技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用动力驱动的扳手通过获得限定的目标扭矩来紧固螺钉连接的方法。
背景技术
从DE 1708657中可知一种通过独立于螺旋拧紧力矩的紧固扭矩来紧固枕木螺钉的装置。然而,该类型的螺旋拧紧操作导致的缺点是,将枕木连接到铁轨的实际有效压紧力根据摩擦系数而不同,即使各自紧固力矩保持不变。不同的摩擦系数例如是螺纹表面的不均匀状况的结果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种前面提到的类型的、可以确保对于所有螺钉连接有不变的压紧力的方法。
根据本发明,通过特定种类的方法可以达到该目的,该方法检测在将螺钉旋入期间有效的旋入扭矩,并确定依赖旋入扭矩的补偿值,并且根据之前确定的补偿值来增加用于紧固螺钉的目标扭矩(target torque)。
检测旋入扭矩和将旋入扭矩考虑在内使得有可能相对于紧固力矩使每个螺旋拧紧操作精确地适应于每个特定的螺钉连接,获得始终有效的不变的压紧力。因此,螺钉或螺丝孔是否具有不同状况的问题对于枕木和铁轨的连接而言是不重要的。

具体实施方式
图1中可见的螺旋拧紧机器1在由铁轨2和枕木3构成的轨道4上是可移动的,并配备有垂直可调的伺服螺钉驱动器5。这些部件用于紧固螺钉连接6,根据图3更详细所示的例子,该螺钉连接包括具有螺钉头8的螺钉7和位于枕木3上的螺丝孔9。
从图2可以看出,每个伺服螺钉驱动器5均具有伺服电机10和可绕轴线11旋转的扳手12。此外,配有数据存储器的处理器13连接到旋转角度测量器14和扭矩传感器15。
如图3可见,弹簧夹形状的固定装置19设置在轨头8和位于枕木3上的基板16之间。所述弹簧夹与基板16和铁轨2接触。
从附图的左半部分示出的开始位置开始,螺钉7以所谓的空载运转(no-load run)形式旋入枕木3,其中,为了该目的而施加的扭矩根据诸如铁锈、沙子和油脂等的混杂干扰因素可以变化到更大的范围。
由于与将铁轨2与枕木3连接起来有关的关键因素不是扭矩,而是通过螺钉连接6而有效的压紧力,因此在旋入操作(空载运转)期间记录的旋入扭矩17被贮存。在这种情况下,见图4,示出相对于螺钉7的旋转角度α(x轴)的整个扭矩发展。由于干扰而增加的旋入扭矩17(这里,例如40Nm)最终作为补偿值18添加到可选的目标扭矩20(例如230Nm),以紧紧地固定螺钉7。于是,通过螺钉连接6而实际有效的扭矩最终增加到270牛顿米。
在本发明螺旋拧紧操作的有利的变型例中,在旋入过程期间,在检测螺钉7的旋转角α时并行地自动记录螺钉头8在固定装置19上的头接触(headcontact)21,该头接触可作为旋入扭矩17的无规律增加的结果而被检测。接着,选择就在发生头接触21前的旋转角度α处被记录的旋入扭矩17作为补偿值18。最终,实际选择何值以用于所述旋转角度α的问题取决于螺钉连接6的类型,还取决于相应的经验值。
根据如图5所示的本发明的又一个变型例,在第一旋入操作(a1)中,在螺钉7已完全旋入枕木3之后,立刻在旋出操作(b)中通过至少一个旋转旋松螺钉7。接着,在第二旋入操作(a2)中,螺钉7再次旋入,其中,仅在所述第二旋入操作(a2)期间记录补偿值18。该补偿值添加到目标扭矩20,以完成螺旋拧紧操作。
该方法弥补了在实际操作中经常发生的效应。利用该方法,旋入扭矩17特别在同一螺钉连接6的第一和第二螺旋拧紧操作之间变化。这样的原因可以是液压效应(螺纹盲孔中的水、油脂、油)或螺纹上的污垢、污染物、毛口。
无疑地,本发明的方法还能用于连接与所示类型的铁轨固定不同的其它类型的紧固件,所示类型的铁轨固定比如所谓K型轨道。
Claims (1)
1.一种利用动力驱动的扳手(12)通过获得限定的目标扭矩(20)来紧固螺钉连接(6)的方法,其特征在于,检测在将螺钉(7)旋入期间有效的旋入扭矩(17),并确定依赖所述旋入扭矩的补偿值(18),并且根据之前确定的所述补偿值(18)来增加用于紧固所述螺钉(7)的目标扭矩(20);并且
在第一旋入操作中,在所述螺钉(7)已完全旋入枕木(3)之后,立刻通过至少一个旋转旋松所述螺钉(7),接着,在第二旋入操作中,再次旋入所述螺钉(7),其中,仅在所述第二旋入操作期间记录所述补偿值(18)。
