一种施肥调节装置是由联接柱(1)、右调节板(2)、弹簧(3)、左调节板(4)、施肥管(5)、开沟轮(6)、开沟轮铲地器(7)、支架(8)、联接板(9)、联接销(10)组成,其特征在于:施肥开沟轮的形状及高低可以通过支架(8)、联接板(9)来调节,开沟轮铲土器(7)与开沟轮(6)之间的间隙可通过支架(8)来调节,开沟轮在工作时是通过弹簧(3)来减少作业的振动,工作时是通过联接柱(1)与精播机的机架联接,联接柱(1)的左面上有至少2个以上的齿。此装置,结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠等优点。

本发明涉及一种施肥调节装置,属于农业机械技术领域。
背景技术
在现代实施农业生产中,谷物的开沟、播种、施肥是精播机的核心部件,其性能有优劣直接影响播种质量,在现有生产作业过程中使用的开沟、施肥调节范围小、施肥量控制不稳定等现象,而大面积地块通常用精播机械来播种。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的正是为了解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种施肥调节装置。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种施肥调节装置是由联接柱1、右调节板2、弹簧3、左调节板4、施肥管5、开沟轮6、开沟轮铲地器7、支架8、联接板9、联接销10组成,其特征在于:施肥开沟轮的形状及高低可以通过支架8、联接板9来调节,开沟轮铲土器7与开沟轮6之间的间隙可通过支架8来调节,开沟轮在工作时是通过弹簧3来减少作业的振动,工作时是通过联接柱1与精播机的机架联接,联接柱1的左面上有至少2个以上的齿。
本发明的有益效果是:一种施肥调节装置,结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠等优点。

如图1所示,一种施肥调节装置是由联接柱1、右调节板2、弹簧3、左调节板4、施肥管5、开沟轮6、开沟轮铲土器7、支架8、联接板9、联接销10组成,其特征在于:施肥开沟轮的形状及高低可以通过支架8、联接板9来调节,开沟轮铲地器7与开沟轮6之间的间隙可通过支架8来调节,开沟轮在工作时是通过弹簧3来减少作业的振动,工作时是通过联接柱1与精播机的机架联接,联接柱1的左面上有至少2个以上的齿。
