本发明介绍了一种可食用一次性快餐包装材料,型坯由直链淀粉类谷物经高温、高压、压模后成为所需型坯,在型坯表面覆盖了一层无毒抗水薄膜,此种材料可食用,也可回收作饲料,不会产生大量垃圾污染环境,与发泡塑料包装相比,成本降低约80%。

Description

本发明涉及一种包装材料,特别是用于快餐饭食的可食用的装具。
快餐饭食的装具最常见的是一种聚脂塑料饭盒,轻巧、方便、卫生,为一次性食具。但此类饭盒废弃后材料难于回收,成为铁路沿线及港口和旅游地的垃圾,由此对环境造成的污染将随着时间的推移而扩大。
鉴于上述原因,本发明的目的是设计一种可食用的一次性快餐包装材料,使其既可作包装材料,又可食用或作饲料,若被丢弃,也能在自然界中化为乌有,从而避免由此类垃圾带来的环境污染。
本发明可食用一次性快餐包装材料的特征是采用直链淀粉类谷物作原料,在不低于1公斤的压力和400℃左右的高温下膨化,并经压模成型坯,再利用复膜技术使型坯表面复盖一层超薄型无毒抗水薄膜,使膨化谷物与外界液体隔离。
在高温下,α型的直链淀粉固化为β型糊化淀粉结构,一部分淀粉转化为多糖,可被人体吸收,在70℃以下温区中不变形,具有一定强度,但无抗潮力,若采用可食用植物胶脂复膜抗水,则成本较昂,也可在膨化谷物表面用无毒塑料复膜,使该材料既抗潮,又不直接接触不洁物,以保证其达到食用的卫生要求。采用直链淀粉类谷物或其下脚料制作的可食用的包装材料与聚脂材料的包装相比较,成本降低80%左右。若用于快餐饭食的包装, 可根据人们口味异同,在谷物中加入糖和食盐或其它调味品后膨化,使其食之味美。若用于其它物品的包装,则废弃后可立即回收喂猪、鱼等,是一种营养丰富的强化饲料。未被食用,也未被收集的包装,将在自然界中吸潮软化,水解为多糖和膨化纤维,成为土壤和水流中营养型有机物。
由于本发明具有成本低,可食用,可回收作饲料,以及可在自然界中化解,不污染环境等诸多优点,因此,是一件值得推广的新型包装材料。

用本发明可食用一次性快餐包装材料制作快餐碗:

用普通碎米5000g,送入谷物膨化机,在400℃高温和1kg压力下将碎米膨化,将膨化后的坯料送入成型压模中加压,制成如图所示的碗100套,其中,碗1为喇叭筒状,碗体的底和口处各有一环状台阶,碗底2和碗盖3形状、尺寸与碗体1相适应,用复膜机在真空下分别给碗体和碗底、碗盖被复一层无毒塑料薄膜或食用植物胶脂,再将碗底2和碗盖3分别落入碗体内台阶上,即成可食用快餐饭碗。

Claims (4)

1、一种可食用一次性快餐包装材料,以直链淀粉类谷物作原料,制成型坯,其特征是型坯是在高温(400℃±10℃),高压(不低于1kg)下膨化,并经压模后成型,在型坯表面复盖有一层,无毒抗水薄膜。
2、如权利要求1所述的可食用一次性快餐包装材料,其特征是无毒抗水薄膜为可食用植物胶脂。
3、如权利要求1所述的可食用一次性快餐包装材料,其特征是无毒抗水薄膜为超薄型无毒塑料薄膜。
4、如权利要求1所述的可食用一次性快餐包装材料,其特征是在谷物原料中加入了调味品。
