本发明公开一种防凝水节能蒸层，该发明包括底面层和防凝水层。底面层为圆平面形并开设通气孔，用于放置器皿或食物。防凝水层由三层拱层搭接成拱形，第一层为底外拱层，第二层为中间拱层，第三层为中心拱层。中间拱层覆盖下的底外拱层的边缘和中心拱层覆盖下的中间拱层的边缘略高翘起，防止凝水流出；各拱层之间交接处上层覆盖下层，并设置通气孔和拱层固定连接点，目的在于充分有效地使用蒸汽达到节能的效果，又可防止蒸汽凝水从通气孔滴落到下层。底外拱层四周开设通气落水孔，利于边缘热蒸汽的上升和冷凝水的流落。本发明结构简单，节能实用，防凝水效果好，是与电饭煲、蒸锅、蒸笼配套必备的炊具。

本发明涉及一种厨具，具体涉及一种防凝水节能蒸层。
背景技术
现有的电饭煲、蒸锅、蒸笼配用的蒸层蒸炖食品时，当热蒸汽上升遇到蒸层内温度较低的器皿和食物时，蒸汽凝结的回水会滴落到蒸层下层蒸炖的食品中，使米饭变稀，汤水变淡，菜肴变味，即使有一些蒸层设置了防凝水功能，也不能充分有效地使用热蒸汽达到节能的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要解决上述存在的缺点和不足，提供一种有效防止蒸汽凝水滴落，并能充分有效地使用热蒸汽的防凝水节能蒸层。
本发明是通过以下方法达到的：在防凝水节能蒸层的底部设置底面层和防凝水层。底面层为圆平面形并开设通气孔，用于放置器皿或食物。防凝水层由三层拱层搭接成拱形，第一层为底外拱层，第二层为中间拱层，第三层为中心拱层。中间拱层覆盖下的底外拱层的边缘和中心拱层覆盖下的中间拱层的边缘略高翘起，防止凝水流出；各拱层之间交接处上层覆盖下层，并设置通气孔和拱层固定连接点，目的在于充分有效地使用热蒸汽达到节能的效果，又可防止蒸汽凝水从通气孔滴落到下层。底外拱层四周开设通气落水孔，利于边缘热蒸汽的上升和冷凝水的流落。
热蒸汽通过防凝水层的底外拱层的通气落水孔、以及中间拱层、中心拱层之间的通气孔上升，充分地布满蒸层的空间，有效地利用热能达到节能的效果。当上升的热蒸汽通过底面层，遇到温度较低的器皿和食物时，凝结成水分滴落到中心拱层、中间拱层、底外拱层表面，凝水沿着中心拱层、中间拱层、底外拱层表面流到通气落水孔滴落到下层的蒸层、蒸锅的边缘，凝结在中心拱层、中间拱层、底外拱层底面的凝水，顺着中心拱层、中间拱层、底外拱层底面顺流滴落到下层的蒸层、蒸锅的边缘。

如图1和图2所示，一种防凝水节能蒸层，在其蒸层(1)底部设置底面层(2)和防凝水层(3)。底面层(2)为圆平面形并开设通气孔，用于放置器皿或食物。防凝水层(3)由三层或多层拱层搭接成拱形，第一层为底外拱层(3.1)，第二层为中间拱层(3.2)，第三层为中心拱层(3.3)。中间拱层(3.2)覆盖下的底外拱层(3.1)的边缘和中心拱层(3.3)覆盖下的中间拱层(3.2)的边缘略高翘起，防止凝水流出；各拱层之间交接处上层覆盖下层，并设置通气孔(3.4)和拱层固定连接点(3.5)，目的在于充分有效地使用蒸汽达到节能的效果，又可防止蒸汽凝水从通气孔(3.4)滴落到下层。底外拱层(3.1)四周开设通气落水孔(3.6)，利于边缘热蒸汽的上升和冷凝水的流落。

1.一种防凝水节能蒸层，在其蒸层(1)底部设置底面层(2)和防凝水层(3)；其特征在于：防凝水层(3)由三层拱层搭接成拱形，第一层为底外拱层(3.1)，第二层为中间拱层(3.2)，第三层为中心拱层(3.3)；中间拱层(3.2)覆盖下的底外拱层(3.1)的边缘和中心拱层(3.3)覆盖下的中间拱层(3.2)的边缘略高翘起；各拱层之间交接处上层覆盖下层，并设置通气孔(3.4)和拱层固定连接点(3.5)，底外拱层四周开设通气落水孔(3.6)。
