Abstract

一种液体活塞压缩机,该液体活塞压缩机利用泵驱动液体在气缸内上升或下降代替传统的活塞运动来实现气缸的吸气和排气,由于液体活塞与气缸壁的摩擦比固体活塞与气缸壁的摩擦小得多,这样就提高了效率和寿命,另外液体活塞与气缸可做成多根小管并联结构,解决了传统气缸直径较大时难以散热的难题,且装置造价较低。

本发明涉及一种容积式压缩机,属压缩机技术领域。
背景技术
目前容积式压缩机普遍采用活塞式,这种活塞式压缩机由于活塞与气缸壁的摩擦,使之效率降低,寿命较短,且在气缸直径较大时难以散热,。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种液体活塞压缩机,该液体活塞压缩机利用泵驱动液体在气缸内上升或下降代替传统的活塞运动来实现气缸的吸气和排气,由于液体活塞与气缸壁的摩擦比固体活塞与气缸壁的摩擦小得多,这样就提高了效率和寿命,另外液体活塞与气缸可做成多根小管并联结构,解决了传统气缸直径较大时难以散热的难题,且装置造价较低。
本发明结构包括气缸、传压液体、泵、单向阀、换向阀。所述的气缸内装有传压液体如水、油等,气缸顶部通过单向阀分别连通进气口和排气口,气缸底部通过换向阀连通泵。
本发明的有益效果是,采用液体活塞解决了活塞与气缸壁的摩擦和磨损,这样就提高了效率和寿命,液体活塞与气缸可做成多根小管并联结构,解决了传统气缸直径较大时难以散热的难题,且装置造价较低。

具体实施方式
在图1中,气缸(5)内装有传压液体,气缸(5)顶部通过进气单向阀(3)和排气单向阀(4)分别连通进气口(2)和排气口(1),气缸(5)底部通过换向阀(6)连通泵(7)。气缸(8)内装有传压液体,气缸(8)顶部通过进气单向阀(10)和排气单向阀(9)分别连通进气口(2)和排气口(1),气缸(8)底部通过换向阀(6)连通泵(7)。
工作时,启动泵(7)将气缸(5)里的传压液体抽到气缸(8)里,这时气缸(5)顶部的进气单向阀(3)打开,排气单向阀(4)关闭,进行吸气,气缸(8)顶部的排气单向阀(9)打开,进气单向阀(10)关闭,进行排气。等到气缸(5)吸满气体,气缸(8)排完气体时换向阀(6)进行换向,这时泵(7)将气缸(8)里的传压液体抽到气缸(5)里,气缸(8)顶部的进气单向阀(10)打开,排气单向阀(9)关闭,进行吸气,气缸(5)顶部的排气单向阀(4)打开,进气单向阀(3)关闭,进行排气。这样在换向阀(6)的控制下气缸(5)和气缸(8)交替进行吸气和排气,使排气口(1)连续排气,进气口(2)连续进气,形成连续的压缩工作。
图2是另一种实施例,其不同之处在于气缸(5)和气缸(8)均由多根小管构成,这种结构增大了气缸与外界的换热面积,从而能更好地散热。

1.一种液体活塞压缩机,包括气缸、传压液体、泵、单向阀、换向阀。其特征是气缸内装有传压液体如水、油等,气缸顶部通过单向阀分别连通进气口和排气口,气缸底部通过换向阀连通泵。
