5. vehicle as claimed in claim 3, it is characterized in that, described locking system stops described release handle to operate, unless the brake pedal of described vehicle is depressed.
6. vehicle as claimed in claim 3, it is characterized in that, described locking system stops described release handle to operate, unless the tail-off of described vehicle.
7. vehicle as claimed in claim 4, it is characterized in that, it also comprises the half-open warning indicator of hood, and it is activated when described hood moves to described partial open position.
8. vehicle as claimed in claim 7, is characterized in that, when the half-open warning indicator of described hood activates, if the speed changer bar of described vehicle is pulled out described parking position, then the motor of described vehicle is closed.
9. vehicle as claimed in claim 1, it is characterized in that, described hood latch relieving mechanism also comprises the electric releasing device connected with described hood latch assembly, and described electric releasing device to be actuated in response to receiving the first instruction by vehicle control device and to be discharged by the first hood latch with the interior passenger compartment from described vehicle.
10. vehicle as claimed in claim 9, it is characterized in that, described electric releasing device is actuated to discharge described second hood latch by described vehicle control device in response to receiving the second instruction.
11. vehicles as claimed in claim 10, it is characterized in that, it also comprises locking system, is used for stoping described vehicle control device to actuate described electric releasing device.
12. vehicles as claimed in claim 11, is characterized in that, described locking system stops described vehicle control device to actuate described electric releasing device when described vehicle moves.
13. vehicles as claimed in claim 11, is characterized in that, described locking system stops described vehicle control device to actuate described electric releasing device, unless the speed changer bar of described vehicle is in parking position.
14. vehicles as claimed in claim 11, is characterized in that, described locking system stops described vehicle control device to actuate described electric releasing device, unless the brake pedal of described vehicle is depressed.
15. vehicles as claimed in claim 1, it is characterized in that, it also comprises biased element, for described hood is risen to above described first hood latch when the first operation of described hood latch relieving mechanism and the second operation at described hood latch relieving mechanism time hood is risen to above described second hood latch.

Hood latch assembly, consists of the front deck that is positioned at vehicle indoor and utilize the second hood latch can remain in partial open position with discharging by described hood in utilizing the first hood latch can be maintained in its closed position with discharging by the hood of vehicle; And
Hood latch relieving mechanism, consist of the interior passenger compartment that is positioned at described vehicle and connect with described hood latch assembly, so as to discharge described first hood latch when the first operation of described hood latch relieving mechanism and the second operation at described hood latch relieving mechanism time discharge described second hood latch.
