技术领域
本发明涉及测量检验工具的技术领域,具体为一种孔内槽宽量具。
背景技术
当工件孔中设置有油槽时,为保证油槽的供油正常,油槽宽度有一定的公差要求,而由于油槽处于工件孔内,对其宽度的测量很困难,检测效率低,影响了工件孔内油槽的加工质量。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种孔内槽宽量具,可以简单、方便地对工件孔内油槽宽度公差进行测量,测量效率高,保证了工件孔内油槽的加工质量。
其技术方案是这样的:一种孔内槽宽量具,其包括测量规体,所述测量规体上设置有通孔,所述通孔内设置有活动的测量棒,操作柄通过长槽连接所述测量棒,所述测量棒两端设置有测量头,所述测量棒两端的测量头直径不等。
其进一步特征在于:所述测量规体连接手柄。
本发明的上述结构中,测量规体上设置有通孔,通孔内设置有活动的测量棒,操作柄通过长槽连接测量棒,测量棒两端设置有测量头,测量棒两端的测量头直径不等,通过直径不等测量头的左右运动,测量头是否都能***孔内槽中来判断孔内槽的宽度是否满足公差要求。

具体实施方式
见图1,一种孔内槽宽量具,其包括测量规体1,测量规体1连接手柄7,测量规体1上设置有通孔2,通孔2内设置有活动的测量棒3,操作柄4通过长槽5连接测量棒3,测量棒3两端设置有测量头6-1、6-2,测量棒两端的测量头6-1、6-2直径不等,测量头6-1、6-2加工在正常的公差范围,通过直径不等测量头6-1、6-2的左右运动,测量头6-1、6-2是否都能***孔内槽中来判断孔内槽的宽度是否满足公差要求,如果测量头6-1、6-2都能***孔内槽中,则说明孔内槽的公差范围过大,如果测量头6-1、6-2都不能***孔内槽中,则说明孔内槽的公差范围过小,如果测量头6-1、6-2中大直径测量头不能***孔内槽中,而小直径测量头能***孔内槽中,则孔内槽的公差范围正常。

1.一种孔内槽宽量具,其包括测量规体,所述测量规体上设置有通孔,所述通孔内设置有活动的测量棒,操作柄通过长槽连接所述测量棒,所述测量棒两端设置有测量头,所述测量棒两端的测量头直径不等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种孔内槽宽量具,其特征在于:所述测量规体连接手柄。
