处的硬度用通用配置的V型台无法检测。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种硬度检测用V型台,该硬度检测用V型台可以检测带阶梯的零件的硬度,且结构简单、易于实施。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种硬度检测用V型台,所述V型台具有俯视呈半圆形的承载面,所述承载面上开设有V型槽,所述承载面的圆弧边的圆心位于所述承载面的直边的中心。检测带阶梯的零件的硬度时,零件放置于本发明V型台的V型槽内,由于本发明的V型台的承载面俯视是呈半圆形的,本发明的V型台的承载面的直边可以紧贴零件的阶梯处,使得硬度检测仪的压头能够同时对准零件被检测的台阶处以及V型台的圆心,因此可以检测带阶梯的零件的硬度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种硬度检测用V型台,V型台具有俯视呈半圆形的承载面,承载面上开设有V型槽,检测带阶梯的零件的硬度时,零件放置于本发明V型台的V型槽内,由于本发明的V型台的承载面俯视是呈半圆形的,本发明的V型台的承载面的直边可以紧贴零件的阶梯处,使得硬度检测仪的压头能够同时对准零件被检测的台阶处以及V型台的圆心,因此本发明的V型台可以检测带阶梯的零件的硬度。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种硬度检测用V型台,所述V型台C具有俯视呈半圆形的承载面,所述承载面上开设有V型槽C1,所述承载面的圆弧边的圆心位于所述承载面的直边的中心。
检测带阶梯的零件B的硬度时,零件放置于本发明V型台的V型槽内,由于本发明的V型台的承载面俯视是呈半圆形的,本发明的V型台的承载面的直边可以紧贴零件的阶梯处,使得硬度检测仪的压头能够同时对准零件被检测的台阶处以及V型台的圆心,因此本发明的V型台可以检测带阶梯的零件的硬度。

1.一种硬度检测用V型台,其特征在于:所述V型台(C)具有俯视呈半圆形的承载面,所述承载面上开设有V型槽(C1),所述承载面的圆弧边的圆心位于所述承载面的直边的中心。
