Abstract

本发明公开了一种液体泵装置,其特征在于,包括泵壳主体、软胶按压装置(20)、密封出料端(30)、以及导料管(40),所述泵壳主体包括上壳体(11)和下壳体(12),所述上壳体(11)和所述下壳体(12)连接后,形成一个腔体,所述软胶按压装置(20),包括弧形按压片和一体成形设置的弹性支撑片,所述软胶按压装置(20)设置在所述上壳体(11)上,所述密封出料端(30)设置在所述泵壳主体一端,所述导料管(40)与所述泵壳主体密封连接。本发明用于安装到容器上以将液体输送到容器外部,采用整体相对密封的设计,避免液体与外接接触而受到污染,结构简单,成本低廉,而且产品容易拆解,方便报废后的处理,避免对环境的危害,环保无污染。

Description

一种液体泵装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液体泵装置。  
背景技术
液体泵装置一般是安装在容器的开口处,用于通过使用者的手动按压操作将容器内的液体产品泵送分配出容器以供使用。常见的液体泵装置是通过活塞杆上下运动,将液体从容器中抽出,从而通过出口部排出。如图1所示,在使用者向下按压泵压头的过程中,下单向阀180关闭,上单向阀140(该单向阀由活塞杆152的一外周面(作为阀座)和安装在该外周面上的活塞141(作为阀件)构成)打开,汽缸160中的储液槽130内的液体产品通过打开的上单向阀140、并通过活塞150(该活塞由活塞杆152和安装在活塞杆152上的活塞件141构成,其中活塞杆152和活塞件141同时用作构成单向阀140和活塞150的构件,即单向阀140是作为活塞150的一部分而提供的)的输送通道151和压头110的排出通道111被泵送出,该输送通道151和排出通道111构成液体产品从储液槽130泵送分配到容器外部的分配通道;当使用者撤去对压头110的向下按压作用后,压头110在弹性复位装置120的作用下回复其原来位置,且在压头110的复位过程中,下单向阀180打开,上单向阀140关闭,容器内的液体产品通过打开的下单向阀180抽吸到储液槽130内以供下次泵送分配。通常,分配通道位于上单向阀140和压头110的出口部112之间。 
这种液体泵装置的设计存在一个缺点。具体说,在液体泵的每次按压泵送分配操作完成之后,压头的出口部都会残留有液体产品,该残留的液体产品会滴落到放置容器的表面上或容器本身之上,尤其是在挪动或放置容器的过程中。对于粘性低、流动性较好的液体产品(例如油状或水状产品),即使容器不挪动而不产生震动,放置一段时间后靠近压头出口部的残留液体产品也会在重力的作用下自行滴下,造成不希望有的污染问题。 
还有另一种按压式液体泵装置,它包括压头、与压头连接的活塞、上单向阀、储液槽以及安装在储液槽底部的下单向阀。压头和活塞共同形成液体产品的分配通道。该液体泵包括用于在压头被向下按压的过程中减小分配通道的容积、同时在撤去向下按压作用后使分配通道的容积恢复原态的容积变化装置。利用本发明的具有分配通道容积变化装置的液体泵,可有效避免分配通道内的残留液体产品从压头出口部的滴漏。但是该液体泵装置结构复杂,且容器内所储存的液体无法避免与外界接触,使液体受到污染,且液体实际使用率不高。 
另外,上述两种液体泵装置,结构复杂,采用塑料、玻璃、金属等材料,拆解难度高,产品报废后,一般采用掩埋的方式,对环境危害极高。 
由此,急需一种新型的液体泵装置。 
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决上述缺陷,提供了一种液体泵装置,用于安装到容器上以将容器内的液体输送分配到容器外部,采用整体相对密封的设计,避免容器内存储的没有使用的液体与外接接触而受到污染,提高容器内存储的液体的实际使用率,结构简单,成本低廉,环保无污染。 
实现本发明的技术方案如下所述: 
一种液体泵装置,其特征在于,包括泵壳主体、软胶按压装置、密封出料端、以及导料管,
所述泵壳主体包括上壳体和下壳体,所述下壳体设置有一个凹陷,所述凹陷连通有进料通道,所述上壳体和所述下壳体连接后,形成一个腔体,所述腔体内设置有出料通道,所述出料通道与所述凹陷连通;
所述软胶按压装置,包括弧形按压片和一体成形设置的弹性支撑片,所述软胶按压装置设置在所述上壳体上,覆盖所述凹陷,形成一个空腔;
所述密封出料端设置在所述泵壳主体一端,并设置有隐形出料口,所述隐形出料口与所述出料通道连通;
所述导料管与所述泵壳主体密封连接,并通过进料通道与所述凹陷连通。
实现本发明的技术方案,进一步包括,所述密封出料端为软性碗状结构。 
实现本发明的技术方案,进一步包括,所述隐形出料口端部设置有至少一个切口。
实现本发明的技术方案,进一步包括,所述下壳体上还设置有至少一个单向进气通道。 
实现本发明的技术方案,进一步包括,所述下壳体上还设置有一个连接口,至少一个所述单向进气通道与所述连接口连通。 
实现本发明的技术方案,进一步包括,还包括一个软性密封囊,所述软性密封囊与所述导料管上端部密封连接,且所述导料管置于所述软性密封囊中。 
实现本发明的技术方案,进一步包括,所述导料管的管壁上设置有至少一个通孔。 
本发明的有益效果如下:当本发明被安装在容器上,由于采用整体相对密封的设计,通过软胶按压装置的按压及恢复产生的吸力,将液体输送分配到容器外,并且能够避免容器内存储的液体与外接接触而受到污染,且采用隐形出料口,只有当使用时,容器内所存储的液体被挤出隐形出料口,从而保证未被使用的液体没有与外接接触,并且液体没有直接存储在容器中,而是通过软性密封囊受到保护。在所述导料管的管壁上设置有至少一个通孔,实现对所存储的液体的最大实际使用率,结构简单,成本低廉,而且产品容易拆解,方便报废后的处理,避免对环境的危害,环保无污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施方式对本发明进行进一步的描述: 
如图2、图3所示,为本发明所述的一种液体泵装置的第一实施例的结构示意图。一种液体泵装置,其特征在于,包括泵壳主体、软胶按压装置20、密封出料端30、以及导料管40。
所述泵壳主体包括上壳体11和下壳体12,所述下壳体12设置有一个凹陷,所述凹陷连通有进料通道16,所述上壳体11和所述下壳体12连接后,形成一个腔体,所述腔体内设置有出料通道15,所述出料通道15与所述凹陷连通。 
所述软胶按压装置20,包括弧形按压片和一体成形设置的弹性支撑片,所述软胶按压装置20设置在所述上壳体11上,覆盖所述凹陷,形成一个空腔21。 
所述密封出料端30设置在所述泵壳主体一端,并设置有隐形出料口,所述隐形出料口与所述出料通道15连通。 
所述导料管40与所述泵壳主体密封连接,并通过进料通道16与所述凹陷连通。 
同时,所述密封出料端30为软性碗状结构,所述隐形出料口端部设置有至少一个切口。 
所述下壳体12上设置有至少一个单向进气通道13,且还设置有一个连接口14,至少一个所述单向进气通道13与所述连接口14连通,所述连接口14用于连接容器。 
如图4所示,为本发明所述的一种液体泵装置的第二实施例结构示意图。该实施例是在第一实施例的基础上的改进方案,其中,还包括一个软性密封囊50,所述软性密封囊50与所述泵壳主体密封连接,且所述导料管40置于所述软性密封囊50中。且所述导料管40的管壁上设置有至少一个通孔41。 
如图5所示,为本发明所述的一种液体泵装置的第二实施例(安装在容器上)结构示意图。所述连接口14与容器密封连接。初次使用时,按压所述软胶按压装置20,所述弹性支撑片堵住所述进料通道16,所述泵壳主体的所述出料通道15、以及所述空腔21内的气体被挤压排出,然后松开所述软胶按压装置20,所述弹性支撑片松开,所述进料通道16与所述空腔21连通,同时因为所述软胶按压装置20的按压及恢复动作产生的吸力,液体通过所述导料管40经过所述进料通道15输送到所述泵壳主体的所述空腔21内。 
然后,第二次按压所述软胶按压装置20,所述弹性支撑片堵住所述进料通道16,所述空腔21内的液体受到挤压,通过所述出料通道15,再通过所述隐形出料口排出,未被挤出的液体避免了与外接接触,并停留在所述出料通道16内,方便下一次使用。当松开所述软胶按压装置20,所述弹性支撑片被松开,所述进料通道16与所述空腔21连通,所述软性密封囊50内的液体通过所述导料管40被吸入所述空腔21,补充被挤出的液体,以备下一次使用。同时,与所述连接口14连通的所述单向进气通道13向容器内及时补充空气,保持对所述软性密封囊50的压力。并且因为吸力,该压力使所述软性密封囊50产生形变,增加液体被吸入所述空腔21的作用力。并且由于所述导料管40上设置有至少一个通孔41,使得在液体量较少时,仍然能够被吸入空腔21,提高液体的实际使用率。 
当本发明被安装在容器上,由于采用整体相对密封的设计,通过软胶按压装置的按压及恢复产生的吸力,将液体输送分配到容器外,并且能够避免容器内存储的液体与外接接触而受到污染,且采用隐形出料口,只有当使用时,容器内所存储的液体被挤出隐形出料口,从而保证未被使用的液体没有与外接接触,并且液体没有直接存储在容器中,而是通过软性密封囊受到保护。在所述导料管的管壁上设置有至少一个通孔,实现对所存储的液体的最大实际使用率,结构简单,成本低廉,而且产品容易拆解,方便报废后的处理,避免对环境的危害,环保无污染。 
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种液体泵装置,包括泵壳主体、软胶按压装置(20)、密封出料端(30)、以及导料管(40),所述泵壳主体包括上壳体(11)和下壳体(12),所述下壳体(12)设置有一个凹陷,所述凹陷连通有进料通道(16),所述上壳体(11)和所述下壳体(12)连接后,形成一个腔体,所述腔体内设置有出料通道(15),所述出料通道(15)与所述凹陷连通;
所述软胶按压装置(20),包括弧形按压片和一体成形设置的弹性支撑片,所述软胶按压装置(20)设置在所述上壳体(11)上,并覆盖所述凹陷,形成一个空腔(21);
所述密封出料端(30)设置在所述泵壳主体一端,并设置有隐形出料口,所述隐形出料口与所述出料通道(15)连通;
其特征在于,所述导料管(40)与所述泵壳主体密封连接,并通过进料通道(16)与所述凹陷连通;所述密封出料端(30)为软性碗状结构;所述隐形出料口端部设置有至少一个切口;所述下壳体(12)上还设置有至少一个单向进气通道(13);所述下壳体(12)上还设置有一个连接口(14),至少一个所述单向进气通道(13)与所述连接口(14)连通;还包括一个软性密封囊(50),所述软性密封囊(50)与所述导料管(40)上端部密封连接,且所述导料管(40)置于所述软性密封囊(50)中;所述导料管(40)的管壁上设置有至少一个通孔(41),所述连接口(14)与容器密封连接,使用时,按压所述软胶按压装置(20),所述弹性支撑片堵住所述进料通道(16),所述泵壳主体的所述出料通道(15)、以及所述空腔(21)内的气体被挤压排出,然后松开所述软胶按压装置(20),所述弹性支撑片松开,所述进料通道(16)与所述空腔(21)连通,同时因为所述软胶按压装置(20)的按压及恢复动作产生的吸力,液体通过所述导料管(40)经过所述进料通道(16)输送到所述泵壳主体的所述空腔(21)内,然后,第二次按压所述软胶按压装置(20),所述弹性支撑片堵住所述进料通道(16),所述空腔(21)内的液体受到挤压,通过所述出料通道(15),再通过所述隐形出料口排出,未被挤出的液体避免了与外界接触,并停留在所述出料通道(15)内,方便下一次使用;当松开所述软胶按压装置(20),所述弹性支撑片被松开,所述进料通道(16)与所述空腔(21)连通,所述软性密封囊(50)内的液体通过所述导料管(40)被吸入所述空腔(21),补充被挤出的液体,以备下一次使用,同时与所述连接口(14)连通的所述单向进气通道(13)向容器内及时补充空气,保持对所述软性密封囊(50)的压力,并且因为吸力,该压力使所述软性密封囊(50)产生形变,增加液体被吸入所述空腔(21)的作用力,并且由于所述导料管(40)上设置有至少一个通孔(41),使得在液体量较少时,仍然能够被吸入空腔(21)。
