Abstract

本发明公开了一种背光模组,包括光源、以及与所述光源的出光面直接相对设置的扩散板。本发明还公开了一种显示装置,包括上述背光模组以及液晶面板,所述液晶面板的入光面与所述扩散板的出光面相对设置并且所述液晶面板的入光面与所述扩散板的出光面之间具有设定的扩散距离,所述液晶面板的板面大小与所述背光模组在所述液晶面板板面处的发光范围相当。本发明的背光模组及显示装置组件少、结构简单、成本低、易携带。

背光模组及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
在现有的背光显示技术中,背光模组主要由导光板、与所述导光板的入光面相对的光源(如发光二极管(LED))、与所述导光板的出光面相对的光学膜片组、以及将导光板漏出的光反射回去的反射板等。光源发出的光经过所述导光板的入光面进入导光板,由所述导光板较为均匀地导向至所述光学膜片组,部分从导光板背面漏出的光经由所述反射板反射之后再回到导光板,最后再到达光学膜片组。使用时,显示装置的液晶面板贴设于所述光学膜片组的出光面上,完成显示装置的显示。由于需要考虑整个背光模组的稳定性和光学效果,上述背光模组成本较高,并且厚度高、重量大,不符合用户对产品便携性方面越来越高的需要。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种组件少、结构简单、成本低、易携带的背光模组及显示装置。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,一方面,本发明提供了一种背光模组,包括光源,还包括与所述光源的出光面直接相对设置的扩散板。
优选地,所述背光模组还包括光源卡槽,所述光源设置在所述光源卡槽的槽底,所述扩散板设置在所述光源卡槽的槽口。
优选地,所述光源为长度方向与所述光源卡槽槽长方向一致的发光二极管灯条。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种显示装置,包括液晶面板和上述的背光模组,所述液晶面板的入光面与所述扩散板的出光面相对设置并且所述液晶面板的入光面与所述扩散板的出光面之间具有设定的扩散距离,所述液晶面板的板面大小与所述背光模组在所述液晶面板板面处的发光范围相当。
优选地,所述背光模组为长条形,所述背光模组还包括槽长与背光模组长度方向一致的光源卡槽,所述光源设置在所述光源卡槽的槽底,所述扩散板设置在所述光源卡槽的槽口,所述液晶面板与所述背光模组长度方向对应的两条板边各设有一条液晶面板框,两条液晶面板框分别与光源卡槽宽度方向的两侧之间设有支撑件。
优选地,所述支撑件包括前板和背板,所述前板板面第一端与所述光源卡槽宽度方向的一侧枢转连接、与所述前板板面第一端相对的前板板面第二端可拆卸地支撑于对应液晶面板框朝向背光模组的一侧;所述背板板面第一端与所述光源卡槽宽度方向的另一侧枢转连接、与所述背板板面第一端相对的背板板面第二端与对应液晶面板框朝向背光模组的一侧枢转连接。
优选地,所述两条液晶面板框之间的距离小于所述前板板面第一端和前板板面第二端以及所述背板板面第一端和背板板面第二端之间的距离。
(三)有益效果
本发明一个技术方案中提供的背光模组,仅通过扩散板将光源发出的光扩散后形成均匀射出的背光光源,结构简单,成本低。
本发明的另一个技术方案使用了上述的背光模组构成显示装置,由背光模组形成的均匀发散的光被投向液晶面板的板面上成像,使得整个显示装置的组件少,成本低;并且整个显示装置具有超薄,易携带的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明进行详细说明如下。
实施例一:
本实施例记载了一种背光模组,包括光源1、以及与所述光源1的出光面直接相对设置的扩散板2。
本实施例中,所述光源1发出的光照射在所述扩散板2上,再经过扩散板2的扩散作用均匀发散开,其结构简单,成本低,可以用作显示装置的背光源。
实施例二:
本实施例包括了实施例一记载的背光模组,并且在本实施例中,所述背光模组还包括光源卡槽3,如图2和图7所示,所述光源设置在所述光源卡槽3的槽底31,所述扩散板设置在所述光源卡槽3的槽口32。
在本实施例中,所述光源为长度方向与所述光源卡槽3槽长方向一致的发光二极管灯条。当然,在本发明的其它实施例中,所述光源还可以为其它合适的光源。
实施例三:
本实施例记载了一种显示装置,包括液晶面板4以及实施例一所述的背光模组,所述液晶面板4的入光面与所述扩散板的出光面相对设置并且所述液晶面板4的入光面与所述扩散板的出光面之间具有设定的扩散距离,使得扩散板发散的光能够在扩散距离处的发光范围扩散至预定大小,所述液晶面板4的板面大小与所述背光模组在所述液晶面板4板面处的发光范围相当。
所述背光模组产生的发散的光在所述液晶面板4板面处均匀照射在液晶面板4上,形成比较均匀稳定的背光光源。
实施例四:
本实施例包括了实施例三的内容,并且如图1至图8所示,在本实施例中,所述背光模组为长条形,所述背光模组还包括槽长与背光模组长度方向一致的光源卡槽3,所述光源1设置在所述光源卡槽3的槽底31,所述扩散板2设置在所述光源卡槽3的槽口32,所述液晶面板4与所述背光模组长度方向对应的两条板边各设有一条液晶面板框5,两条液晶面板框5分别与光源卡槽3宽度方向的两侧之间设有支撑件。本实施例中,所述光源卡槽3为由槽底31和槽底31两侧的槽壁形成的截面为U形的槽体。
在本实施例中,所述支撑件包括前板6和背板7,所述前板板面第一端61与所述光源卡槽3宽度方向的一侧枢转连接、与所述前板板面第一端61相对的前板板面第二端62可拆卸地支撑于对应液晶面板框5朝向背光模组的一侧;所述背板板面第一端71与所述光源卡槽3宽度方向的另一侧枢转连接、与所述背板板面第一端71相对的背板板面第二端72与对应液晶面板框5朝向背光模组的一侧枢转连接。在本实施例中,前板6与光源卡槽3之间、背板7与光源卡槽3和液晶面板框5之间的枢转连接是分别通过第一轴承8、第二轴承9和第三轴承10实现的;在本发明的其它实施例中,也可通过其它结构来实现。
在本实施例中,所述前板6和背板7为铝制材料。
本实施例可以为如图1至图4所示的收叠状态,前板6和背板7将所示背光模组和液晶面板4夹在中间,起到保护作用,整个显示装置的体积也很小,方便用户携带运输。在本实施例中,所述两条液晶面板框5之间的距离小于所述前板前板板面第一端61和前板前板板面第二端62以及所述背板背板板面第一端71和背板背板板面第二端72之间的距离,使得前板6和背板7可以完全覆盖所述液晶面板4,保护更全面。
使得液晶面板4、前板6和背光模组通过所述第一轴承8、第二轴承9和第三轴承10相对旋转,本实施例还可以为如图5至图8所示的展开状态,所述背板7支撑于所述液晶面板4和背光模组的底部,前板6支撑于所述液晶面板4和背光模组的顶部,前板6和背板7之间形成与扩散板的光扩散方向一致的夹角。并且展开后的液晶面板4被立起支撑至一定角度,方便用户使用。本实施例中,背光模组的光源为LED灯条,使用时点亮LED灯条中的LED灯并给液晶面板4输入视频信号,LED灯产生的光经过扩散板的扩散作用,均匀地投射到液晶面板4上从而成像。
综上所述,本发明的背光模组组件少,成本低;具有所述背光模组的显示装置具有超薄,易携带的特点。

Claims (3)

1.一种显示装置,包括液晶面板和背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括光源、与所述光源的出光面直接相对设置的扩散板以及光源卡槽,所述光源为长度方向与光源卡槽槽长方向一致的发光二极管灯条,所述背光模组为长条形,光源卡槽的槽长与背光模组长度方向一致;
所述液晶面板与所述背光模组长度方向对应的两条板边各设有一条液晶面板框,两条液晶面板框分别与光源卡槽宽度方向的两侧之间设有支撑件,支撑件包括前板和背板,所述前板板面第一端与所述光源卡槽宽度方向的一侧枢转连接、与所述前板板面第一端相对的前板板面第二端可拆卸地支撑于对应液晶面板框朝向背光模组的一侧;所述背板板面第一端与所述光源卡槽宽度方向的另一侧枢转连接、与所述背板板面第一端相对的背板板面第二端与对应液晶面板框朝向背光模组的一侧枢转连接;
处于收叠状态时,所述前板和所述背板将所述背光模组和所述液晶面板夹在中间;处于展开状态时,所述背板支撑于所述液晶面板和所述背光模组的底部,所述前板支撑于所述液晶面板和所述背光模组的顶部,所述前板和所述背板之间形成与所述扩散板的光扩散方向一致的夹角;
所述液晶面板的入光面与所述扩散板的出光面相对设置并且所述液晶面板的入光面与所述扩散板的出光面之间具有设定的扩散距离,所述液晶面板的板面大小与所述背光模组在所述液晶面板板面处的发光范围相当。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述光源设置在所述光源卡槽的槽底,所述扩散板设置在所述光源卡槽的槽口。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述两条液晶面板框之间的距离小于所述前板板面第一端和前板板面第二端以及所述背板第一端和背板板面第二端之间的距离。
